Hello lybrate-user, place a pillow under the low back and lie on it for 10 minutes. Do trunk rotation exercises and apply hot pack. Visit a physiotherapist for a continued session of 7 days.

I am 32 year old and have back pain in shoulder & arms neck. Some times I had checked by physio but result was nothing. Physio said I have cervical but I have no idea wht can I do for relax.

It could be due to cervical spondylosis confirm by x-rays of cervical spine ap & lat. Views no pillow under the head during sleep. Do neck & shoulder exercises. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

I have a problem on my little finger. It is separate from my other fingers in last 5 days. That one bended some compare to the real position.

Your finger pain can be due to various reasons our suggestion would be to do warm water bath to relieve from pain. If the pain doesn't subside please do ice therapy to reduce the inflammation from the finger.

Please suggest me. What is the best method to make bones strong because my mom has a pain in joint and bone.
If your pain is more in the distal joints, ie. In the upper limbs if the pain is present in the fingers/wrist and in the lower limbs it the pain is present in the toes/ ankle, then we shall definitely say it is Rheumatic arthritis. Wear elbow brace and wrist brace which will make her to feel warm and that will make the joints become firm. Hot water fermentation will help Knee cap will also help to prevent the damaged cartilages. If your pain is more in the distal joints, ie. In the upper limbs if the pain is present in the fingers/wrist and in the lower limbs it the pain is present in the toes/ ankle, then we shall definitely say it is Rheumatic arthritis. Which joints you have pain? If your proximal joints (ie. Shoulder, hip & knee has pain) then you can pour hot (warm) water in that area to reduce the inflammation. If you have pain in the distal joints ie. Wrist, fingers, ankle, toes then you can wear either elbow brace or wrist brace which will help you to feel warm and very protective. And also immerse the distal joints in the hot water tub which will help you to reduce the pain. Consult the near by physiotherapy clinic and also consult a general physician to check with your ESR levels to check whether you have inflammation.

I am 27 years old and I am suffering from back pain from last 1 year and I am having disc degeneration C4-5, C5-6 & C6-7 AND HAVING diffuse disc bulge at C6-C7 and having mild posterior disc bulge at L4-L5. From last 10 months I have tried physiotherapy, acupressure,panchakrma, homeopathy n still doing exercises of back which is recommended by doctors but have not got any kind of relief. I am not able o stand for longer time as it starts pain in my upper back to ribs and when I sits for more than 30 mins it starts pain in my tail bone side. Please suggest me what can I do to get fine.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Was it a shoulder dislocation? if yes, you need to get an mri scan to find out the exact nature of the injury. It' s possible to cure shoulder dislocation injury even after one year. Other joints are not so forgiving and usually cause some disability.

I am 39 year old male. I am getting strain ,fatigue and burning sensation in shin muscle between below knee and above ankle only during running. This is more in left leg compared to right leg. During walking I don't have any pain. I participate in 10k run once in 2 month's, also run weekly 3 to 4 times 2 to 3 km each time. Do I need to change shoes, posture correction or any suggestions for supplements.

Leg pain may be caused by a number of different factors, including trauma, sciatica, or arthritis (among others). Ice is useful for the control of pain. It can be applied to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. Performing daily leg stretches is one activity that should be incorporated into your daily routine. Please see a Physiotherapist to know the root cause of your pain and pain management.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.
