I understand the desire to avoid surgery. But studies have repeatedly proved that Surgery in a fit symptomatic patient is significantly advantageous than otherwise. You are at liberty to make a decision though the best advise in the scenario which you have narrated, Laparoscopuc cholecystectomy is advisable.

Since your body doesn't make vitamin B12, you'll need to get it from animal-based foods or from supplements, and it needs to be consumed on a regular basis. Exactly how much you need and where you should get it from depends on things like your age, the diet you follow, your medical conditions, and in some cases what medications you take. Aristoneurol injection can be taken Cyanocobalamin is a man-made form of vitamin B12 used to treat low levels (deficiency) of this vitamin. Vitamin B12 helps your body use fat and carbohydrates for energy and make new protein. It is also important for normal blood, cells, and nerves. Injections can be taken. Blood report is fine.

Dear Lybrate User, ** To combat extra acid in your stomach baking soda is an effective and a commonly available antacid. The basic nature of soda neutralizes the excess hydrochloric acid in the stomach forming salt and water. Mix half teaspoon of baking soda in half a glass of water and drink the solution on an empty stomach. It will get you fast relief from gas and indigestion. *During the condition of lack of hydrochloric acid in our stomach black pepper can be very effective to cure the problem. Black pepper can increase the flow of gastric juices and thus help in digestion. Powdered black pepper with crushed jaggery can be taken along buttermilk during indigestion. Or a fine powder of black pepper, dried mint leaves, ginger powder and coriander seeds, all taken in equal amounts, can be consumed twice a day (one teaspoon) to treat gas and indigestion.

Hello, Burping or belching is your body's mechanism for releasing excess gas in its digestive system. Aerated drinks like Coke and Colas contain carbon dioxide. Avoid drinking aerated drinks fast, instead drink with a straw. also keep chewing on chewing gum to avoid burps.

The vomit sensation you are talking about is known as gag reflex. It is a protective mechanism of the human body to avoid the entrance of any unwanted material down the throat. In your case, you are experiencing the reflex while brushing, that means your brushing pattern might be wrong. You are taking your brush to much deeper areas than required. Also, you might not be cleaning your tongue properly. Visit your dentist and ask him about some correct brushing patterns and start using a tongue cleaner. Whenever you experience gag try to focus on some other activity or object, such as your big toe. It diverts you and thus the gag stops. Avoid mouth breathing, that increases the gag. If the problem persists even after changing your brushing/cleaning pattern and avoiding mouth breathing there is more to it. Pay a visit to both your dentist and gasteroenterologist.

Start by eating 3 meals and 2-3 snacks per day. Set an alarm to remind you to eat if you are not experiencing regular hunger cues or have a hard time remembering to eat. Try to include more nutritious energy-dense foods such as: nuts and nut butters, dried fruits, cheese, granola bars, and avocados. Try nutrition supplement drinks like Ensure Plus, Boost Plus, Equate Plus (Walmart brand), Carnation Instant Breakfast or regular milkshakes. Make sure to eat protein with each meal and snack. Foods high in protein include eggs, milk, yogurt, cheese, meat, poultry, fish, dried peas and beans, nuts, and nut butters. Add gravy, cream sauces or cheese sauces to meats or vegetables. Add oils or butter to cooked vegetables, grains, or protein. Use whole or 2% milk in place of water or skim milk in drinks, snacks, and in cooking. Use regular/full fat condiments like mayonnaise, sour cream, and salad dressings in foods.
