While for sex my penis doesn't get hard but whenever I watch porn it seems alright.what is wrong
Try to reduce watching porn and do not try so hard while doing sex. Be natural and spend more time with your partner. Read about foreplay techniques and then it will be fine.

I have yellow urine for 25 days. Kindly suggest.

Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS), MS - Urology, MBBS
Urologist,
Dear if you are not taking any medicines like b-complex and if you do not have jaundice then most likely that you are passing concentrated urine. Reason being in hot summer what amount of fluids you are consuming is not enough, so start taking plenty of fluids to the extent urine becomes almost watery white.

Dear lybrate user. Sperm Count. 40 million to 300 million is the normal range for the number of sperm per milliliter. Counts below 10 million are considered poor; counts of 20 million or more may be fine if motility and morphology are normal. 1. Avoid overheating your testicles. There's a reason our testicles rest outside our bodies: they need to stay a bit cooler than the rest of our internal organs. When testicles get too warm, they aren't able to produce as much sperm.[1] There are a number of ways to make sure your testicles don't get overheated: Don't wear tight pants and jeans. Wear loose, cotton boxer shorts instead of briefs. Sleep without underwear so that your testicles stay cooler. Avoid hot baths and saunas. 2. Wear a jockstrap when you play sports. It goes without saying, because most men know this from experience, but a blow to the balls will hurt you and kill your sperm. 3. Massage your body with herbal oils. This, along with regular exercise, improves overall blood flow and circulation. Increased circulation means healthier sperm. 4. Reduce stress levels. Stress can decrease your sexual function, leading to reduced sperm production.[2] If you work 12 plus hour days and never give yourself a chance to rest, your count might be down as a result. Try practicing relaxation techniques throughout the day to keep yourself feeling calm. Keep your mind and body healthy by regularly practicing yoga and meditation, or take up running or swimming. Stress hormones block Leydig cells, which are tasked with regulating testosterone production. When your body experiences too much stress, it can actually stop producing sperm altogether. Make sure you're getting enough sleep every night. Exhaustion can also lead to increased stress and cause decreased sperm production. 5. Stop smoking. Smoking cigarettes causes sperm counts to be lower, makes them move more slowly, and causes the sperm themselves to be misshapen. 6. Drink alcohol moderately. Alcohol affects your liver function, which, in turn, causes a dramatic spike in estrogen levels. 7. Ejaculate less frequently. Frequent ejaculations can lower sperm count. Your body produces millions of sperm each day, but if you already have low sperm count, consider storing them up longer between ejaculations. If you have sex or masturbate daily, cut down on the frequency for increased sperm production. 8. Be careful around toxins. Exposure to chemicals can affect the size, movement and count of your sperm. It's more and more difficult to avoid exposure to toxins, but it's absolutely necessary for your overall health and the health of your sperm. Do the following to decrease your exposure: If you work around chemicals all day long, protect your skin with long sleeves and gloves, and make sure you wear a mask and goggles to protect your face. Use natural cleaning supplies instead of cleaning with chemicals. Don't use pesticides or herbicides in your house or yard. 9. Be wary of medications. Certain medications can lead to decreased sperm count and even permanent infertility. If sperm production is a big concern for you, make sure you ask your doctor whether any medication prescribed might affect your sperm count. Look at the labels on over-the-counter medicines, too. 10. Involve in physical exercises. 11. Flax seeds increase testosterone in a man's body. They also contain essential fatty acids that are necessary for maintaining libido. Flax seeds help in the proper release of all sex hormones, facilitating sexual desire. Taking one tablespoon of flax seed every day will ensure your sexual health. Take care.

