it could be due to injury inside the joint or even a fracture of the tibial plateau. If you have swelling in the knee and pain despite ice then you should atleast have a xray and ortho examination. If the ligaments are damaged then you may require a MRI

Hair fall could b significant or just physiological without any systemic involvement. Firstly, don't stress over it. Meditate. Practice yoga. Relax yourself. Stress vil increase your hairfall. Drink two litres of water. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish and milk. Avoid hair cosmetics. Wash hair twice or thrice a week. Shampoo should be done to wash dirt, dust and grime and not for anything else. Don't use dyes, bleaches or straighteners. Massage scalp to improve circulation. After a bath, don't blow dry your hair instead naturally dry hair. If any scalp infection, get it treated. Any allergy should be taken care of. white hair is related to many micro and macronutrient deficiencies. There are also autoimmune diseases linked to it. It can also be genetic. So, it's very important to get yourself evaluated and treated. Don't blindly take any treatment. Don't use any form of garlic, onion, shallot on head.Avoid swimming in pools. Drink milk and plenty of dairy products to replenish calcium needed for tyrosinase. Include cabbage, broccoli, brussels, kale in daily diet. Have vitamin and mineral supplements. Have spinach and jaggery, iron in it vil enhance melanin forming pathway. Stay away from hairdyes, dryers, spas, bleaches and hot irons. You can use brown natural henna to cover your greys.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

Pl see that weight is due to obesity. One has to avoid spending lot of time in front of television, eating unnecessarily and indoors and do as much physical activity in some service. Discipline and determination are the keys to be fit and overcome obesity.

All time best home remedy to remove dandruff quickly and effectively with fenugreek seeds. Soak 2 tsp of fenugreek (methi) seeds in water overnight. Grind methi seeds into a fine paste the next morning. Apply this paste on the scalp, leave for half an hour and wash off. You can add the lemon juice or curd to the fenugreek paste also. Do not throw the water in which fenugreek seeds were soaked. Use this water as an after-shower hair tonic or last rinse. Follow the regime once in a week. Aloe vera is a wonderful plant that is available right at your kitchen garden. You have to pluck a leaf, cut it from the middle and extract the gel from there. Apply aloe vera gel to your scalp and hair before hair wash. It is very effective in treating dandruff & itchy oily scalp. You can also get a soothing touch over your scalp along with eradication of dandruff. Use 2-4 days old curd to do this. All you need to do is apply this curd on to your scalp and hair. Wash off after 20 minutes.

There will not be any problem in sexual relation ship due to bending so do not worry. Regarding size no oil or pill can not increase it. Neither it matters. Important is good erection n timings. So if your erection n timing is then do not worry.

If you have desk job then it is very important to eat right. You must eat a healthy diet with balanced calories, carb & protein. Avoid tea, coffee, sugary drinks, unhealthy snacks like junk & fast foods replace them with healthy meal like green tea, fruits, nuts, makhana, veg sandwich, puffed rice etc.

1.Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging,running, swimming,cycling etc) 2.Reduce weight if overweight 3Control diet a) Avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. D) Avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango,litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato, a handful of walnut daily (Akhrot) e) Avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/Jowar/Ragi, moong and chana Dal. F) Avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) Avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) Avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4.Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting Dietitian 5.Monitor your fasting, PP blood sugar 3 monthly and HbA1c six monthly 6.Consult diabetologist for advice and treatment.

Sometimes shoulder pain may be a sign of early cervical spondylitis. What I would suggest is you see an orthopaedician so that an x-ray can be advised and then depending on the result physiotherapy/ medicines.

अपने खट्टे-मीठे और चटक स्वाद से लोगों के दांत खट्टे करती है इमली. अपने स्वाद से तो सबको लुभाती ही है इसके गुणों पर भी कई लोग लट्टू हैं. लेकिन स्वाद और स्वास्थ्य से भरपूर इमली में सिर्फ लाभदायक गुण ही नहीं होते हैं. इसके कुछ गुण हानिकार भी होते हैं. तो आईए इसके हानि और लाभ को जानें-

1. ह्रदय को रखे स्वस्थ
इमली में पाए जाने वाले तीनों प्रमुख तत्व पोटैशियम, फाइबर और एंटीऑक्सीडेंट दिल को स्वस्थ रखने में मदद करते हैं. पोटैशियम रक्तचाप को नियंत्रित करता है. फाइबर कोलेस्ट्राल को नियंत्रित करता है. जबकि इमली के में पाया जाने वाला एंटीऑक्‍सीडेंट फ्री रेडिकल्‍स को चैक में रखने में मदद करते हैं.

 6. इमली मोटापे को भी घटाता है
वजन कम करने के लिए लोग कई तरह की दवाइयों का सेवन करते हैं. यदि आप भी वजन को लेकर परेशान हैं या मोटापे से निजात पाना चाहते हैं तो इमली इसमें भी आपकी मदद करता है. इमली में परचुर मात्रा में हाइड्रोऑक्साइट्रिक एसिड की मौजूदगी शरीर में फैट को जलाने वाले इन्जाइम को बढ़ाने में मददगार होती है. इसकी सहायता से वजन घटाने में मदद मिलती है इसलिए आप चाहें तो इसे अपने आहार में भी शामिल कर सकते हैं.
7. शुगर नियंत्रित करे
बेहद आसानी से उपलब्ध हो जाने वाली इमली एक अल्‍फा एमिलेज अवरोध है. इसका मतलब ये हुआ कि यह कार्बोहाइड्रेट को शुगर में अवशोषित और परिवर्तित होने से रोक सकती है जो की ब्‍लड शुगर का स्‍तर बढ़ाने का सबसे बड़ा कारण है. यदि आप आधा चम्‍मच इमली का गूदा प्रतिदिनलें तो इससे न केवल आपका वजन कम होता है, बल्कि डायबिटीज भी नियंत्रण में रहती है.

इमली के नुकसान
1. रक्तस्त्राव का जोखिम: यदि आप इमली का सेवन करते समय कुछ सावधानी न बरतें तो इससे रक्तस्त्राव का जोखिम उत्पन्न हो सकता है. आपको एस्पिरिन, इब्यूप्रोफेन, नेपोरेक्सन आदि दवाओं के सेवन के बाद इमली कभी नहीं खानी चाहिए.
2. गर्भवती महिलाओं को: स्वाद में खट्टी लगने वाली इमली विटामिन सी की एक अच्छी स्त्रोत है. यहाँ गौर करने वाली बात ये है कि विटामिन सी के अधिक सेवन से एस्ट्रोजन का स्तर बढ़ जाता है और उच्च एस्ट्रोजन गर्भाशय में संकुचन और ब्लीडिंग पैदा कर सकता है. इसलिए गर्भवती महिलाओं को गर्भपात से बचाने के लिए विटामिन सी युक्त फल जैसे कि इमली न दें.
3. एलर्जी: कई ऐसे लोग हैं जिन्हें इमली ज्यादा मात्रा में खाने से एलर्जी की समस्या हो जाती है. इसलिए इसके दुष्प्रभाव जैसे कि खुजली, सुजन, चक्कर, बेहोशी, उल्टी, सांस की परेशानी आदि से बचने के लिए ज्यादा इमली न खाएं.
4. गले में खराश: जिन लोगों के गले में खराश की समस्या होती है उन्हें इमली ही नहीं किसी भी अम्लीय पदार्थों से दूर ही रहना चाहिए.
