If you see two lines on the card, that means you are pregnant but better to repeat the test with morning first urine sample and see if you get red colour lines. Get back to me if any other query.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hello, yes this may be because of acidity. Take natrum phos 6x, 5 tabs thrice daily before meals and gastrobin, 10 drops with water twice daily after meals revert after 7 days.

Dandruff can be treated with lotions and shampoo (not commercial ones). Some people do have more oily scalp which cause visible flakes which we cause dandruff. There are some other conditions also which can present like flaking of the scalp. Do not apply oil on scalp as it will increase the problem. One of the simplest and most effective ways to induce sleep is to rub some oil on the scalp and the soles of the feet before going to bed. Use sesame oil, brahmi oil, jasmine oil, or coconut oil and massage gently for a few minutes. Slightly warming the oil before applying is helpful...put 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. Go for a hemoglobin test. For hair loss add protein in your diet. The most common cause is nutritional deficiencies of iron, folic acid, and vitamins c and b12. रात में आपकी बार-बार नींद टूटती है? कितनी ही देर बिस्तर पर लेट लें, सपनों की दुनिया में खोने का चांस नहीं मिलता। और अगर नींद आ भी जाए, तो यह गहरी नहीं होती। अगर इन सभी बातों का जवाब"हां" है, तो आपको स्लीप सिंड्रोम की प्रॉब्लम है।
93 फीसदी लोग नींद न आने से परेशान
एक सर्वे के मुताबिक, इंडिया में 93 फीसदी लोग नींद न आने की प्रॉब्लम से परेशान हैं और 58 फीसदी लोगों के रुटीन पर नींद पूरी न होने का इफेक्ट सीधा पड़ता है।'नींद दो तरह की होती है। गहरी नींद यानी नॉन पिड आई मूवमेंट स्लीप और कच्ची नींद, जिसे सपनों वाली नींद भी कहते हैं। अगर नॉन पिड आई मूवमेंट स्लीप 5 घंटे की भी आ जाए, तो बॉडी रिलैक्स हो जाती है, लेकिन कच्ची नींद भले ही 8 घंटे की हो, वह बॉडी को रिलैक्स नहीं करती है। आमतौर पर नींद न आने की वजह होती हैं टेंशन और डिप्रेशन।' इसके अलावा, लाइफस्टाइल और बॉडी पेन भी नींद न आने की वजह बनता है। अवेयरनेस न होने से लोग इसे मामूली चीज समझते हैं और डॉक्टर से कॉन्टैक्ट नहीं करते। दरअसल, सही तरह से नींद न आना कई बीमारियों की वजह बन सकती है।
जब मन किया, तब सो गए
सोने का समय फिक्स नहीं रखते। कभी 10 तो कभी 11, जब मन किया, सो गए। इसके अलावा, रात को प्रॉपर नींद न आने की एक खास वजह दिन में लंबे समय तक सोना भी है। यह तय है कि अगर आप दिन में कई घंटे सो जाएंगे, तो रात को प्रॉपर नींद कतई नहीं आने वाली। अगर दिन में सोना ही है, तो 20 मिनट काफी हैं।
देर रात टीवी देखना
सोते समय टीवी देखना अवॉइड करें, क्योंकि टीवी पर चल रहे प्रोग्राम्स का काफी असर आपकी नींद पर पड़ता है। बजाय इसके अगर आप सोने से पहले 15 से 20 मिनट बुक रीडिंग की आदत डाल लेंगे, तो आपको अच्छी नींद आएगी। सोने जाने से पहले टीवी पर कोई हॉरर प्रोग्राम या सेड सीन देखने से भी नींद उड़ जाती है।
हैवी स्टमक
अगर आप भी सोने से पहले एक कप कॉफी या चाय पीने के शौकीन हैं, तो अब इससे तौबा करें। दरअसल, कैफीन नींद को लाने की जगह भगा देती है। अगर आप रात को हैवी मील लेते हैं और वो भी ठीक सोने से पहले, तो तय है कि आप अपने लिए बिन बुलाई आफत ला रहे हैं। हैवी स्टमक रहने से आप तो रातभर अनईजी रहेंगे ही, साथ ही आपके डाइजेस्ट सिस्टम को भी एक्स्ट्रा काम करना पड़ेगा।
हैवी वर्कआउट
हैवी वर्कआउट भी नींद न आने की वजह बनता है। रोजाना आधा घंटे की एक्सरसाइज ही काफी है। इससे आपके मसल्स व जॉइंट्स का वर्कआउट होगा और आपको अच्छी नींद आएगी। सोने से पहले गर्म पानी से नहाएं। दरअसल, हॉट बॉथ टेंशन देने वाली मसल्स को रिलैक्स करता है।
हेक्टिक शेड्यूल
कई बार अपने हेक्टिक शेड्यूल के चलते भी आपको प्रोपर नींद नहीं आ पाती। बार- बार ध्यान उन चीजों की तरफ जाता है, जो आपकी पेंडिंग होती हैं। सुबह उठकर टीवी और कंप्यूटर में बैठने के बजाय रीडिंग और मेडिटेशन करें। यह आपमें कामों को लेकर एकाग्रता लाएगा। ऐसी सिचुएशन में बेडरूम का टेंपरेचर भी कूल होना जरूरी है।
मैरिड लाइफ की प्रॉब्लम्स
एक खुश मैरिज लाइफ रुटीन में आने वाली कई प्रॉब्लम्स को खत्म कर देती हैं। लेकिन अगर यह उलझनों से भरी है, तो आपको नींद नहीं आएगी। इसके अलावा, अगर बच्चा छोटा है, तो वह रात को कई बार उठता है, जिससे नींद बार- बार खुलती है। धीरे- धीरे यह आदत में आ जाता है, जो नींद पूरी न होने की वजह बनता है।
मेडिकल इश्यू
कई बार हेल्थ प्रॉब्लम्स के चलते भी आप अनिंद्रा के शिकार हो जाते हैं। थ्रोट इन्फेक्शन, हार्ट प्रॉब्लम्स, किसी वजह से दर्द और सर्दी-जुकाम जैसी प्रॉब्लम्स के चलते भी लंग्स में प्रोपर हवा पास नहीं हो पाती, जिससे बार- बार नींद टूटती है।
उम्र की वजह से
अगर आपकी उम्र 50 से 60 साल के बीच है, तो आपकी नींद बच्चे की तरह नहीं हो सकती। इस उम्र में नींद कच्ची होती है और कई बार खुलती है। इसलिए यह सोचकर परेशान न हों कि आपको नींद नहीं आती।

