I have taken abortion pills after that my vagina has become so loose. Is there any medicine for tightening it।

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
First of all you want to know that it is not the Vagina that is loose, it is your Pelvic Floor Muscles. It is important to know when going about looking for a natural way to fix a loose vagina that you target the correct area. The pelvic floor muscle is what surrounds both the vagina and vaginal wall muscle. When the pelvic floor muscle is tight everything else will be nicely held and supported in place. The reason the vaginal wall muscle becomes loose is because it sort of looks and acts like a folded, very elastic and stretchy accordion. So when the pelvic floor muscle stretches, the vaginal wall muscle can’t help itself and will unfold more and more with it to.------------------------------------------ 1 Have an Orgasm – the fun part about toning your pelvic floor muscles When you have an orgasm – that is actually your pelvic floor muscle contracting. So the more you orgasm the more you start toning up your pelvic floor muscle. As your pelvic floor muscle becomes stronger, so will your orgasms. 2. Kegel Exercises are also known as pelvic floor exercises because they specifically target this area and prevent weakness in the pelvic floor area. The pelvic floor is often referred to as a “hammock” of muscles that hold all of the pelvic organs in place. Kegel exercises are a great place to start treating vaginal looseness, especially if you are struggling to reach climax temporarily. Plus, they can be done in the privacy of your own home, when no one is around, so no one has to know you are doing them. Kegel exercises can only help though if they are done on a regular basis. Pelvic floor muscle training exercises can help strengthen the muscles under the uterus, bladder, and bowel (large intestine). And Vaginal looseness.--------------------------- PERFORMING PELVIC FLOOR EXERCISES: 1.Begin by emptying your bladder. 2.Tighten the pelvic floor muscles and hold for a count of 10.3.Relax the muscles completely for a count of 10.4.Do 10 repetitions, 3 to 5 times a day (morning, afternoon, and night). You can do these exercises at any time and place. Most people prefer to do the exercises while lying down or sitting in a chair. After 4 to 6 weeks, most people notice some improvement. It may take as long as 3 months to see a major change. After a couple of weeks, you can also try doing a single pelvic floor contraction at times when you are likely to leak (for example, while getting out of a chair). A word of caution: Some people feel that they can speed up the progress by increasing the number of repetitions and the frequency of exercises. However, over-exercising can instead cause muscle fatigue and increase urine leakage. If you feel any discomfort in your abdomen or back while doing these exercises, you are probably doing them wrong. Breathe deeply and relax your body when you do these exercises. Make sure you are not tightening your stomach, thigh, buttock, or chest muscles. When done the right way, pelvic floor muscle exercises have been shown to be very effective at improving Vaginal looseness.------------------------ 3. Exercise, Sweat, Exercise, Sweat Do explore other forms of exercise too, like yoga for strengthening your core muscles which together will help keep your pelvic floor muscles tighter for longer. 4. A Healthy Diet – Fruits, Vegetables, Juices, Smoothies To keep the muscles in your body strong, you don’t just need exercise, you also need to feed the muscle correctly daily to ensure its correct growth and repair. So, ensure you get a healthy diet full of wholegrain organic carbohydrates, organic lean animal protein (excellent muscle builder), and organic fruits and vegetables if you wish to keep your vaginal muscle healthy and strong. To all the women out there who currently have vaginal looseness, don’t fret, there is so much you can do about it starting today.

The Link between Posture and Technology - How Your Gadgets May Lead to Injuries

The Link between Posture and Technology - How Your Gadgets May Lead to Injuries

In today’s world, which is technologically advanced, we don’t even realize that the whole day has passed by looking at or using our electronic devices. Our life sways between checking the social media on smart phones to using the computer in office, which just makes it easy for us to spend the whole day locked up with a screen. Though this could be fun at times, but it has some definitive effects on our body.

Link between posture and technology
When looking at people at office gives you a good idea of how they sit while they use their devices. Average person waiting in a doctor’s office usually sits with a hunched back, shoulders slumped and a bent down neck. In office these people might lean on their desks, push their neck forward in order to see what is on their screen and their hand is constantly scrunched over the mouse. The human body is not really designed to sit in this way and can have serious life impending issues.

The biggest problem with technology posture is position of the head. When the head is evenly balanced between the shoulders it weighs between 10 and 12 lbs. But with a slight tilt even 15 degrees, the weight on the spine spikes to 27 lbs. Another 15 degrees and it weighs 40 pounds. At 60 degrees, the position where the chin touches the chest weighs 60 pounds on the spine. The extended weight on the spine causes the lower spine to collapse along with a low back pain. Low back pain can further cause knee pain and a referred ankle pain and further leading to much more damage.

How to prevent technology posture?
There are many ways in which the damaging effects of the technology posture can be reduced. At office you can elevate the monitor so that top of the screen is at the eye level. The height of the chair should be such that the feet are firmly placed on the ground. The desk should be in such a manner that the forearms are parallel to the floor when the shoulders are relaxed.

