Hi It is wrong to think that Pimple acne or dandruff are skin problems of face or head is all wrong. These are just symptoms of a body laden with toxins. Therefore no local treatment like applying creams, lotions or face washes can do anything good. Even if by some medicine these are suppressed the body toxins will come out in some other form which will surely be more complicated that the present ones. From the above it is clear that when toxins are removed all such problems will go away. Only Naturopathy can remove the toxins from the body.

Hello, for stregnth, -do not skip meals. -eat fats, sugar etc. If your body is very lean. -take good amount of protein everyday. -take juices or energy drinks when you feel weak. Have chocolate. For pimples, -keep your skin dry and away from lotions -use saslic face wash. -apply anti acne cream on the pimples before sleeping.

Hello. Hyperpigmentation is a common, usually harmless condition in which patches of skin become darker in color than the normal surrounding skin. This darkening occurs when an excess of melanin, the brown pigment that produces normal skin color, forms deposits in the skin. How to reduce belly fat------- 1.Don’t Eat Sugar and Avoid Sugar-Sweetened Beverages -----When you eat a lot of refined sugar, the liver gets flooded with fructose, and is forced to turn it all into fat. Liquid sugar is even worse in this regard. Liquid calories don’t get registered by the brain in the same way as solid calories, so when you drink sugar-sweetened beverages, you end up eating more total calories. This includes sugar-sweetened beverages, fruit juices, various sports drinks, as well as coffees and teas with sugar added to them. This doesnot applies to whole fruit, which are extremely healthy and have plenty of fiber that mitigates the negative effects of fructose. 2. Eating more Proteins is the Best Long-Term Strategy to Reduce Belly Fat-----It has been shown to reduce cravings by 60%, boost metabolism by 80-100 calories per day and help you eat up to 441 fewer calories per day .Studies have proved that the amount and quality of protein consumed was inversely related to fat in the belly. That is, people who ate more and better protein had much less belly fat. This study also showed that refined carbs and vegetable oils were linked to increased amounts of belly fat, but fruits and vegetables linked to reduced amounts.So, make an effort to increase your intake of unprocessed eggs, fish, seafood, meats, poultry and dairy products. These are the best protein sources in the diet.If you are vegetarian, then a quality protein supplement (Organic Protein powders) is a healthy and convenient way to boost your total intake. Consider cooking your foods in coconut oil (about 2 tablesp of coconut oil per day reduces belly fat slightly). 3.Say no to Carbohydrates as much as you can------Cut on carbohydrates, decreases Appetite and they lose weight. Below given list is roughly arranged from lowest to highest carbohydrate per serving, but most are non-starchy and generally low in carbohydrates. Exact carb count depends on serving size. Remember when counting carbs in vegetables that the fiber is not counted, and can be subtracted from the total. • Sprouts, alfalfa and other small seeds (sprouted legumes have more carb) • Greens – lettuce, spinach, chard, etc. • Hearty Greens - collards, mustard greens, kale, etc. • Herbs - parsley, basil, rosemary, etc. • Bamboo Shoots • Celery • Radishes • Mushrooms • Cabbage • Avocado • Asparagus • Okra • Cucumbers (or pickles without added sugars) • Green Beans and Wax Beans • Fennel • Cauliflower • Broccoli • Peppers o Green Bell Peppers o Red Bell Peppers o Jalapeno Peppers . Brussels Sprouts • Scallions or green onions • Snow Peas/Snap Peas/Pea Pods • Tomatoes • Eggplant • Turnips • Pumpkin • Celery Root (Celeriac) • Carrots if you need to lose weight fast, then consider dropping your carbs down to 50 grams per day. This will put your body into ketosis, killing your appetite and making your body start burning primarily fats for fuel. 4. Eat Foods Rich in Fiber… Especially Viscous Fiber------Not all fibres but only viscous fibres help reducing weight. These are fibers that bind water and form a thick gel that sit in the gut .This gel can dramatically slow the movement of food through your stomach and small bowel, and slow down the digestion and absorption of nutrients. The end result is a prolonged feeling of fullness and reduced appetite . Eating 10 grams of soluble fiber per day was linked to a 3.7% reduction in the amount of fat in the abdominal cavity, but it had no effect on the amount of fat under the skin and it implies that soluble fiber may be particularly effective at reducing the harmful belly fat. The best way to get more fiber is to eat a lot of plant foods like vegetables and fruit. Legumes are also a good source, as well as some cereals like oats. 5. Aerobic Exercise is Very Effective at Reducing Belly Fat------Aerobic exercise (like walking, running, swimming, etc) has been shown to cause major reductions in belly fat. Exercise also leads to reduced inflammation, blood sugar levels and all the other metabolic abnormalities that are associated with central obesity 6. Track Your Foods and Figure Out Exactly What and How Much You Are Eating-------It doesn’t mean you need to weigh and measure everything for the rest of your life, but doing it every now and then for a few days in a row can help you realize where you need to make changes.If you want to boost your protein intake to 25-30% of calories, as recommended above, just eating more protein rich foods won’t cut it. You need to actually measure and fine tune in order to reach that goal.

