Should one be always very happy and relaxed to prevent many diseases like heart diseases?
No one needs to react appropriately as per situation. during disease of self or others, happiness can help ward off bad times with positive frame of mind to find out answers,to act /react accordingly. if there is news of floods/ drought/ accidents/epidemics of diseases etc. one cannot be happy about them ,neither brood about pathetic conditions of roads, hospitals ,global warming but one can surely introspect to know the answers and to help each other. being happy for the sake of happiness is robotic and it is not worth hiding the tears. shedding few tears for others does help own emotional health.

Hello, Ask her to take Mag. Phos. 6x and Colocynthis 200 - both after every 3 hrly till the pain lasts (during menses). Also, let her take Five Phos/ thrice a day on regular basis for 1 month. Revert me back after that.

Hi. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

Do not go with calculations, important is your day to day working energy. If like to increase weight may follow below line 1- drakshasava 20 ml twice with water after food daily 2- shatavari churna 50 gm + vidari kand 50 gm + yashtimadhu-jethimadh churna 50 gm + dalchini powder 25 gm + sugar powder 100 gm mix properly take 15 gm twice daily with warm milk 3- do whole body massage with warm coconut oil every alternate day before bath continue all for three months record weight before treatment and after every month

How to increase my hips and thies. I say to you please give me a good medical treatment.
• : Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying • Quadriceps strengthening exercises- • Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. • Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. • Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. • Hamstring stretching • Towel Hamstring Stretch • Lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it.. • Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. • Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. • Seated Hamstring Stretch • While sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. • Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. • Hold this stretch for 30 seconds • Repeat 3 times for each leg.

I have a problem of calcification in Achilles tendon due to which i couldn't even walk properly. I have tried a lot of doctors but problem couldn't be solved by any. Is there any treatment for this disease?

Footwear modification is also advised..use of heel wedges,stretching exercises,joint mobilisation,u can consult a physiotherapist for this.All this should help.

The bone which juts out on the inner side of the ankles and outer side of my ankles have disappeared. Just below on the inner side of the ankles there is a swelling and when I stand for long or walk this swells around my whole ankle. I do not think it is edema as when I touch there is no depression. When I rest it goes down a bit.

Get treated with Ultrasonic therapy which would directly heal the calcaneal spur (inflammation of the calcaneum bone) which causes the heel pain in majority of the cases. Along with ultrasonic therapy, shortwave diathermy also can be given. Simultaneously it is better to wear MCR chappals (micro cellular rubber) which will help to transfer the weight evenly in the feet so that the weight will be completely felt in the heel area. That might be due to knee pain or it might be due to ankle pain. Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.
