Hair transplant ek aisi technique hai jis me sar k peeche ke part se hair follicles ko nikal ke unko collect karte hain aur sar ke us part main jahan par hair follicles damage ho chuki hai ya finish ho chuki hai wahan transplant kiya jata hai. Hair transplant Karne ki kafi sari techniques aaj kal hai jaise FUE technique, FUT technique, DHT technique. DHT technique. In sab techniques ko different doctors apne according in techniques ko use karte hain. FUE technique me hum Different hair follicles ko peeche se nikalte hain. Aur ek ek follicle ko drill machine ke sath nikala jata hai. Follicles ko nikal ke ek bowl me collect karte hain. Fir wahan se hum ek ek follicle ko jahan hair transplant karna hota hai transplant kiya jata hai. FUT technique main ek puri strip sir ke piche wale part se nikal jati hai. Skin ke us part ko baat mein suture kar diya jata hai. Aur ussi strip me se hum different hair follicles ko cutoff karte hain. Aur unko separate karke ek bowl me phir se collect karte hain. Aur baad main usko aage wale part mein Jaha par Humne transplant karna Hota Hai wahan par in hair follicles ko Lagaya jata hai. Third technique Hoti Hai direct hair transplant technique. Is Mein Hum Sath Sath hair follicles ko nikalte Hain Aur tabhi tabhi hum usko transplant kar dete Hain. Isme Beech Mein transition time nahi hota.
To yeh log kehaty hain k is me jo chances of Survival Jo Hote Hai Wo bad Jaate Hain. Lekin Har doctor Apne Apne according technique to use karte hai. Hair transplant ka procedure almost painless Hota Hai. Aur is me usually 6 to 7 hours ka time lagta hai. Patient is k bad happily apne ghar ja sakta hai. Rest karna Chahe to rest kar sakte hain. Otherwise kaam pr Jana Chahiye to very next day kaam par Ja sakte hain. Ab main baat Aati Hai Ke hair transplant karwane se pahle Hame kin kin Baaton Ka Dhyan humein Rakhna chahiye. Dekhiye aaj ki date mein Hair transplant sab log kar rahe hai, Bade hospital se leke chote Hospital Tak. Plastic surgeons bhi kar rahe hai, Surgeon bhi kar rahe hai, Dermatologist bhi kar rahe hai, MBBS doctors bhi kar rahe hai, non MBBS doctors bhi kar rahe hain, Technicians bhi even aur staff bhi kar rahe hai. Apne Apne center par independently hair transplant kar rahe hai. Lekin aapko hair transplant karne se pahle in sab Baaton Ka Dhyan Rakhna hai ke Kuch Main factors hai jo in outcomes pe depend karta hai Jin k ooper outcome depend karta hai. Hair transplant kahan karvana chahiye, center kaisa hai, kitna bada Centre hai. Dr. Kaun Hai karne wala, Phir patient ka selection, Selection of patient, Aur selection of centre.
Selection of patient Mein Kya Hai Ke Patient Jiska hair transplant karna hai Uska kaisa hai, uski severity kitni hai. Uska area kitna hai, Uski family history kaisi hai. Ya uska complex kaisa hai. Transplant karne ke baad doctor ko regular follow up Karega Bhi Ki nahi karega. Is baat ke upar outcome Kafi depend karta hai. Doosri Baat Aati Hai doctor ka. Doctor ki education kya hai. Dr ka experience kitna hai, Kitne cases Woh hair transplant Ki Ab Tak kar chuka hai. Teesri Baat sabse important Doctor ki approachability kya hai? Jab Do Se 4 saal ke baad apko Doctor ki jarurat padegi Toh kya aap doctor ko contact kar Payenge aur doctor apki approach Mein hoga ya nahi ho ga. Aaj ke time mein bahut saare centres bahar Se Doctors ko Bula kay Operation karwa Dete Hain aur uske baad Doctors Apni Jagah par patients of apni jagah par.
