There is no spot reduction. You have to eat clean and exercise to remove fat from your body. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Hi Actually I would like to ask my penis size is 5" and slightly upside curved when it erected is it perfect for healthy sex life? How many times sex we can do with our partner in same day? You need to include more protein in your diet to gain weight. You have not mentioned whether you are a vegetarian or a non vegetarian. Good vegetarian sources for protein are soyabean, milk and milk products like paneer, curd and cheese and pulses. Non vegetarian foods eggs, chicken and fish contain good amount of protein. You should include one of these in every meal. You can also take a protein supplement like nutrix whey protein to be mixed in milk. You can include moderate amount of fat in your diet but take care not to focus on fats too much because excess fat gets deposited in arteries and can lead to various health issues notably cardiac. Hi thanks for writing. According to your height your weight should be 55 kg you have to loss 25 kg weight only. Do not worry its not a big target you can easily loose this 25 kg weight. You have to remember one thing avoid dieting for weight, cause dieting will help you loose some weight but after some period you will put on double weight. Tips for weight loss. 1. People are loosing 2 to 10 kg weight per month. 2. Take 1 glass warm water with lemon. 3. Eat plenty vegetable and fruits. 4. Eat 5 to 6 servings of food per day. 5. Drink 10 glass water per day. 6. I recently acquired snoring. How to get rid of it? Is this genetic? My parents also snore.

Hi, Please follow these tips to stop snoring: - Reduce your weight if you are obese. - Perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - Quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - Quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - Sleep on sides instead on back. - Elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - Clear the nose before going to bed. - Establish regular sleep pattern. - Keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - Perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - Anti snoring appliances can also be used. It is not genetic. Causes of snoring are obesity, nasal problems such as blocked nose due to nasal septal deviation, polyp or sinusitis, Smoking, consumption of tobacco, intake of alcohol, sleeping pills, relaxed throat muscles in elderly and tonsillitis in children.

Avoid beet root as it is very rich in calories. Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.
