You will have to elaborate her complaints in detail: 1) what weakness are you talking, is it generalized fatigue after work? 2) which joints are affected, whats been the duration of joint pains? how much distance can she walk normally and what medicines is she taking on a daily basis? such issues can be due to anemia or deficiency of certain minerals and vitamins in body. Backache is a common ailment. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. Any way take IBUPROFEN 200mg OD & SOS x 5days CALDIKIND PLUS (mankind) 1 tab ODx10days You will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don’t ignore, lest it becomes starting point of a major problem. for white discharge consult a lady doctor

Hi lybrate-user. Knee pain can be caused by a sudden injury, an overuse injury, or by an underlying condition, such as arthritis. Treatment will vary depending on the cause. Symptoms of knee injury can include pain, swelling, and stiffness. Treatment:- treatments will vary, depending upon what exactly is causing your knee pain. Medications:- 1. Tab nucart oa-1tab twice a day after food. 2. Cap k. B. L 101-1tab twice a day after food. 3. Mahanarayana taila+myovedic oil-mix both thw ois together and apply daily before bath 4. Dasanga lepa-take 1tsp of this powde n mix with hot watern make a paste and leave it for 2-3hrs daily. For 15days pnachakarma therapy:- janu basti along with pata pinda sweda for 7sittings will helps a lot. Tips:- 1. Stay slim 2. Strengthening exercises particularly of the quadriceps (straight leg raises and leg extensions are two excellent exercises.

Hello, If pregnancy is ruled out then the delay can be stress induced and the symptoms that you re experiencing are PMS.

Avoid spicy food in your diet and also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and as far as medication is concerned I will suggest you to take tablet pan-l before breakfast daily and take a break for 10days after every three months.

Hello Lybrate user. As you mentioned you had a ankle sprained. Apply ice packs for 20 minutes, keep foot elevated, do any kind bracing or taping in order to heal structure. Avoid weight bearing if painful. Thanks.

Would be nice if you could tell me your height/weight/age ? accordingly i can tell you how much weight you should loose and how...body massage will not help you in loosing weight..there has to be a combination of balance diet plus exercise to reduce weight gradually so that it is permanent.

The best way to prevent back pain and'slipped' (prolapsed) disc is simply to keep active and to exercise regularly. This means general fitness exercise such as walking, running, swimming, etc. There is no firm evidence to say that any particular back strengthening exercises are more useful than simply keeping fit and active. It is also sensible to be back-aware. For example, do not lift objects when you are in an awkward twisting posture.

Usually back pain in young people is because of inappropriate posture and prolonged sitting. Along with vitamin d and calcium deficiency. You need to strengthen your back muscles. Posture modification is required. Some medicines will help you. Calcium and vitamin d medicines.
