It's v growing age first you take complet rest n complete food diet if then also then if any constipation problem then take laxative. If any heavy work load avoid it.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take BioD3 Max 1 tab dailyx10 Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x5days Do back(spine)/shoulder/knee exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take Do not ignore it. It may have to be further investigated. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days,then contact me again. Contact your family doctor or nearest hospital for emergency help.

Take physiotherapy treatment and learn spinal exercise. Don't lift heavy things. Don't sit on floor. Increase intake of water. Drink 2 glass of milk. Take calcium ; multivitamin and vitamin d 3 for 2 month.

Hello you may have plantar fasciitis. Stretching is the best treatment for plantar fasciitis. It may help to try to keep weight off your foot until the initial inflammation goes away. Apply ice to the sore area for 20 minutes three or four times a day to relieve your symptoms. Do following exercises- in one exercise, you lean forward against a wall with one knee straight and heel on the ground. Your other knee is bent. Your heel cord and foot arch stretch as you lean. Hold for 10 seconds, relax and straighten up. Repeat 20 times for each sore heel. It is important to keep the knee fully extended on the side being stretched. Another exercise, you lean forward onto a countertop, spreading your feet apart with one foot in front of the other. Flex your knees and squat down, keeping your heels on the ground as long as possible. Your heel cords and foot arches will stretch as the heels come up in the stretch. Hold for 10 seconds, relax and straighten up. Repeat 20 times. Revert me after 7 days. Thanks.

Do take balanced diet and hyderated avoid stress anxiety and anticipating the things do regular physical activity and breathing exercises for about 15 minutes duration each time regularly do consult general physician for fever and body pain.

I am 42 years old, 5'10' and 76kg with no chronic ailments. I've started body building at the age of 16 and intermittently continued till now. Initially took weights for 5 years. But due to time constraints used to do freehand exercises thereafter, mainly, push up 140 to 160 in a set of 10 to 12 at quick succession and few stretching for last 10 years. But for last few years I am feeling pains in the muscle around left collar bone. The pains move from left shoulder to neck to in between muscles of collar bone and even inside (lower part) ear. Consulted few surgeon and they advised to take rest till the pain is over. But the pain again starts after myself re continue the free hand exercises. I became restless if I cannot undergo the physical activities. Please help.

Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment see your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform me.

We have sympathy with you. God bless. Please take tab rumalya ds 2 bd with 1. 5 to 2 glasses of lukewarm water. Apply rumalya oil over knee preferably after hot fomentation. Take tarunikusumakar chooran 1 tsp at bedtime every other day with lukewarm water. Please continue for 2 months initially. No heavy / vatkarak food please. Walk regularly please. Avoid curd.

Hello, Body pain may be due to 1. fever 2. abrupt start or stop of exercise 3. Any other medical disease like Anaemia/ Hypoproteinemia/ Thyroid problem 4. Vit D deficiency 5. Multimineral and vitamin Deficiency 6.Stress/ anxiety 7. Over exertion (physical and mental) kindly follow advises given below: 1. Take adequate rest 2. Proper diet 3. Sir/madam, my father met with an accident in 2006 and his right knee ligament was cut in that incident.(he used medicine to relief pain at that time) but now due to pain again in right knee he consulted doctor and took MRI. It shows: 1. ACL tear 2. Complex tear of posterior horn of lateral meniscus 3. Effusion in knee joint 4. Minimal fluid collection deep to medial head of gastrocnemius origin. Doctors told to go for surgery, but my father already faced surgery for hernia. And denies for another. He has pain when going on steps. please prescribe any suggestions and measures to be followed to prevent pain and surgery.

It is upto you whether you go for surgery or not. Doctor has suggested you best option. Pain is because of instability due to ligament tear and Meniscus tear. These things do not Heal on their own. Had it been just ligament tear, you could have got relief with physiotherapy. Torn meniscus keeps rubbing on joint surfaces and pain would go on increasing. It also causes damage to cartilage. All modalities directed to reduce pain somehow temporarily will not change meniscus and ligament injury. If you have smell in room because of cat has died behind cupboard, then spraying room freshener will be useful only for some time and again you will get smell. Similar is thing with this injury. Unless you remove cat, smell won't go. Same way unless you operate knee, pain won't go. Choice is yours.

Hi it can be overuse injury or tendonitis. Apply cold pack for 20 min. Thrice a day for 5 days. Give rest to your hand. Once pain subside do hand exercise with smiley sqeeze ball. Still pain doesn't go and need further advice contact me via lybrate. Wishing you a good health.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
