I'm 23 years old. Male I have 1 year old injury in my right soldier for doing pace bowling. I visited to doctor but didn't work out. If I take rest then fine but after when I start to play then it start paining badly. Even tears come out.

With rest do heat fermentation twice a day tk muscle relaxant medicine and avoid strain. If it work then ok otherwise tk swd or ultrasonic therapy.

Potential causes of lordosis include: poor posture obesity osteoporosis (weakening of the bones with age) discitis (a disorder of the disks between the spinal vertebrae) kyphosis (an excessive outward curvature at the mid-back) spondylolisthesis (a condition in which one vertebra slips forward or backward relative to the next vertabra) achondroplasia (a form of dwarfism). Treatment for lordosis will depend on the severity of the curvature and the presence of other symptoms. Treatment options include: medication to reduce pain and swelling physical therapy (to help build strength in the core muscles) yoga (to increase body awareness, strength, flexibility, and range of motion) weight loss braces (in children and teens) surgery (in severe cases)

May be any infection happened yu can take ift for 15 days @ 15 min both foot pain area pain can be lateral and medial side heal area tarsal area take and consult with rheumatologist ok.

apply volini gel on neck, do warm fomentation, in pain free period do neck exercises , by moving neck up down, left and right. avoid high pillow. it will help. if not ok in 3 weeks then do x ray cervical spine to clear doubt about cervical spondylitis

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young to have a persistent neck pain as a health issue. If you have localized neck pain with no other symptoms like radiating upper limb pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your neck while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. We will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like dynamic x rays of your neck region. Also since you have complained of pain at other regions of the body as well, I will advise you to get some blood tests done empty stomach from a good lab and send reports across to me: cbc, esr, crp, serum electrolytes, serum vitamin b12 and d levels and thyroid profile. I had small fracture in left ankle it has happened one month ago I had gone under treatment til now it has nit curd doctor is saying it be cured .in report it is saying as cortical defect lateral cortex of talus and every thing is normal while walking I am getting pain when I put feet on un even surface I am much worried about this please give your valuable suggestion.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). (Excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well don’t carry much weight on shoulders). Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Management: -Stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -Some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on ‘high’ or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200, Rhus Tox. 200 and Five Phos. - take all of them thrice daily for 1 month. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.
