•Hairfall occurs mostly when our dietary changes (eating junkfood in excess, eating too much spicy and oily /fried food), Due to stress Due to Dandruff Using hair gels and harsh shampoos which dry the scalp fast Avoiding regular oiling of hair Hormonal imbalance Take following homoeopathic medicines * Tab Scalptone (SBL) 4 tabs to be chewed twice a day 1/2 an hour after meals *R-89 Drops (Dr Reckeweg, Germany) 10 drops in 1/4 th cup of water, drink twice a day, 1/2 an hour before meals *Arnica 30 4pills to be sucked thrice a day *Arnica Hair'N' Scalp Shampoo (Wheezal) Dilute required amount of shampoo in water and massage gently into wet hair and scalp and rinse thoroughly. Please use Tea tree oil which is excellent for treating acne and pimples. It has antibacterial properties that help fight the bacteria that cause these skin problems. Plus, its soothing properties help reduce the redness and inflammation of pimples. It also helps dry out blackheads and whiteheads. •Just dip a cotton ball in tea tree essential oil and dab it on the affected area. Rinse your face after 15 to 20 minutes. •Another option is to mix a few drops of tea tree oil in 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel. Apply it on your pimples and blemishes, leave it on for 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Note: Steer clear of tea tree oil if you have sensitive skin.

Hello- (Dis) advantages depends on what the person is in search of when they want their hair styled a certain way. It also depends on the meaning of straightening, as there is permanent straightening (relaxers), demi-permanent straightening (keratin treatments), and temporary straightening ( blowdrying and/or smoothing/flat-irons.) Advantages of relaxers: Hair is permanently straight but the new growth/roots will be normal when they grow out. You can have different styling options. Hair is shinier due to a more smooth cuticle. Disadvantages of relaxers: You can not have extremely light highlights or the hair will break or melt. You are breaking down the bonds of the hair, thus altering the integrity of the hair. Excess relaxing or overlapping the relaxer on previously relaxed hair can cause extreme damage and drying to the hair and scalp. Advantages of keratin treatments: Hair can be worn both curly and straight while both styles remain smooth and frizz free. You can still have extremely light highlights, and the keratin treatment will actually repair the hair. If you decide that you don't want straight hair anymore, the treatment will typically only last up to 3 months. The keratin treatment will strengthen the hair, make it more shiny, and if applied over color it will make the color last longer. There are no disadvantages in receiving a keratin treatment. Advantages of blow-drying and thermal tools: Temporarily smooths the hair until the next time you shampoo. Gives shine to the hair as well as body. Gives you alternatives on how to accomplish different styles. Disadvantages of blow-drying and thermal tools: You should apply products to the hair that are thermal protectants. This means, if you do not use hair products then blow-drying and thermal tools can dry out the hair making it dull and weak. Excess heat without thermal protectant products may cause your hair color to lighten. Will take more of your time to get ready in the morning.

These are the methods to treat pimples fastly - • Do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. Be healthy.

Hi, male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia. Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding.
So they can try homoeopathic medication that is based on constitution and work wonders.
1. Take acid phos. 200, 5 drops, morning empty stomach, once in week. 2. Wiesbaden 200, 5 drops, daily morning empty stomach. For 8 days . Follow up after 8 days .

Acne Scars - Dermatology Treatment For It!

Acne Scars - Dermatology Treatment For It!

Possibly the most common skin problem in the world, acne is the inflammation of the skin pores when excess oil and dead skin cells clog them. Acne can manifest in many forms such as blackheads and whiteheads, and papules among others. More than the acne, the scars they leave behind tend to cause the most grief as they look quite unsightly. There are multiple modern dermatological treatments which can help you resolve this problem. Some of the treatments that are commonly used are mentioned below –

  1. Chemical Peels: This is one of the most common methods used for the treatment of acne scars. Specially mixed chemical formulations are used to dissolve away the top layer of the skin which contains most of the scars. Once the top layer goes away, the new layer of skin which regenerates doesn’t have the scars.

  2. Light Therapies and Laser Treatments: There are many types of laser and light therapies which use a focused light to burn away the top layer of the skin to regenerate it and reduce the scar. Certain specialized lasers use high-intensity pulses to treat raised acne scars specifically.

  3. Dermabrasion and Microdermabrasion: One of the most popular and commonly found treatments, is dermabrasion. This method uses an electrical machine that removes the top layer of skin which is akin to sanding. However, this is a fairly invasive option and will require some time for recovery. A less invasive procedure is microdermabrasion which uses finer instruments for this purpose and tends to have lesser downtime.

  4. Dermal Filler Injections: These injections are used to plump up certain areas of skin which need to be treated. Most of them work on the principle of boosting collagen which is responsible for healing the skin. Once boosted, collagen works to fill gaps and regenerate new skin. However, most of these are temporary and only last for about a year or so.

  5. Incisions Under the Skin: Sub-cision or subcutaneous incision uses a tuned surgical probe to separate the scar tissues of acne from the normal skin. This will result in the skin to rise and thus flatten the dent of the acne scar.

  6. Autologous Fat Transfer: A form of therapy which is becoming popular very quickly, this method uses fat taken from one area of your body and injected into the scar area. This results in raising the depressed areas of the skin and flattening the scars. However, fat is easily absorbed within the body and thus the effect may diminish within some time. You may be needed to redo the procedure over regular periods.

  7. Cryotherapy: The area around the scar is frozen in a targeted manner which results in the scar tissue falling over and exposing newer skin which is smooth and devoid of scarring.

  8. Topical Creams: These are the most commonly available over the counter solutions for acne scars which help reduce their appearance. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a dermatologist and ask a free question.

To take care of your skin: Use a suitable exfoliation treatment once or twice a week. It must be effective yet gentle and respectful. Choose a pH-neutral exfoliation product, which is perfect for smoothing and purifying the skin while respecting its natural balance. 2) it is important to choose daily moisturizing skin care products that balance the level of water within the skin. You may also use a moisturizing mask regularly, removing the excess with a spring water spray. 3) choose daily skincare products that include solar filters. They reduce the harmful effects of the sun, which accelerates skin aging 4) Pollution, smoke, stress… All these have harmful effects on the skin. Use skincare products to protect your skin against these daily stresses before leaving the house and cleanse your skin thoroughly when you come home in the evening.