Uske baad patient doctor ko approach karne ki koshish karta hai to centre may doctor nahi Milte Hain. aur Jahan Par doctor ko dhund bhi le ga Wo bolega nahi nahi aapne toh Centre mein karaya tha Aapko us Centre mein baat karni padegi. To is Baat ke liye ye bahut Zaroori Hai K Jis Centre me aap karwa rahe hain Uske Do se Char saal ke baad doctor ki aap ki approachability kaisi hai. Third thing jo hai wo hai ki centre kaisa hai. Centre Ki Jo OT Hai apni usme Staff kaisa hai technician kaise hai Equipments kaise hain aur Aur kisi bhi condition Mein Hone Wali emergency Ko handle karne ke liye Emergency situation hai k nhe. Agar ap in SAB Baaton Ka Dhyan Me rakh Ke Phir hair transplant karwane ka decision Lete Hain. Toh isme outcome bahut accha hoga aur transparent karwane mein doctor ko bhi aur patient ko bhi jaldi nahi karni chahiye.
Pahale Soch Samajh Ke Saari Baaton ko Sare factors ko Dhyan Mein rakh ke tabhi ap hair transplant karway. Thik hai aur thank you. In case of any query any emergency you can contact me on the lybrate website. Thank you."read more
Check out how PRP therapy is used in hair restoration for natural looking result
agr hum hair treatment ki baat Karen to bhaut saare hair treatment k bhaut sari cheeze hair treatment use krte hai .bhaut sare factor hote hain hair treatment k lie or cause or bahut sari uski treatment PRP ek Aisa treatment hai jisko hum kisi v conventional treatment k Saath add kr skte hai. Even homeopathy treatment k Saath v PRP kr skte hai Ayurvedic treatment k Saath bhi hum PRP kr skte hain or kisi v disease k Saath PRP therapy de skte hain.
PRP kya hota hai?
PRP is plated rich plasma. isme blood m se hum 10ml blood lete hai patient ka or blood leke uska plated rich plasma banate hain. iss plasma m Jo platelets ki concentration hoti hai usually 8 to 10 times jyada hoti or ye platelets Jo hoti hai iske anadr bahut sari work factor hoti hai energy ka source hote hai oxygen carrying capacity iski jyada hoti hai to ye jaise he patient ki skin m isko incorporate krte hai to ye andar jati h or hair follicles pe react krti or apne Saath bhaut sare factors le jaati hai jisse hum hair ko repair kr skte hai restore kr skte hai remake kr skte hai ab kuki ye patients ka apna he blood hota hai its patients own blood to isme jb wapis scalp m dalte hai to kisi v tarah ki immune reaction ya side effect hone k chances isme nhi rehte hai.
ab hum isko kaise banate hai ye batata hu apko hum patient ka 10ml plasma lete hai usko double centrifuge technique se ek khaas tarah ki tubes m blood lia jata hai or isme hum double centrifuge technique se isko centrifuge krte hai or centrifuge v normal nahi hota ye ek particular temperature pe centrifuge Kia jata hai or centrifuge krne k baad hum isme se 2 to 3ml plasma banate hai. Ye plasma platelet rich v hota hai ek plasma platelet poor hota hai to hum platelet rich plasma ko separate krte hai isme milate hain. Usko firse rakh fir hum patients k scalp m plasma ko Inject krte hai isme hum derma ruler ki madad se ye derma ruler hota hai isme bahut sari needles hoti hai or in needels ko hum iske upar chalate hai or upar se plated plasma ki drops dalte rehte hai to in hole se Jo holes hum isse create krte hai usme thousands of hole bnte hai unke through is plated plasma ko incorporate krte h yehi kaam hum simple needles se v kr skte hai lekin thoda sa painful hota h isme pain k chances bhaut kum ho jaate hai is steps se hum 30 30 days m at least 6 to 8 times plated plasma therapy de skte hain.
conventional treatment k Saath Jo bhi usually 6 to 8 months ka hota hai ye bhi hum 6 to 8 times kr skte hai to isse hum patient ko bhaut accha condition m phauncha sakte hai kuki normal Jo kaam hum krte hai conventional medicine se usse jitne growth aati h usually usse 20 se 30% growth aati h additional 20 30% growth hum isse le skte hai unn baalo m jahan par phle se follicles hain or jahan follicles damage hai ya kum develope hue hai ye tha PRP k baare m easyfy version kya hota hai kaise hota hai bhaut sari myth thi PRP k baare m
Toh isse hum PRP k baare m bhaut saare doubts clear kr skte hai incase of any queries & any further questions you can contact me on Lybrate website.read more

Hair falling problems Jo aaj ki date mein bahut badi problem hai aur male female dono conditions me yeh bahut common hai. Iske baare mein discuss Karenge.