We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. Increase in height is attributed to the production of growth hormone, called the HGH( Human Growth Hormone), which is secreted by the pituitary gland called the master gland of our body. It is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. In most cases, the epiphyses of the long bones are fused as the last bits of cartilaginous tissue in the bones turn into solid hard bones. This prevents any further growth in longer bones. If the mouth ulcer is causing a lot of pain, gently rub a small ice cube over the spot or rinse your mouth with ice-cold water. You could also chew on a clove bud (lavang) and direct the juice generated to the area where the ulcer is located. Clove buds are a great ingredient to cure sore throat too. To prevent the ulcerated area from getting infected, make it a point to rinse your mouth with a little salt water. Remember, this won’t make the ulcer disappear, but it can help reduce the pain. Honey is a natural humectant. It helps reduce scarring and hastens the process of new tissue growth. This, along with its anti-microbial effect ensures faster healing of the mouth ulcer. Chew a few leaves of tulsi along with some water about three to four times every day. This will help in getting rid of ulcers faster and also have a preventive action against their recurrence. Applying a little coconut oil directly onto the mouth ulcer or chewing some coconut (fresh or dry) helps reduce pain and inflammation and hence, ulcers heal faster. Mix some sugar to crushed khus-khus seeds and consume this mixture for instant relief from ulcers. You could apply a little ghee directly to the ulcerated area, or drink a glass of buttermilk two or three times every day. Mouth ulcers left untreated generally go away in a week or so; with these home remedies, you can expect faster relief. However, if you notice an ulcer in the mouth that is persistently present although it does not cause you any pain, do not neglect it or try to treat it with home remedies beyond a few days. Make it a point to see a doctor soon because often, a painless mouth ulcer is one of the earliest signs of oral cancer.

They need to be told that these are trial relationships and not to take them too seriously. They become too possessive and then when it becomes too stifling for the other person who will eventually want out, the losing partner dispairs. They need to learn lessons from every relationship to take int the future. If they do not learn, they will tend to repeat the same mistakes. They must be taught how to deal with a failed relationship especially about their feelings and some left over bad experiences. If they do not do this, they will carry baggage and affect the next relationship. Sometimes, you can help them identify if they are actually favoring the parent of the opposite sex when choosing a person and see how that ties up with unresolved sexual identity and resolve the same. Then the usual about not carrying bad experiences and affecting their own lives, socializing more, not taking anything too personally, not bad-mouthing the other person after the breakup, not to jump into another relationship too soon after the breakup, etc.

These are the methods to treat black heads -.• Blackheads are formed due to blocking of skin pores. Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the blackheads three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of MAHAMANJISTHARISTA of BAIDYANATH company, meal it in a glass of water & take it once a day after meals

You may be in depression and need to take antidepresants Sleep is the best reliever of all stress and physical pain. Not only is it important to get sleep, but also to sleep soundly and without any disturbance. The quality matters. Here are a few tips to get better sleep: 1.It is important to maintain the same sleep schedule every single day. This helps to naturalize your body clock and get the best quality sleep. 2.Switch off all mobile phones, laptops and other electronic devices. Their artificial glow not only hampers your eyesight, but also prolongs the amount of time your body takes to relax and fall off to sleep. 3.If your back pain causes you to continually wake up in the middle of the night in discomfort, then sleep with a pillow or cushion between your legs so as to straighten out your back and relieve pent up stress. 4.The importance of your pillow can never be stressed upon enough. Your pillow should be not too fat, hard or soft. It should just about support the natural curve of your neck, so that it is perfectly aligned with the centre of your body. Correct sleeping postures are extremely important. 5.Make sure your room is nice and dark so as to stimulate the secretion of a hormone called melatonin that is regulated by light exposure. Darker the room, greater melatonin, making you more sleepy. 6.Those who exercise regularly and well are known to be fitful sleepers. Exercise well before bedtime. If required, do some light yoga or stretching exercises that promote sleep. 7.What you eat throughout the day makes a difference to the quality of your sleep. Stay away from too much caffeine, alcohol, or a heavy meal just before sleeping. They only make you stay awake for longer and may cause heartburn or stomach trouble. Don't drink too much water, or else you will be making more midnight trips to the bathroom than clocking those sleep hours. 8.Try to keep your head clear of all worries and stress when in bed. Regular meditation and deep breathing can help. There is no end to all the things you can do to sleep well and comfortably. It is important to be self-disciplined to sleep well and hence be a healthy individual. Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. I am having some pain in one of my teeth. No infection / bacteria found in xray. Looks normal from outside. Slightly were out. Do I need to go for root canal for this? Or any other process is there through which I can proceed.

Hi, before going for RCT you should take the below treatment. Take acid nit.30, 3 drops once daily for 7 days. plantago majorQ, 10 drops with water twice daily. Revert me after 7 days.