नींद के लिए नींद की गोलियाँ लेने से बचें और नेचुरली अच्छी नींद के लिए प्रयास करें.

Eat healthy, that is the best remedy for hairfall. Amla, curry leaves and fenugreek are great remedies to improve hair growth. Externally, use a combination of coconut oil, castor oil and sesame oil in equal proportions mixed with a spoon of lemon juice. Apply this on alternate days followed by a hairwash after an hour.

Hello, Papaya consumption is a myth for initiating abortion or menses. So until and unless your menses are delayed by 2 weeks and pregnancy is ruled out then you may opt for a withdrawal bleed with progesterones to resume your menses.

There are many reasons for hair fall. So first and foremost we have to find the cause with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the common causes are nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia or patterned baldness, telogen effluvium etc. Unless we find and treat the cause there is no point in giving non specific treatment. Oils or shampoos do not have any effect on hair growth as they are not absorbed in the skin. Please send photographs using online consult option for proper diagnosis and detailed prescription.

I'm lean. I want to gain weight. What type of food should I take to gain weight and strength?
Following is a list of weight gain foods. 1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg , then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans,soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories. 2. Eat custard apple (Saripa, Sitaphal) to put on some weight. This fruit is high in calorie. 3. Healthy fats: Avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in India give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola ). 4. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds. 5. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight.. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories. Potatoes are rich sources of carbohydrates and complex sugars, eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates. 6. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories. 7. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty. 8. Don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles. Consult your doctor for protein supplements. 9. Non Vegetarian Foods Some of the non-vegetarian foods that help increase weight are given below: 1. Red Meat lean ground beef, lean steaks. 2. Pork, ham, lamb 3. Fish: Eat two portions of salmon, cod, or tuna every day. 4. Shrimps: The nutrients and necessary acid content present in shrimps gives healthy calories. 5. Turkey 6. Chicken breast Chicken breast, is supposed to be the healthiest and non-fat part which has approximately 78 calories for each serving. 7. Whole eggs: Eggs are loaded with protein, vitamins A,D and E.

•Please do the following: Put some coconut oil in a pan. Boil a few dried Indian gooseberry pieces (if you do not have dried amla then use amla powder) in the oil until they become charred. Let the oil cool. Apply the oil on your hair and scalp. Leave it on overnight, or at least for an hour, before rinsing it out. Do this at least once or twice a week.

Till feb 2016 I was a regular runner, who approx. Runs for 3 km daily. But from last year feb onwards I experienced some sort of discomfort and heaviness on my both knees, but no pain .(i weighed 98 kg and height 185 cm - athletic built body). But by march 16 week 1 itself I experienced slight pain and swelling on knees. Eventually I stopped running and consulted few ortho doctors, they took x ray and prescribed many remedies and medicines, but in vain and I was so frustrated.(on june 2015 my left hamstring got injured while playing football and I hardly recovered from that) by april last I started my dieting along with consuming herbalife and gradually I started to loss weight. Naturally my knees got better, but still when I squat, creaking and popping sound can be heard followed by awful pain. Also till now I cannot run properly. Now in april I weigh jus 81 kg and I am happy but still my knees suffer when I squat. Also recently I found that I am also suffering from false curvature on both legs. Please suggest to improve my condition. Tnk u.

Increase thirst, increased frequency of urination are some initial symptoms of diabetes but it can vary from being completely asymptomatic to non specific symptoms like weakness, tingling in feet, dry mouth, blurry vision, burning during urination. You need to follow a healthy lifestyle to prevent such metabolic diseases. Type 1 usually occurs at younger age due to insulin deficiency and treated with insulin injections. Type 2 usually in adults due to insulin resistance and treated with oral medicines. It can't be cured completely but you can keep it controlled by taking these precautions. Increasing the intake of protein in your diet along with regular exercise is the way to acquire a muscular physique.

there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed ..it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner .. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night .. by doing above thing you will get good result