My wife is pregnant
I think its 5-6 week
Then I have to know In pregnancy can I do foreplay and then intercourse (but...
As such, sex in pregnancy is not forbidden medically. Yes. If she had a healthy pregnancy, there’s no reason why you and your partner can’t have sex. The thick mucus plug that seals your cervix helps to guard your baby against infection. The amniotic sac and the strong muscles of your uterus (womb) also keep your baby safe. Your penis won’t damage your baby in any way while you're having sex. You may find your baby moves around a bit after you've had an orgasm. It's nothing to worry about. Your baby's reacting to the pounding of your heart. He doesn't know what's happening or feel any discomfort. You may have heard that having sex can bring on labour before your baby is ready to be born. This is not true, as long as you have had a straightforward pregnancy. If your wife's body is not ready to go into labour, having sex will not cause her to have a premature birth. In fact, it seems that if you have regular sex during pregnancy she may be less likely to give birth prematurely! There are, however, some circumstances where you may have to be careful about having sex. If she had any bleeding or spotting in early pregnancy, her doctor may advise her not to have sex until you reach 14 weeks. Herr doctor may say it's best not to have sex for the rest of her pregnancy if she has: a history of cervical weakness a low-lying placenta (placenta praevia) had heavy bleeding had a vaginal infection For most women and their partners, sex during pregnancy is fine as long as both partners consent and are comfortable. However, certain problems can occur during pregnancy that put the fetus at risk for premature delivery. If you are experiencing vaginal bleeding, preterm labor or ruptured membranes, you should not have sexual intercourse and you should avoid having orgasms. Your health care provider will tell you if sex could be harmful, but do not hesitate to ask if you have questions or concerns. Partners need to be honest and realistic about sex during pregnancy. Open communication may help to defuse frustration. Because AIDS/HIV infection is transmitted through sexual activity, always practice safe sex. HIV infections can be transmitted to the unborn child. Get both the partners checked for HIV (and other STD as well) and may have sex withot condom and can also orgasm inside. (but you should not have multiple sex partners after HIV test or if you have multiple partners, do safe sex.) Suggestions for Making Love During Pregnancy Some hints for satisfying and comfortable sexuality during pregnancy include: Positioning Side lying, with partner behind woman Woman on hands and knees, partner kneeling behind Woman sitting on partner's lap Lubrication Water soluble lubricant jelly, such as Astroglide or KY Jelly. Do not use baby oil or Vaseline. Lubricated condom Alternatives Cuddling Full body massage Foreplay Benefits of Having Sex during Pregnancy:--- Making love during pregnancy boasts a number of big health benefits. Here's why a little extra alone-time with your hubby can do a body (and a baby!) good: Improves orgasms: Blood flow intensifies your sexual desire. In fact, some women achieve a real orgasm for the first time ever during pregnancy! Burns calories: Sex is the most fun way to stay fit — you’ll burn 50 calories or more in 30 minutes of love-making. Lowers blood pressure: Sex has been found to lower blood pressure…a good thing for both of you, since high blood pressure is linked to the pregnancy complication preeclampsia. Reduces pain: Orgasm releases oxytocin (or the “love hormone”), which one study found to increase pain tolerance by 74%. Improves sleep: For moms: Sex is relaxing — so it helps you sleep better. For babies: The rocking motion of a sex session often lulls baby to sleep. Boosts immunity: A study found that sex boosts levels of IgA, an antibody that helps avoid colds and other infections. Boosts happiness: Orgasm releases endorphins — which make both you and baby happier and more relaxed. Increases intimacy: Thank oxytocin again — it’s been linked to romantic attachment. Speeds up postpartum recovery: Orgasms during pregnancy prepare the pelvic floor for childbirth, which in turn speeds postpartum recovery. Do Kegels during pregnancy sex to pump up those muscles — and increase pleasure for you both!

Firstly weight gain is majorly dependent on your metabolism and genetics play a definite role too. You have to be patient and give your body time to gain a healthy body weight. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal. Hye, thanks for the query. Firstly drink hot fluids like kanji, soup, ginger mint tea at frequent intervals. Have easy to digest foods like khichdi soft vegetables and fruits. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk fried spicy foods. Milk with haldi and ginger powder will help.

