Homeopath, Sindhudurg
Hypertension, or abnormally high blood pressure, is often referred to as the “silent killer.” This is because it does not usually manifest any symptoms while causing damage to the heart, brain, kidneys, and eyes. Research indicates that about 62% of strokes and 49% of heart attacks are caused by hypertension. Homeopathy can help high blood pressure, determining its cause through a holistic approach that looks to cure the individual as a whole. Homeopaths simply use symptoms, and the sensation of experiencing those symptoms, to determine which homeopathic remedy will most effectively trigger the body’s healing response.

Homeopathic treatment is recommended because it not only can lower and stabilize blood pressure, it also has a positive effect on overall health. Consult for treatment - Dr Rushali Angchekar

Hello doctor, I had HSG Test on 8th feb and still I have little brown spotting with sticky blood cloth and from yesterday (21st feb) I have light itching and also doing intercourse hurt me lightly and while wiping I can see mucus which is light brown type. It look that blood is mixed with it. Please tell me if you have some medicine so that I can be comfortable. Please help.

Gynaecologist, Bhavnagar
You have not mentioned result of hcg test whether it was positive or negative. If negative, brown discharge may mean that menses will start within short time. If positive, you should immidiately consult a gynecologist.

What are the things which a girl should keep in mind when she have sex for the first time? What is the safe time to have sex to avoid pregnancy without using any barrier?

General Physician, Faridabad
There is no safe period for pergnancy, you have to take chance. You should keep in mind about hiv. If your cycles is regular, say your menses start on 1st and ends on 5th, then safe period is 5-10 and 21-to start of menses is considered to be safe. But pregnancy can happen any time. It will help you. Thanks.

How Separation Impacts Our Everyday Life?

Masters in Clinical Psychology

How Separation Impacts Our Everyday Life?

Human beings are designed to relish contact and interaction with one another. After all, it is what makes us different from quite a few members of the animal kingdom. Having said that, sometimes, separation between people is a fact of life and it does have an impact on the lives of the people who get separated.

One of the interesting things about separation is when it occurs between couples is not only a feeling of sadness, but also a feeling of insecurity. It is to be kept in mind that the entire process of adjusting is not only one that is to be gone through by the couple, but also by their children. While it can prompt children to become independent and not overly reliant on their parents’ love, separation can also lead to a deficit or inadequate love being provided to them in the years that they are in the greatest need of it. This is quite an unfortunate aspect of separation.

There are a range of feelings which a person is likely to feel when separation occurs and there is a lot to be done by the way of working through these emotions. The mix can include resentment, disappointment, as well as a longing for the partner, even for quite some time after the divorce has taken place. In a number of cases, the most tormenting phase of separation is the time leading up to separation and the few days following it. Facing legal challenges, letting friends and family know about their decision and undergoing the entire role change leaves the couple as well as their children fatigued.

It may be ironic, but the fact of the matter remains that a person is not always rational after a divorce. Whimsically, it can be said that a separation of a marital bond does often affect the person’s ability of separation of rationality from irrationality!

While life as a single mother is quite tough, it is intriguing that women are the ones who initiate divorce twice as often as men do! After a divorce takes place, women are the custodians of the children they had in 90% of the cases; so it is true that women do have a high level of concern for their children. Often people in a separation emotionally act the same way children do when separated from their parents. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Psychologist.

Yes you can take, only that it is of less use in late age and more advantageous to young even before they become sexually active. If you are taking vaccination then plan next pregnancy after you finish second dose.

My niece had a cesarean baby last year ,she again conceived. Is there any way of abortion?

MBBS, MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology
Gynaecologist, Gurgaon
Ideally it should have been a three years gap after first caesarian to go for next pregnancy as uterus is still fragile and sensitive to take a risk of another stretching during pregnancy, like wise getting abortion done is equally risky as contractions do occur during the process of expulsion of foetus, however you may provide us with all the reports and do a private consultation to advise you further.