Bahut Sare factors Iske baare mein Hote Hain, bahut Sare reasons hote hain aur Agar Hum isko timely dekhbhal kare timely treatment Kare Toh Bada easily hum is treatment ko Karke aur hair falling ki problem se chutkara Pa sakte hain. Ab Uske reason skin ginaate Hain. Kuch results Aise Hote Hai Jaise physiological Hote Hai, kuch reasons aise hote hain jo disease wise hote hai. Kuch avoidable hote hain kuch unavoidable hote hain. Tu Agar Hum baat karte hain avoidable reasons ki toh is Mein sabse Pehle aata hai stress. Aaj ki unhealthy diet, unhealthy Lifestyle ye ek sabse bada reason hai hair falling ka.
Second unhealthy diets ko apna healthy diet mein convert karna chahiye, kya Hame khana hai high protein diet leni chahiye, green leaf vegetable Sona chahiye, timely food hona chahiye, lots of water is me hona chahiye. Agri cheez Aati Hai unhealthy habits ki. Late night Tak jag Na, morning mein der se uthna, stressful life, Jyada kaam karna are stressful Ya alag conditions Jisme Hamari body ko Jyada exertion karna padta hai un Sab cheezo ko Hum avoid kar sakte hain.
Second thing Jo underlying disease Hai Uske baare mein Hume treatment karna chahiye. Jaise thyroid disorder usko shi se treat karna chahiye, diabetes par control rakhna chahiye apna aur koi bhi underlying disease hai usse alag se main treatment ke dwara treat kar sakte hai. Third point aata hai dandruff ka. Dandruff Kya Hota Hai Woh oily scalp mein hota hai. To ek myth hai ki dandruff hone par oil Lagaya jaaye. Toh sabse Pehle Mein batana Chahoonga aapko jab bhi dandruff hota hai toh sabse Pehle humein oiling stop karni chahiye aur ek acche anti-dandruff shampoo Leke jis mein ketoconazole Ho aur z pythri ho. Is Se agar regular wash karte hain hum apne scalp ko, week mein twice or thrice, toh bahut jaldi Hum dandruff se chutkara Pa sakte hain.

Isme Ek proper treatment Lena Chahiye. 4 to 6 month ka treatment kam se kam hona chahiye. Is shuru ke three months Mein Pehle falling stop hoti hai.
Are 3 months ke baad new hairstyle regeneration aur restoration start Hota Hai. Woh kuch tablets ke through, kuch alag lotions hote Hain, kuch alag containment of therapies hoti hai inke through Hume Lena chahiye. Ye part aa gaya hai conventional medicine me. Kuch treatment Aise Bhi Hote Hain, Jaise PRP therapy. Iske baare mein hum agle session Mein detail mein batayenge or 3rd thing agar Kahin bhi kuch bhi kaam nahi kar raha hai, jaise Hamari follicle destroy ho chuki hai, va para mein Hair transplant ka Sahara Lena padta hai.
Iske baare mein alag se Jankari prapt karni photo aap hame lybrate ke through contact kar sakte hain.read more
Laser Hair Reduction Process
Hi this is Sandesh Gupta the owner of Skin and Laser Centre. Today we will discuss about Laser hair reduction. Laser hair reduction is a process by which the problem of unwanted hair on the face and other body parts can be resolved. It requires two sessions of Laser hair procedures and we can get the reduction or removal of these hairs almost permanently. Now how does the diode system works. How this machine does works? The laser machine it produces a beam of highly concentrated light. This emitted light is well absorbed by the pigment located in the hair follicles. These lasers vaporize these pigments and by this we disable the hair follicles and significantly impede the hair root.
At our center we use the highest technology by The Luminous USA Gold standard light sheer diode laser with the best treatment efficacies in the haring world. Now the question comes is it painful usually laser hair removal is not painful because every Laser hair has a cooling tips where temperature goes to the zero degree centigrade which allows significant cooling on the skin before any shot of the laser come and this makes the procedure almost painless but during the treatment there might be slight tingling or stinging Sensation which can be easily tolerated then in few cases if pain tendency is more we can apply topical anesthesia procedure. Another question comes How many sessions are required show the number of session varies Depending on the patient's hair thickness or density And area to be treated and in few cases if PCOS or any hormonal changes are there, hormonal disturbances are there The number of sitting varies. Usually 8 to 10 sessions are generally recommended. But few cases it can go up to 15 cases and in few cases the PCS comes thyroid problems come or any other hormonal abnormalities are there so we have to give more and more number of sessions even after 15 sections.