General Physician,
If a vocal cord paralysis is termed idiopathic, no cause has been identified. The aim of this study was to assess the prognosis and management of patients with an idiopathic vocal cord paralysis. Patients with an idiopathic vocal cord paralysis should be suspected of harbouring a malignancy unless vocal cord mobility recovers, and management of the laryngeal dysfunction should be expectant for up to 12 months.

What to do to get relief from cough?

Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian (RD), PGDD, Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (B.U.M.S), General Physician
Dietitian/Nutritionist,
Firstly there's no lifelong cure for the common cold. Antibiotics are only effective against infections of throat and are of no use against cold viruses. Over-the-counter (otc) cold preparations won't cure a common cold or make it go away any sooner, and most have side effects. A saltwater gargle 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2tsp turmeric dissolved in a glass of warm water can temporarily relieve a sore or scratchy throat. To help relieve nasal congestion, try saline (pure salt water) nasal drops. If you have a throat infection, or a viral cold then I will prescribe appropriate meds based on your detailed assessment. Do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

Causes and Symptoms of Uterine Fibroids

Fellowship In Minimal Access Surgery, MS - Obstetrics and Gynaecology, MBBS
Gynaecologist, Hyderabad
Causes and Symptoms of Uterine Fibroids

Uterine fibroids are referred to as benign, abnormal growths which tend to develop in the uterine walls of a woman. The size of such growths can range from a few centimeters to even excess of a few inches. As such, they can cause the uterus to increase to the size of a five month pregnancy. Although, the symptoms of fibroids are not always apparent, they often cause heavy bleeding and pain in women. A recent research concluded that around 60 to 75 percent women contract such fibroids by the age of 50, at least once in their life.

Depending on the site of formation, uterine fibroids are distinguished into different types. Intramural fibroids in the lining of the uterus and subserosal fibroids which develop outside the uterus are the most commonly observed fibroids.

What causes Uterine Fibroids?
Although, the exact reason for the formation of fibroids are obscure, medical professionals have determined certain factors that may affect their formation. Some of them are:
1) Hormones: Progesterone and estrogen, produced by the ovaries regenerate the uterine lining during each menstrual cycle and trigger the growth of fibroids.
2) Family history: If you have had a family history of uterine fibroids, then you're likely to develop the condition yourself as well.
3) Pregnancy: The production of progesterone and estrogen increases during pregnancy which increases the likelihood of fibroids.

What are the signs of the condition?
Depending on the location and size of the tumors, symptoms of such fibroids include:
1) Heavy bleeding and blood clots during periods
2) Pain in the pelvis
3) Frequent menstrual cramps
4) Pressure and pain in the lower abdomen
5) Swelling in the abdomen
6) Pain while intercourse

What is the procedure of the treatment?
Ultrasound and pelvic MRI are common diagnostic procedures to check for uterine fibroids. After diagnosis, depending on your age, size of the fibroid and your comprehensive health, the doctor would prescribe you with appropriate medications. Only after medications prove futile, doctors opt for minimally invasive surgeries. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.

BHMS

I am 23 years old and I have headache always I have used painkillers but they don't work what should I do now?
Hello, Some primary headaches can be triggered by lifestyle factors, including: Alcohol, particularly red wine Certain foods, such as processed meats that contain nitrates Changes in sleep or lack of sleep Poor posture Skipped meals Stress Insufficient sleep or rest Overexertion Nutritional deficiencies A secondary headache is a symptom of a disease that can activate the pain-sensitive nerves of the head. Any number of conditions — varying greatly in severity — may cause secondary headaches. Get your blood pressure checked, make a chart. Let me know about the readings, will give you medication accordingly. Also, get eyes tested as headache over the eyebrows is related to your weak eyesight or weak eye muscles. Medication: Meantime, can start with homoeopathic medicine - Bakson's Mig-Aid tablet/ after every 2 hours.
