What are the drugs available for peaceful sleep please suggest me I am suffering with sleepless.
I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

You most likely have familial lipomatosis which is a genetic condition. Lipomatosis is believed to be a dominant trait in which multiple lipomas or lumps are present all over body. Although they may increase with weight gain, weight loss and exercise doesn't improve them. Although this condition is benign, you can excise them for cosmetic reasons. Treatment can include simple excision, endoscopic removal, or liposuction if large. Liposuction, whether laser Liposuction or traditional will leave some of the lipoma cells behind which over time will probably recur though it may take years. You can consult a general surgeon or a plastic surgeon for the same.

I want to know the name of sleeping pills .which is easily available and work fine in the case of insomnia.
It's not the right way to get the prescription. However Henbane herb and indian snakeroot herbs induce natural sleep, though work slow. It's safe. Pl do not take chemical hypnotics.

1. Take one tablet of crocin pain relief as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2. Drink plenty of water 3. Take adequate rest 4. Avoid stress and anxiety.

Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night. They also cause sleeplessness. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind.

Follow the Sleep Hygiene. There are certain DO's which you should do and DONOT's which need to be avoided Do's Maintain regular hours of bedtime and arising If hungry have a light snack before bedtime Regular exercise schedule Take an hour to wind down before going to bed If worried about something, write it down and deal with it in morning Keep the bedroom cool, Dark and Quiet DONOT’S Take nap in daytime Watch the clock so you know how bad your insomnia is Exercise right before going to bed Watch TV in bed when you can't sleep Eat a heavy meal before bedtime Drink coffee in evening Use alcohol to help going to sleep Smoke Read in bed when you can't sleep Exercise in bed Talk on phone in bed.

Dear lybrate user relax in dark and good ventilated room. Drink plenty of water to reduce temperature. Do fasting untill your digestive fire gets active. Take some hot gruels and soups prepared of garlic and ginger. Take meals easy & light for digestion. You can follow below remedies for relief. - abhayaristam 10 ml two times after meals. -a flu o cil tab 1-1-1 a/m till symptoms reduced.