While using the smart phone, avoid bending and slouching and use arms to place the phone in front of the face. The phone should be at eye level when browsing and should not be balanced by the neck when talking on the phone. The head should be kept straight and these easily avoid the damaes of technology posture.

Hello doctor, I am 24 Years old, I got married in May 2015. In september I got to know I was pregnant, We both were not prepared for baby yet, so I got it aborted, it was a medical abortion. After the abortion I did scanning and everything was cleared. Till january my periods were regular, again in the month of february I was pregnant, we were in dilemma whether to continue or not, still I got it aborted, I took medicine myself, after that I did scanning everything was cleared and my uterus is normal, both the ovaries are also normal. Again till September 2016 my periods were absolutely normal (28 days cycle), I am pregnant now, due date is august 3rd, this time we want to continue the baby. Will my earlier two abortions affect my third pregnancy? Please answer me. My periods are always regular, in other two pregnancies I had pregnancy symptoms of nausea, vomiting, morning sickness. But this time I don't have any strong symptoms as such. I have done urine test and my pregnancy is confirmed. Please give me solution for my confusions. Please doctor.

Hi,The symptoms of pregnancy will vary in each pregnancy. Do not worry about it.Get a scan done to check the heart beat of the baby.Forget about previous two abortions and enjoy this pregnancy and welcome the baby. There will not be any added risk.It is like first pregnancy like everybody and the risks of it.Nothing more.Enjoy your pregnancy.

5 Health Hacks for Busy Professionals

5 Health Hacks for Busy Professionals
Integrate Activity into Your Everyday LifeVigorous exercise is important. However, if your hectic schedule leaves you with no time to hit the gym, you can try integrating some activity in the course of the day for increasing your productivity and staying fit.

1Take a walk when you are conversing on the phone.
Instead of the lift, take the stairs.
Take short breaks and step away from workstation.
Workouts at home, such as sit-ups, push-ups, crunches, lunges and squats, keep you in shape 2.Eat Healthy and On TimeFoods which are low in nutritional value and have too many calories can pose serious health problems, including weight gain, cardiovascular problems and diabetes. It is important to stick to a healthy diet and a strict routine.

Instead of starchy foods, choose wholegrain variants which contain more fibre, and keep you feeling full.
Feel like snacking in the middle of the day? Stock up on nuts and seeds or citrus fruits that are known to cure fatigue and stimulate alertness.
To keep your energy up and your metabolism on overdrive, eat breakfast and smaller meals throughout the day, rather than 3 big meals.
Have sufficient liquids through the day to avoid dehydration.
Avoid processed or packaged foods that contain too much sugar. Excess sugar has been linked to energy spikes followed by a crash, while too much salt can lead to high blood pressure and an increased risk of strokes and heart disease.3Sleep is ImportantFinding it difficult to get a good night’s sleep? Sleep deprivation can lead to fatigue, confusion, memory lapses and irritability.

3To get a restful sleep:

Create a sleep schedule and stick to it. Reading a book, listening to relaxing music, or taking a warm shower can help in relaxing your body.
Avoid watching TV or surfing on your mobile as this can interfere with your sleep.
Pay attention to what you eat and drink. Going to bed hungry or stuffing yourself too much can cause discomfort and keep you awake. When you are trying to juggle multiple things at a time, you are bound to be stressed. Five to ten minutes of deep breathing can help in relaxing you and reducing anxiety.

4Watch Your Posture

Good posture is not just great for your back and neck, but also allows you to breathe properly and increases concentration and thinking ability. To improve your posture:

Get a good quality office chair, one with firm and dense cushioning and back support.
Instead of resting your weight on a particular foot, plant both feet flat on the floor.
Set a reminder to check your posture. This can be in the form of a post-it note, an alarm on your phone or an email reminder. Focus on Deep Breathing

5 just breathe

When you are trying to juggle multiple things at a time, you are bound to be stressed. Five to ten minutes of deep breathing can help in relaxing you and reducing anxiety.

You can also close your eyes and focus on relaxing and tensing each muscle group while taking deep, slow breaths. The best part about this is that you can do it any time, at home, workplace or even on the road.

Your prolactin level is high and you need medication for that. Till now your not able to conceive because of high prolactin level, as its one of the cause of infertility. Also get your full hormonal profile done, required for infertility.

Which care is to be taken in periods? And why the stomach pain is more in this days? So how to reduce this pain. please consult.

DNB (Obstetrics and Gynecology), PGDHHM, MBBS
Gynaecologist, Delhi
During menses care yourself is very important. Take a warm bath. Hold a hot water bottle or heating pad over the cramp zone. Relax with gentle exercise, such as stretching. Sip a warm drink. Consult to doctor if cramps get in the way of your normal life. There may be medicines that can help you. These uterine contractions cause most of the pain felt during menstrual cramps because the contractions inhibit blood flow to the lining of the uterus.