In few cases what happens patchy growth or fine hairs they come after the 15 goes so they may require further maintenance sitting after interval of 3 to 4 months now another question comes does it work on grey hair? The answer is no because laser energies attract the melanin in the hair the greater the amount of melanin the better are results. White or gray hair doesn't contain any melanin therefore it does not respond to any laser treatment whether it is ND YAG or whether it is a diode laser or it’s a pill. Some patients ask do I need to grow hair for the treatment. No In fact we ask you we shave the area where you want to be treated. Lasers actually targets the anatomical structures below the skin. And this surface here actually interferes with the process.
Another question comes in how many sittings will I see the results? So we say that from the very first session there will be no growth for several weeks. Therefore you will be receiving immediate relief while you are moving towards the long term solution. As the number of sessions are increasing you will get more and more time of the non-hairy skin.
In case if you need any further assistance any inquiry about the laser hair reduction you can directly contact to me or you can contact our center.read more
Here are types of Chemical Peels and Microderbaism
Hi I’m Dr. Sandesh Gupta, the owner of Skin N Laser Centre. Today we’ll discuss chemical peels and microdermals. It is a way to exfoliate the skin in a controlled way by using chemicals so that the old skin falls off and new skin appears in its place. It is a very effective treatment in treating the pigmentation, acne scars, skin ageing and wrinkle signs. There are three types of chemical peels available in the market; Superficial peels, medium peels and mixed peels.
Superficial peels are the mildest kind of peels and can be used for all skin types and are used to get glow on the face. The second type of peel is the medium peels and it can penetrate the skin more deeply than the superficial peel and is done on those with deep scars and pigmentation, an acid which can be done to remove warts and deep scars. The third type of peels are the mixed peels which are most common and are a mixture of various acids like the Mandelic acid and lactic acid because they rejuvenate the skin, now how these peels are done, they are done in a very simple process which takes about 3-5 minutes and before the peel we should check if the patient is prone to the Sun or if he is coming directly from the Sun, then we would have to apply the ice pack for 5 minutes and then start with the application process.
Before the peel, the skin id cleaned with alcohol to clean the dirt and oil from the skin and then the exfoliating chemical is applied to the skin with the help of a small brush or a cotton tip applicator and we leave this chemical for a few minutes. At this moment the patient may feel a slight tingling sensation and after that with the help of water alcohol, we neutralize it and wipe it off. By this process the dead skin is dissolved or gets peeled off in 2-3 days so that the new fresh skin can start to come. After the peel, for the next few days there is a routine precaution step to be followed where mild moisturizer and sun screen can be applied to the face but do not rub it for 2-3 days because your skin will be slightly sensitive so it is advisable to not rub but rather mop the skin.
So these chemical peels are very effective and help you get a good and healthy skin. In case of any further enquiry you can contact me via Lybrate.
Here are Causes, Symptoms, and Treatments of Vitiligo.
Hi I am Dr. Sandesh Gupta the owner of skin and leisure center. Today we discuss the problem that is very common and which is very difficult to treat also which is something troublesome for the patients also that is Vitiligo.
So what is Vitiligo? Vitiligo is a pigmented disorder in which the pigment producing cells of the skin which is known as the Melanocytes are destroyed resulting in white patches all over the skin.
Now, what are the symptoms of Vitiligo? Vitiligo is usually noticeable white patches on the skin. These patches are more commonly found in the area where the body is exposed to the sun including the hands, feet, arms, face, and lips and these patches are usually symptomless. Vitiligo generally appears in one of three pattern-
First is the focal pattern, segmental pattern and the generalized pattern. In the focal pattern where the depigmentation limited to one or few areas.
In segmental pattern where the depigmentation develops on one side of the body.
The third is a generalized pattern. This is the most common pattern and in this depigmentation occurs symmetrically on both sides of the body.
Now, who are prone to Vitiligo? Although the course of Vitiligo is unpredictable but there are some certain factors also for the Vitiligo. Like chronic sun exposure, family history, diabetes mellitus, thyroid disease, frequent contacts with the chemicals like phenols and other chemicals. The application of strong bleaching agents also causes Vitiligo. Weak immune system, genetics, and hereditary diseases are also the common factors for Vitiligo.
