Try few things for your back pain: - Apply Ice and Heat Heating pads and cold packs can comfort tender trunks. Most doctors recommend using ice for the first 48 hours after an injury -- particularly if there is swelling — and then switching to heat. You can use whichever you find comforting as long as your skin is protected. - Limit Bed Rest Studies show that people with short-term low-back pain who rest feel more pain and have a harder time with daily tasks than those who stay active. -Keep Exercising Activity is often the best medicine for back pain. Simple exercises like walking can be very helpful. But remember to move in moderation, Stay away from strenuous activities like gardening and avoid whatever motion caused the pain in the first place. -Maintain Good Posture most people have poor posture when going about their daily activities, putting unnecessary strain on their backs. -Strengthen Your Core Most people with chronic back pain would benefit from stronger abdominal muscles. If the abdominals are weak, other areas must pick up the slack. When we strengthen the abdominals, it often reduces the strain on the lower back. - Improve Flexibility Too much tension and tightness can cause back pain. By increasing flexibility you need to put an equal load throughout the body from the feet all the way up to the head. -Sleep the Right Way The amount of rest you get is important, and so is the position you get it in. Sleeping in a bad position or on a mattress without support can cause back pain. Back sleepers should put pillows under their knees. Side sleepers should place pillows between their knees to keep their spine in a neutral position. Stomach sleeping causes the neck and head to twist and can put undue stress on the back. -Use Relaxation Techniques Research shows that practices such as meditation, deep breathing and yoga, which help put the mind at rest, can do wonders for the back. -See a Specialist Developing an individualized exercise plan is essential to managing chronic back pain. Some patients need more core strengthening while others benefit mainly from stretching and improving flexibility. Please consult a Orthopedic Physiotherapist for the right exercise plan. Best wishes.

u need to take a balanced diet. eat low calorie foods. do exercise. stop fast food,irregular food habit,sweets. eat salad in lunch and dinner.

There is no such thing as period maths and safe period. When you read safe days means lesser chances of getting pregnant. But there are not 100% safe days. So don't take chances.

Many a times we get attracted to a person to fulfill pre-ordained energy dynamics. We meet people to continue a story left incomplete, if you believe in reincarnation, or we get attracted by a chemistry a spark, which creates the combustion of passion and falling in love.

In the most self assured individual hidden in the deep recesses of the heart is a need to be accepted and loved for just who they are. We need someone to tell us we are beautiful and needed flaws not withstanding. There is a gaping chasm in the human heart which demands being filled.

A relationship seems to be an answer to this need and the hormones plays up to make it a compelling one. Eros or libido is the driving force which makes the person singularly desirable their touch intoxicating and presence soothing. You project your image of your ideal on your partner. The image may be perfect or it may be distorted by past experiences. But this projection of an image conjured up by the mind on the partner who serves as a poor unsuspecting screen is what starts the drama of love.

There can be no hard and fast rules in relationships. Energy finds a balanced flow as your mind and heart settle into a harmony which understand accepts forgives supports and facilitates without the other how would one cultivate these virtues, the acid test of spiritual growth is the flavour of relationships, the man woman relationship being an important one.

Please do USG whole abdomen to rule-out any cause for the pain. Please note the following recommendation for your conditions: Enjoy a Cup of Chamomile Tea -- Pour boiling water over a teabag and cover your mug, letting it steep for 10 minutes. If using dried chamomile, place 1-2 teaspoons in a mug and cover with boiling water. Cover the mug and let steep for 15-20 minutes. Sip slowly. Use a “Hot” Pack-- Find a place to lie down, and rest the hot pack on your belly. It should be a comfortable temperature, but definitely warm. Do this for at least 15 minutes, or as long as you need to, reheating as necessary. For further queries get back to me.

For a normal weight reducing diet, the quality of food is reduced as per the reduced calorie restrictions. Emphasis is given or more roughage and liquids. The following items are deleted:- a) butter, ghee and coconuts chutney. B) fried food items. C) egg yolk. D) high calorie fruits like banana. This diet provides about 1000-1200 calories and 40-45gm of protein.

Confirm by recording mouth temperature everyday at least 4 times a day ie. 7 am, 11 am, 6 pm and 10 pm Maintain a diary for few days and show it to a consulting Physicain to confirm recordible fever. Then you require proper clinical examination, related investigations, diagnosis and treatment. Good rst and plenty of oral liquid intake will be helpfu.

apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.......

