Too much sweating is my problem. The following activities and things make me sweat abnormally. 1. Being questioned, being watched 2. Light physical work or play 3. When I eat spicy and hot foods (here running nose join hands with sweat to make me feel awkward) 4. In a position to complete a task in little time and under supervision and expectation 5. Right after bathing if no air circulation. Head, forehead, behind ears, neck sweats more. I experience this for past 4-5 years only, before that I was lean and indulged in more physical activities. So I suspect my overweight, inferior feel, anxiety causes it. What is my condition and how to resolve it?

Hi, overweight people sweat more profusely than normal-weight individuals because fat acts as an insulator that raises core temperature. Some things are in your control when it comes to sweating. If you're a coffee drinker, caffeine can increase perspiration, so if you're concerned, try cutting out that cup of joe. Not all excessive sweating is weight-related. But even if your sweating has another cause, getting to a healthy weight is a good idea. Other causes are: a hot and humid environment and exercise are the most obvious causes of sweating. Additional factors that contribute to excessive sweating include alcohol, caffeine, medications and spicy foods. Conditions such as fever, menopause, overactive thyroid, low blood sugar and cancer can lead to excessive sweating. Emotional triggers such as stress, anxiety, anger, fear and embarrassment can contribute to this condition. Diets that include spicy food also might have lots of calories and fat, contributing to both extra pounds and excessive sweating. Being overweight often leads to low self-esteem and lack of confidence in social situations, which can lead to higher stress levels and more sweating. Losing weight can help correct the emotional affects and higher sweat levels. Don't assume your excessive sweating is attributable solely to excess weight. Sweating can be a sign of medical problem, so get yourself thoroughly examined by a doctor with required investigations to be done.

Underlying cause of this is matter of concern as matter fact it is the field of dentist and it has to be seen by it only till then Povidone Iodine gargle can be used

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. masturbation is normal process, its not any side effect and not effect on your future . approx 95% of males in the world during lifetime. Most of the boys when enter in age of adolescent around 15 years, they learn and start doing masturbation. It continues up to marriage. Even after marriage when wife is away or pregnant, they do it. masturbation as your requirement.. So don't worry. not any effect on planning of baby

Dear Lybrate user. Semen seeping through penis after urination is common and it is not a problem at all. This is a natural body procedure whereby your body tries to evacuate the stored semen.
