Lower back pain you can do it this exercise, 1 Lying on your back, bend your right knee into your chest and place a strap or rolled-up towel around the ball of your foot. Straighten your leg toward the ceiling. Press out through both heels. If the lower back feels strained, bend the left knee and place the foot on the ground. Hold for 3-5 minutes and then switch to the left let for 3-5 minutes. 2…. Lying on your back, bend your knees into your chest and bring your arms out at a T. As you exhale lower your knees to ground on the right. Keep both shoulders pressing down firmly. If the left shoulder lifts, lower your knees further away from the right arm. Hold for 1-2 minutes each side I hope you will fit and fine………………………

I'm 53 year old male, 5ft 5inch tall. On my right foot finger next to small finger has been swollen for 11 months (no injury), 3 months ago left foot small finger got swollen without injury, then whole toe swelled. Back of left foot also has been swollen for 14-16 months. It's the part behind foot, where heel connect to leg. Perhaps called tendinitis. Can not put on shoes anymore since last summer. I desperately need help.

The initial management of acute disc herniation is usually conservative in nature with medications and physical therapy together with rest etc. Surgery is considered only if there are red flags like motor, sensory deficit, bladder or bowel involvement etc. Most of the patients actually do very well with an initial period of rest with some medications for pain relief/muscle relaxation, ice therapy at back followed by intensive physical therapy when pain has subsided. It needs to be investigated. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

You have cervical spondylosis with entrapment of nerve coming out of the neck area of spine (cervical spines) that is causing you pain in the arm. You need to follow your doctor' s advice and go ahead with the mri scan. This will show exactly how bad the condition is. You need to continue cervical traction for at least 2 weeks and may need a collar. You need to follow ideal way to take care of your neck area. Because of use of laptop / pc for long hours in the workplace people are developing such problems at an early age.

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Learn spinal exercises. 3. Don't sit on floor. 4. Do Hot fermentation twice a day. 5. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 6. Don't lift heavy things. 7. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum.

At the end of the day legs sore very much pain while getting in to bed at night.

Pain in legs is a common condition. Do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Do knee exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. You will need other supportive medicines also. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Ok you can do mri for present and further security. Posture correction must. Do physiotherapy treatment swd ift ultrasonic therapy for 15 days with rest. Must. Avoid exercise and strain in pain condition. After relief do stretching exercise of spine. Avoid long sitting toward bending lifting weight.