Now, what are the treatments available for Vitiligo? Before starting the treatment the patient must understand the nature and the course of the disease which is very much unpredictable. A balanced nutritious diet with lots of vitamins and minerals are vital. Avoid distress, physical and the chemical damage and other common triggers. Without proper treatment from a dermatologist, it can spread very rapidly and can be very extensively. So it is better to start treatment as early as possible before spreading of the disease. It may have negative impact on the social life of the patient also. It may have negative impact on psychological life of patients. So we are expert in treating Vitiligo. At our center we have all types of therapies and all types of treatments available.
There are basically three types of treatments or therapies-
First is the medical therapy, second is the photo therapy, and third is the surgery. So in the medical therapy, just to stop the progression of the disease, this is given in the form of tablets or topical. And second is photo therapy, photo therapy is given in the form of UVA and UVB lights. It activates the pigment producing cells which is melanocytes, and helps to bring the color the color the black. Third type of therapy is surgery. In photo therapy Vitiligo surgery, usually it is done in the case of unstable Vitiligo. That is, if the area is not increasing its size and if it has been stopped last four to five months then only we can do the surgery. It is very effective on the patches of lips, hands, neck, or eyes, which is difficult to treat with the medical therapy.
There are three types of surgeries available-
Punch grafting which is very simple and economical procedure. The grafts are taken from the legs and it is put on the bigger areas but the thing is there that the cosmetic result is not as good as in case of other types of surgeries. Second is the blister grafting and third is the melanocyte transfer. In case of blister grafting, it is a very good type of grafting. This is meant for the smaller body surface areas. The results are very good and we never come to know that whether the patient has got surgery or not. The third type of surgery is the Melanocyte transfer technique. This is a highly specialized technique and good for the bigger areas and cosmetically having good results.

Eczema is not a disease per se, but is a name given collectively to a group of medical conditions, which can cause the skin to become inflamed and irritated. Atopic dermatitis is one of the most common types of eczema.
While the exact cause of eczema is not known, the most commonly attributed reason is an increasingly sensitive immune system. The overactive immune system produces antibodies, which cause these skin reactions. It is also noted that people with allergies including hay fever and asthma are more likely to develop eczema.
There is also a genetic predisposition, and children whose parents have had eczema are likely to develop eczema.
In most people, eczema is present in the form of small blisters, which are filled with fluid and can ooze. Gradually, there could be dryness, crusting, scaling and thickening of the skin with plaque formation. The most common symptom would be itching. The different types of eczema as noted above would have diagnostic features. For instance, when testing for irritant or contact dermatitis, there would be an irritant that is causing this. Stasis dermatitis would have circulatory issues and often affects the lower legs.
In fair-skinned people, these lesions begin as red and then turn brown. There also could be lightening of the affected skin area in people with slightly darker skin.
For a trained medical eye, diagnosis of eczema is not a tough task. A complete physical examination may be done to assess the extent of eczema spread. Blood tests may be done to test for allergies. In very rare cases, a biopsy may also be required.
The goal of treatment is to reduce itching and improve moisturization. Eczema, unless associated with an infection, is not contagious.
Using copious amounts of creams and lotions help in improving hydration and moisturization, as they are allowed to soak into the skin.
Associated infections like scalp infections and fungal infections should also be treated with suitable products.
Immunomodulator creams like Elidel are useful by suppressing the immune system and preventing flare up of the allergic reactions.
Cold compresses may be used to relieve itching.
Since there is a strong genetic component related to eczema, prevention is helpful.
Constantly keep the skin moist and hydrated by using moisturizers, especially during winters.
Avoid clothes and metals which can cause allergy- like wool, nickel, harsh soaps, detergents, etc.
Avoid or be careful about food items which are known to cause allergies.
Exposure to the sun for a long period of time can result in several skin problems. They occur on the basis of heat, humidity and the rays of the sun. Here are the most common skin problems caused due to sun exposure:
- Sunburn: Sunburns occur as a result of overexposure of the skin to the harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun. Melanin in the skin protects it from the sun’s rays, but in case of overexposure, melanin fails to work and sunburn is caused. The symptoms of sunburn include the skin turning red, burning in the affected areas, skin tightness and a sensation of itching. Severe symptoms are blisters, chills, fever and fatigue.
