Try the following remedy it will surely help you Natural home remedy using asparagus powder and milk: 1. Take 2 tsp Indian asparagus powder 2. Add 1 cup milk 3. Boil the mixture for 10 min 4. Dear lybrate-user, little unlucky to have diabetes at this age. More important at this stage is that we determine what exactly is the type of diabetes you're suffering from. If you're only on multiple dose of insulin then it is supposed to be type 1. But if you're obese with family history of diabetes and you are on oral tablets then mostly it is type 2 diabetes. Fruit juices are better avoid as they contain only fructose and no fibers. Once in a while you may take liberty though! eating all fruits keeping in mind the calorific value of that fruit is always better.

Hello lybrate user frequently gas problem is because of improper digestion. Disturbed sleep is the result of gastric issue. Causes for improper digestion skipping meals overeating eating when previous meal not digested sleeping immediately after eating having more spicy heavy fermented foods not drinking sufficient water excess coffee tea intake lack of excercise try to rule out the cause rx hingwastaka churna 1/2 tsp twice a day b/f sutashekara ras 2_0_2 with warm water b/f for 1 week.

Hi, thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation you need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.
