If it is on 28 every time then it will be around 14. Better is to buy a ovulation kit. U use it from 10 th day n it will show the day you ovulated. Otherwise the fertile period is from 10 th day of your 1st day of menses for 10 days. Try in this time.

I am 22 Years old (female. I am gaining my weight as I am suffering from periods irregular. Please tell me about this.
You r suffering from pcod as you r overweight and irregular menses. Primary objective of your treatment is weight reduction and maintain normal bmi of 18-25. This will regularize the monthly cycles and also help you get pregnant. You can take metformin to reduce weight. You don? t need to take any medicine till 3 months for the menses to come. Only after 3 months of missed menses you should take medicines like progesterone tablet (deviry 10 mg twice a day for 5 days) for getting menses. For reducing your weight you should have brisk walk or jogging for 4-5 km daily, high protein diet (fish, chicken, mutton without fat, pulses, mushrooms), low carbohydrate diet (avoid rice, chapatti, bread, poha, upma, idli, dosa, potato, sugar etc and can use bhakri instead) and low fat i. E. Less oil and preferably use rice bran oil.

While going through menopause, fluctuating levels of estrogen and progesterone can cause symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, tired feet, insomnia, depression, vaginal dryness, bladder problems, thinning hair, dry skin, breast pain, mood swings and memory problems. Most women do not need treatment for menopausal symptoms because they go away by themselves. However, if you are bothered by the symptoms, there are many natural ways to deal with them. Vitamin e clinical studies have shown that vitamin e acts as a substitute for estrogen, in turn helping to regulate and control hot flashes. It is also known for helping reduce vaginal dryness and heart palpitations topical application of vitamin e oil to the vagina will help improve lubrication. A daily dose of 600 ius of natural vitamin e is recommended to reduce hot flashes. Take one 200 iu capsule with every meal, for a total of three per day try to notice what triggers your hot flashes and avoid those things? to reduce hot flashes and night sweats, drink a glass of cold water take vitamin b supplements after consulting your doctor try to expose your body to early morning sunshine for at least 15 minutes to get vitamin d if you? re overweight, try to lose weight avoid large meals right before bedtime try drinking something warm before bedtime, such as caffeine-free tea or warm milk get enough sleep to help you feel your best decrease vaginal discomfort by using water-based vaginal lubricants or moisturizers stay sexually active to help increase blood flow to the vagina cut back on coffee and alcoholic drinks don? t smoke as it will aggravate your symptoms. With these tips and suggestions, many of the signs and symptoms associated with menopause will go away naturally and help you to lead a healthy life. For treatment medicenes consult privately any queries inform me.

I want to get pregnant but do not know what is the right time to be pregnant. We wash our vaginal area after sex ....
If your cycle is between 28 to 30 days you can have planned relations between day 10 to day 18 of your period . The first day is the day your period starts.and do not wash vaginal area after sex .

My wife is 19 week 5 day pregnant based on her LMP and have undergone her first FWB Sonography yesterday. As per USG Scan she is only 17 week 2 days pregnant, Heart rate of baby is 154 and her weight is 241.07 gm. What does this difference mean? Is this growth ok or is something abnormal?

This can be a case of delayed conception, for more illustration the complete scan report is needed. Do not worry and watch for the growth of baby in serial scans. If it comes to be normal, there is nothing to worry.
