Keeping teeth white naturally requires regular dental check up and proper oral hygiene maintenance. Please remember that the brushing technique is important and not the duration of brushing. Bad breath is due to deposits on teeth, decayed teeth, artificial teeth and different foods that one consumes. Keeping a check on what you eat might help.

Decayed teeth can be treated either by artificial enamel filling or Root canal procedure painlessly. Come out of your fear Now-a-days painless treated are ensured. Implant cost around 15000 followed by Cap which costs seperately.

Dear Lybrate User, You have partially answered your queries yourself. The post-operative healing after wisdom teeth extraction normally depends on the amount of wear and tear that had taken place during the extraction and also on the way you have taken care of the extraction wounds after the extraction, as advised by your dentist. Regular medication as prescribed by the dentist helps heal the wounds in less than 15 days if everything is good. There could be a possibility of decay with your second last molars that would become evident upon taking an X-Ray of those teeth. Visit your dentist for more comprehensive diagnosis and the ultimate relief of pain. You might not require RCTs and just a simple restoration (filling) will take care of the problem. Good Luck!

Blood from gums indicates infection i.e gingivitis, there is nothing to worry, just get a deep scaling and curettage done from a dentist.

The toothache you are referring to may be due to a variety of causes, the most common being: 1.Tooth decay 2. Tooth fracture 3. A damaged filling 4. Infected gums The most common cause is a long-standing cavity or tooth decay, which usually requires a root canal treatment (RCT). The same treatment applies to a tooth fracture as well. In case of a damaged filling, there may be two possibilities: either the filling can be removed and replaced with a new one after applying a soothing base material; or if the damaged filling is placed deep near the nerves of the tooth, it may require an RCT. Infected gums usually are treated with deep cleaning/scaling after which there is permanent relief from pain. I suggest that that you consult me privately on Lybrate, so that I can provide more specific answers. You will be able to send across images of your aching tooth/teeth, and looking at them will help me be in a better position to solve your problem.

Hi lybrate-user perhaps your teeth have a deposit of plaque/tartar/calculus you should get scaling (cleaning) done by a dentist all the best.

Is eating chewing bad for my health. I prefer happy dent. Two tabs a day mostly after meals. I have heard that eating chewing gums uses up your digestive enzymes which have a limited production during our lifetime.
