You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals.

Try jumping n running early morning ....practice yoga....... eat proteinious diet diet in breakfast lyk sprouts, boiled egg....have 1 ltr of milk daily....take ashwganndha tablet 1 tab twice daily after meals with milk.... Its difficult to increase height at this age but u can try.

You can apply these home remedies for relief: • Take 1/2 piece of ginger, crush it and squze its juice and mix it with one teaspoon of honey and take 1/2 spoon of this mixture 2 times in a day. • Take 4 - 5 tulsi leaves and 1/3 piece of ginger and 1 glass of water mix both of them in water and boil it till half glass of water remain in the container then drink it by add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. • Avoid cold water, ice creams, and pickle. • Take strepsils or sualiin (hamdard pharma) 1 tablet 3 times per day or slowly suck a piece of mulethi. • Drink lukewarm water.

Hi if you can follow few basic things then you will get better results in short period of time, 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals, 2) don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meals, l 3) avoid oily, fermented and stale foods, 4) drink lukewarm water regularly as possible, 5) sleep upto 10.30 pm, 6) do anuloma viloma pranayam regularly early in the morning, 7) avoid cold things, intermittent eating, heavy foods, contact with dust and pollen grains, day time sleeping, A) TAKE 20 ml of ginger juice with 1 tsf of jiggery before meals, B) take 2 tablets of SWAS-KASA-CHINTAMANI RASA, early in the morning on empty stomach along with 1 tsf of honey and ginger juice, C) take ½ tsf of lavanbhaskar churna after meals, Do all these things for 30 days, gives you good result. Eucalyptus oil is also an essential oil that can help to stimulate the growth of facial hair. But because it can cause irritation of the skin, it must be mixed with any carrier oil; olive oil or sesame oil is a good option.. • Into half a cup of the carrier oil, add between 15 to 30 drops of eucalyptus oil • Mix and massage this oil onto the facial skin. • Allow it to remain for about 30 minutes and then rinse with cold water and a gentle soap if you find the oily feeling irritating. My mother is 60 years old and she has a back pain and legs pain problem. According to recent consultation with the doctor in surat, the MRI report says the lower back pain is due to (manka ) has weakened and need to do the operation for that. I am little scared that if the operation doesn't go well than my mother will have more problem and she will not be able to move also. Please guide me doctors if there is some other option other than operation. Because there are many cases I saw that after operation the patient condition went more worse for this problem. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Consult after 5 days.

At first you will have to take balanced diet, then a disciplined life e.g. Avoid late night party so on avoid alcohol (Though I don't know about your habit. It is a general advice) and avoid any kind of addiction if you have at all. Then go through with homoeopathic constitutional treatment which will be best for you so my knowledge goes. Apart from this you may require the following blood test, Blood for R.E.Serological allergy test (SAT) ,Thyroid profile and ASO tit, FBS. At last but not least whatever it is the condition Homoeopathic Constitutional treatment will be best for you. With best wishes

If he has urinary symptoms and psa is high, he should have surgery by endoscopic method. The excised gland then can be sent for biopsy. If he has no urinary symptoms then he should get biopsy of prostate done to rule out cancer.

I am suffering lose motions from five days what should I do now to it can you help me.

most cases it’s a mild illness and symptoms clear within 3 to 4 days. So don’t worry you should feel better in a couple of days. It does not require major treatment as it subsides on its own. ADVICE 1. Fluid replacement- this is really important as we lose lots of water and electrolytes with loose motions and/or vomiting. If we do not replace this lost water, we end up feeling fatigued and weak .In severe cases hospitalization is needed. As a rough guide, drink at least 200 millilitres for each watery stool. Have ORS: 1 packet to be dissolved in 1 litre of boiled and cooled water and drink it as advised. If you feel like vomiting, wait for 5-10 minutes and then start drinking again, but this time do it slowly. For example, take a sip every 2-3 minutes, but make sure that your total intake is the same as what is described above. 2. Anti-diarrhoeal medicines are not usually needed. However, if wish to reduce the number of trips that you need to make to the toilet - Take 1 TAB LOPERAMIDE or 1 TAB REDOTIL right away. (Don’t take more than 2 a day.) 3. Take TAB VIZYLAC 2 times a day for 2 days. 4. Take TAB PAN-D 2 times a day, 30 minutes before food for 3 days. 5. If you have pain along with loose motions: Take TAB COLIMEX two times a day after food for 2 days. 6. Please don’t take antibiotics unless prescribed by your doctor. Taking antibiotics casually reduces your body’s ability to fight off minor infections. 7. Eat as normally as possible. Easily digestible food is better. E.g. curd-rice, moong dal khichdi, fruits. Avoid oily/spicy food.

