I have a surgery mark on stomach im building body am not getting pack on there help me pls.
Ab packs are well toned abdominal (belly) muscle. To get ab packs follow these methods: 1. On abdomen (belly) there is a layer of fatty tissue. First you have to dissolve the belly fat. For this, start running in morning. Start with 10-15 minute fast walk and then running for 2-5 minutes. Slowly increase the running time upto 15 minutes. 2. Eat lots of green vegetables and lessamount of fat rich foods like butter, cream, fried food. 3. For gaining ab muscles, increase protein rich foods- soyabean, careals, cheese, eggs. * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. 4. For proper shapeof 6 pack abs, follow proper exercise for abs. Do crunches exercise regularly. Follow these instructions seriously and get six packs abs definitely.

Hi the things that you can do to be physically fit are: 1. Start cardiovascular exercises like running, jogging, cycling etc. 2. Avoid carbohydrates and fats. 3. Avoid processed and junk foods. 4. Start exercising. Both body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, squats and weight training in the gym is hepful. 5. Stay hydrated. 6. Have a light dinner. 7. Evening walk is always recommended. 8. Green veggies complete your nutrient requirements. 9. Consume all types of protein both from veg and non veg sources. 10. Sleep well.

However, if it has been more than a year, your dentist may charge you, depending upon his own discretion. Although this is usually the standard policy, many dentists may follow their own rules for charging patients in such cases, so it really depends on your dentist.

Kindly get an x-ray done of the tooth having pain. If there is lack of space for the tooth to erupt then you will have to get it removed / extracted. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene. You can also do warm saline rinses. It will help in relieving pain.

Polymenorrhea is the medical term for cycles with intervals of 21 days or fewer. Irregular menstruation is where there is variation in menstrual cycle length of more than approximately eight days for a woman. The normal period length the average length of the cycle is 28 days and this is the length often used in textbooks. Normal menstrual cycle length can be anyway from 21 to 35 days. If your cycle length is within this range, and that is what you have every month, then that is what is normal for you. Causes of polymenorrhea the causes of polymenorrhea overlap with many of the causes of abnormal uterine bleeding or those of irregular periods. Common, simple causes include stress, excessive exercise, medications or perimenopause. It is a medically known fact that tea, coffee, and colas contain a chemical caffeine which is responsible for giving you the feeling of mental and physical alertness. Caffeine is also present to some extent in chocolate.

If you take these beverages only very occasionally,a single cup of coffee can increase your blood pressure by up to 10mm Hg. However if you take it every day, your body gets used to its effects and there may not be any effect on your blood pressure, even in the long run. Women who suffer from low blood pressure will actually benefit from an occasional cuppa.

People who have an established history of heart disease need to be cautious if they take more than 2 cups of coffee and equivalent per day. In the long run, caffeine may increase anxiety and depression.

On the other hand, long-term caffeine intake of more than 2 cups a day may reduce age-related memory loss, Parkinson's disease, liver cirrhosis and onset of diabetes.

How can I become a taller man?
Height is determined by a combination of genetic, lifestyle and environmental factors upto a certain age. Height is regulated by somatotropin hormone which gradually subside after adolescence. For males growth usually stops after puberty which is around 20yrs of age and for females it is 18 yrs, dont get deceived by false advertisements which claim to increase height post puberty, instead you can concentrate on looking tall by reducing weight giving yourself a lean or muscular appearance. If one has not crossed these ages then surely, one can help you.

Dear, You can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain muscular body, your digestion should work properly For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow The diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * • In the evening eat a bowl of boiled soyabean (daal) and after that eat an apple. * In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. Hi, From your question I could understand that you want to increase your body weight and muscle. We can increase our body weight by taking any foods but it should be healthy. So you should follow a healthy food and lifestyle. So you should include a balance diet which contains fats, carbohydrates and more proteins. Take food 4 or 5 times in a day that include snacks, drink lots of water and try to get proper sleep of 8 hrs continuously. Also make sure that you are doing some physical activities like regular exercise or involve in sports and games. Below are some daily diet suggestions •Breakfast (7.30 am– 8.00 am) Milk-200ml Any types of legumes eg: green gram, black gram, chickpeas etc. Rotis made up of Rice, potato, cereals or wheat Fruits which contains more calories like banana, jack fruit, mangoes etc. •Snacks (11.00 am-11.30 am) Fruit juice odry fruits •Lunch oRice 2 bowl or chappathi 3 nos Dal curry, curd, leafy vegetables If you are non-veg take 1 egg or 1 piece chicken or fish •Evening Snacks Lassi or fruit juice or dates Some biscuits •Dinner 3 chappathy with veg curry It would be helpful if you can provide. •any history of other illness •your bowel habits, sleep & appetite. Hi lybrate-user. Use aclind bp 2.5% gel twice daily over the affected areas and saslic 1% face wash for pimples. You can also opt for chemical peel sessions that gives good results in acne and its pigmentation.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.