1. Eat predominantly nutrient-dense foods Optimal energy metabolism (the process that converts food to energy) requires an abundance of vitamins and minerals. Every cell in our body can unlock its energy potential with the proper fuel from food. If we do not get enough nutrients from foods, we suffer from sub-optimal cellular energy metabolism, making us feel tired and sluggish. The best way to combat this is to choose foods that have a lot of nutrition per calorie. These include vegetables, beans, nuts, seeds, fruits, whole grains, and lean animal proteins. Refined breads, fried and fatty foods, sweets and desserts, and processed snack foods give us lots of calories with little nutrition, which is why youll feel so much better if you base your diet on minimally processed, whole foods. 2. Seek out foods high in antioxidants Antioxidants are the bodys scavengers of those damaging chemicals that tax our system and cause fatigue and lead to illness. Being that there are thousands of natural, protective antioxidants in fruits, vegetables, and other plant-based foods, a pill or processed food will never come close to what youll get from the whole food. 3. Focus on omega-3s Studies show that diets high in omega-3 fats improve mood, memory, and thinking, which are related to focus and energy. Try to get at least one excellent source of omega-3 fats a day: fish, flax seeds, flax oil, hemp seeds, hemp oil, leafy greens (think big salad), or walnuts. Omega-3 supplements such as fish oil can help but they should never replace a healthful diet. 4. Make breakfast a priority Yes, its easy to skip breakfast, and we even may feel virtuous doing so, as it appears to be a way to save calories. But it hurts us in the long run. Studies show that a good breakfast not only gets your metabolism going, but it will help keep you alert and satisfied until lunch. Bonus: healthy breakfast eaters set the stage for a full day of healthy eating. Swapping out processed foods like donuts, pastries, white bagels, cereal, and waffles for healthier options including fresh fruit, whole grain hot or cold cereal with nuts/seeds, whole grain bread with nut butter, or even last nights casserole are all good options. 6. Say yes to snacks Getting a near-steady supply of food energy throughout the day helps keep your blood sugar level and your energy level up. Letting yourself get too hungry causes your blood sugar to crash, leading to feelings of sluggishness and, often, cravings for junk food. But of course it is important to choose your snacks wisely. A smart snack will not come from a vending machine or in a 100-calorie pack; in fact, these foods typically do not provide the mental boost in energy that youre craving, and youre often left feeling even more tired than before. Real food is the best source of real energy. Combining complex carbs with protein and fat provides lasting energy, because the fiber, protein, and fat slow the release of sugar into the blood, helping to prevent energy dips and overeating. 7. Drink for energy Being properly hydrated is a very easy and effective way to keep your energy high. The body needs water, and lots of it, to function optimally. You can skip the vitamin waters and energy drinks which, unless youre an endurance athlete, just add unnecessary calories and expense. So keep a fresh and ready source of water by you at all times, and sip at least 1 cup every 2 hours. Tote a reusable bottle with you wherever you go. Bonus: all those extra trips to the restroom help you to move more. 8. Become the designated driver more often Since alcohol is a depressant, it can contribute to low energy. Ironically, it can also act as a stimulant several hours later, which can disrupt your sleep cycle and cause fatigue the next day. If you depend on a nightly drink to fall asleep or overindulge over the weekends, you may find that cutting out or down on alcohol improves your energy considerably. 9. Use caffeine wisely or not at all After a cup of coffee, it certainly feels as though youre getting an energy boost. But it really is not true energy—its a drug effect. So although youll feel a short-term boost, it will backfire when it wears off, because at that point the body realizes it has no real energy source and the result is exhaustion and hunger, typically followed by overeating. 10. Choose power foods 1. Almonds (or other nuts) 2. Avocado 3. Watercress (or arrugula, kale, collards, spinach, etc.) 4. Quinoa (or other intact whole grains such as millet, amaranth, brown rice, etc.) 5. Flax seeds (grind them before adding to foods) 6. White beans (or lentils, white beans, black beans, etc.) 7. Dates (or other dried fruit – in moderation) 8. Blackberries (or strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.) 9. Sea vegetables (nori, dulse, hijiki, etc.) 10. Edamame (young whole soy beans) U need to take a balanced diet Do yoga.

My answer to your query is: 1.Does alopecia areata is reversible? The answer is yes in case of non scarring alopecia areata that is area of hair loss without any scar chances of re growth always a possibility. 2.It requires treatment? :Yes, Alopecia areata is considered to be an auto immune problem If left untreated Alopecia Areata may progress further upto Alopecia totalis i.e complete loss of hair in scalp and alopecia universalis i.e complete loss of hair in scalp, eyebrows,beared and all over the body. 3. In how much percent of people regrowth is not seen? It depends on stage of case, individual body; s reaction to treatment and associated health problem.

Hello User, I had read a story. Two persons were walking along towards a village. It was summer time. A large tree came on their way. They lie down below the tree to save themselves from heat. Looking at the tree, one commented that the tree was not bearing any fruit, so was not of no use. Tree listened to them, and replied silently,” I provided you shed. I saved you from heat. And you call me good-for-nothing”. God has created every living being with a purpose behind. You too carry a purpose. H. You are fortunate to have taken birth as a human being. Please thank Him from your heart, for being born as human being. Now, you say that you do not have any friends, and you are very lonely. You feel depressed. Let us analyse the cause of disturbance. I have learnt one line in my life. That is ,” Answer lies in your question”. It means all unsolved items only comes up to the surface from your mind. You remain disturbed within that boundary. Then you look outside for solution. Disturbance inside frames the periphery around it. Hence, your question shows the boundary. You feel lonely. Such feeling arises when you feel the absence of other. The presence was giving you a lot of pleasure. If that is the reason, then the solution is attachment. May be someone was listening to you, you could share your unhappiness and pleasure. Of course, we all do it in our day to day life. It gives a relaxation when we share our feelings. But, it has a opposite effect ,when the other is not there. In other words, dependency on others bring pleasure and unhappiness. Hence, it is advised to learn to live alone. Aloneness is staying within oneself independently. You are not affected by other’s absence or presence. You are within yourself. And you feel completely filled within all the time. To reach such a state you need to do meditation daily. I will suggest you to get some guided type meditation from net. Do practice daily with them. Those will reduce the disturbance your mind. Follow one only, which you feel more effective. After doing so for someday, you will not look forward the presence of others. You feel so complete within yourself. Best of luck. if your knee is paining since 2 weeks, then you have to rethink whether you had any injury in the previous years. I also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. As arthritis is very common if anyone would've neglected any injury in the previous years.. You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. Itching may not due to calcium deficiency

Whenever beta cells of pancreas is destroyed we can get diabetes and we need to exercise regularly and avoid junk food.