- Age spots: Age spots are caused due to overexposure to the sun. They are brown marks, which appear on the surface of the skin, especially in the arms, hands and other body parts. Age spots get more prevalent with ageing. Symptoms of this condition include brown and gray pigmentation on the skin surface. The pigmentation occurs in a circular shape and is flat on the skin.
- Photosensitivity: This condition is also known as sun allergy. People with photosensitivity are likely to get burned from sun exposure very easily, and symptoms of sunburn are observed. Symptoms include red and pink skin rashes accompanied by itching and burning. The area gets scaly and blistered.
- Moles: Moles occur commonly due to sun exposure. They may appear on any part of the body. Moles may vary from being harmless to cancerous. Common symptoms include raised skin and the skin tone changing into reddish brown or black. Moles are round in shape, and some moles are painful.
- Solar elastosis: This condition is commonly known wrinkles and occurs when the elastic tissues of the skin get deteriorated due to sun exposure. The skin turns limp on account of no strength of the tissues and collagen. Wrinkles appear, and the skin seems loose and sagging. Deep lines are formed on the skin.
- Skin cancer: Skin cancer accounts for being the most severe and fatal result of prolonged exposure to the sun without any kind of protection. There are many forms of skin cancer. The most primary skin cancers include Melanoma, basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma.
- Polymorphous light eruption: This condition, known as PMLE in short, affects women between the age group of twenty to forty. It also occurs in light sensitive people who spend more time under the sun. Symptoms include a red or pink, bumpy rash and raised areas on the skin surface. Itchiness and dry patches are indicated.
A large number of skin problems occur due to long hours of sun exposure. Some of these are chronic problems, which require proper treatment.
‘Head lice’ are insects that feed on the blood of your scalp. This condition usually affects children and is moderately contagious. Contrary to popular belief, head lice does not occur due to poor personal hygiene.
The symptoms of head lice are:
1. Presence of lice on scalp: Lice are small insects that are usually hard to spot. But their infestation can be felt because you experience intense itching on the scalp.
2. Itching: There will be intense itching on the scalp and the neck. This itching occurs due to the saliva secretion by the lice that the skin is allergic to. Usually, the itching starts after 3 to 6 weeks of infestation.
3. Lice eggs: The lice eggs stick to the shafts of the hair. They are very hard to spot as they are small and well camouflaged.
What can be the reasons behind their infestation
6. Accessories for the hair
The treatments for hair lice are:
1. Over- the counter (OTC) products: OTC products are made from ‘pyrethrin’, a compound extracted from the ‘chrysanthemum’ flower. ‘Pyrethrin’ works as an insecticidal compound and it is advised to use these medications only after washing your hair with a shampoo. Vinegar may also be used to loosen the nits from the hair shafts.
2. Prescription medications: Certain medications can also be prescribed by the doctor, such as benzyl alcohol and lindane.
Certain home remedies for head lice include:
1. Essential oils: Apply oils such as Anise oil or tea tree on the scalp; these oils act as toxins for the lice.
2. Wet combing: This is a method wherein the wet hair is combed using a fine toothed comb to remove the nits and the lice. Repeat the procedure for 3-4 days every week.
Cellulitis is a common contagious bacterial skin infection marked by redness and swelling of the skin that feels tender and hot. It usually occurs when bacteria penetrate through a crack or a cut on the skin’s surface. Although cellulitis can develop anywhere over the face or the body, it is your lower legs that are affected the most. It damages the tissues beneath the skin, spreading to the bloodstream and the lymph nodes. If left untreated, the infection might get aggravated and turn fatal.
In case of a recurrence, preventive antibiotics may be recommended by the doctor. Adopting the below mentioned precautionary measures can help:
1. Gently rinse the wound with soap and water on a daily basis, whenever you go in for a shower.
2. Apply an antibiotic ointment or a cream over the wound to get adequate protection.
3. Use a bandage to dress your wound and change it daily.
4. Watch out for signs of infections such as pain and redness and accordingly go for medical help.
5. People with diabetes often suffer from poor blood circulation. They require extra precautions in order to prevent any skin injury:
Moisturize and lubricate your skin daily to prevent peeling and cracking.
Trim your toenails and fingernails carefully so that they do not injure the ambient skin.