Is Your Child Under Stress?

Is your child irritable? Not eating well or under performing at school?

Relax! Losing your mind and temper won't help. 

There are chances that your child is under stress and needs your support during this testing time. Let's gain better understanding of the problem as a mature step towards positive parenting.

Stress, either intrinsic or extrinsic, can affect your child as easily as it may affect you. There are several causes as to why your child may also be stress-laden even at such a tender age. As pre-schoolers, the major cause for stress stems from anxiety of leaving their parents and spending long hours in an external environment. As a child grows up, further causes of stress may include:

  1. Overwhelming schedule due to large number of academic and extra-curricular activities
  2. High expectations of parents and pressure to perform
  3. Lifestyle or status associated peer-pressure
  4. Conflict between parents / domestic violence / Divorce of parents
  5. Moving to new town or city
  6. Serious illness
  7. Physiological changes during puberty
  8. Worry about getting along with friends

Warning signals that your child is under stress:

  1. Aggression: Children are prone to a high number of aggressive outbursts as they are not as much in control of their emotions as adults are. They may often react with physical aggression (biting, kicking, or hitting) or verbal aggression (screaming or abusing). This can, however, be curbed in a number of ways such as setting firm and consistent limits, and avoiding instilling in them the idea of 'toughness'.
  2. Bed wetting: Though stress and anxiety may not be essential causes that lead to the advent of bedwetting in children, it often accentuates the same. You should reassure your child that you are not angry when he/she has an accident and see the doctor to rule out any other medical causes.
  3. Hyperactive behavior: When children can't handle stress, they release negative energy. Having temper tantrums, running away, or constantly being disobedient are ways to alert adults that there is a problem. Help your child burn off energy in a positive, calming way. Deep breathing exercises, listening to soothing music, stretching, or yoga help.
  4. Withdrawal: Social withdrawal and being frequently moody or irritable can often arise from high levels of stress, social fear and anxiety in children. Offer plenty of positive attention and speak to your child's teacher if you suspect he/she is having trouble with friends at school.
  5. Eating and sleeping disorders: If your child is sleeping less or sleeping more than usual, then it might be an indication that something is not right with your child. Likewise, if there is any change in eating pattern which you find abnormal, then it indicates trouble. This may often stem from stress or anxiety-related issues and hamper the proper growth and nutrient intake in a growing child.

How you can you help your child?  

There are several things you can do to help your child work through his/her problems when it comes to combating stress and anxiety. These include: 

  1. Have friendly relation with kids so that they feel free to share their problems/ feelings. Kids generally hide things out of fear. Motivate them to express and share their worries. 
  2. Try to understand the cause of the stress. Talk about their fears and apprehensions. Make them feel they are understood. 
  3. Do not force them to sleep or eat. Encourage to eat well and sleep in time.
  4. The child should be encouraged to indulge in some physical activities like walk/ jog/sports and relaxation exercises like deep breathing/meditation 
  5. Avoid burdening them with studies and co-curricula activities. Identify their abilities and interest and respect individual limitations. Don't burden them with your expectations. 
  6. There should be sufficient breaks in between studies for rejuvenation. It motivates and enhances productivity.
  7. Avoid demeaning/insulting remarks. Avoid comparisons with other kids.
  8. Avoid negative reactions like scolding/sarcasm/shouting/beating. Teach the child appropriate ways of managing emotions like open communication, sharing state of mind with peers and parents and appropriate anger management techniques.
  9. You should also talk to teachers and peers if you suspect any problem at school and find a solution through their help.
  10. Teach the child about time management. Let them know how to prioritize work according to importance and urgency of task.

Hi, please follow these tips: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetabes, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Take 1tsf of isabgol powder with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. 9. Apply pilex ointment before and after passing stools. 10. Take tab arshonyt 1-1-1 for about a month and inform. 11. Do sitz bath twice daily.
