Hi Respected Dr's, From the last 4 days, I am facing itching (discomfort) during my bowel movement and it lasted for 3 to 4 hours after that. Is this kind of piles or Haemorrhoids? Yesterday there was a drop of blood which came out after doing my natural call and on touching I felt there is pimple like something near the opening. I don't know what to do next, Please reply and tell me what should I do, wt precautions I should take. P.S. I don't eat deep fried things, and I am not having any stomach related problems.

Hi, I think you are suffering from piles. Please follow these tips: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetabes, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Take 1tsf of Isabgol powder with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. 9. Apply pilex ointment before and after passing stools. 10. Take tab Arshonyt 1-1-1 for about a month and inform. 11. Do sitz bath twice daily.

You should start doing anulom vilom and bhastrika pranayam in the morning when you get up. Eat more of fresh fruits before meals. Eat more of green vegies and drink water stored in a copper vessel overnight in morning empty stomach.

I am 27 year old female, facing the problem of lekoderma since February 2017. For that I am taking alopathy medicines as well as lukoskin and pigmento tablet since 1 year. I have also taken vaman and virechana treatment of panchakrma in november 2017 (after it there was 25% improvement). So now should I take this panchakrma treatment again or anything else I should do.

You can not do it by home remedies you have to confirm the duration of pregnancy by getting an ultrasound done and then take the treatment according to the report after thorough physical examination.

Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 - 20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

It could be anxiety or physical cause. Overall sex stamina improves by healthy lifestyle. Regular sleep,exercise and meal are the foremost things. In diet cow milk, cow butter and garlic are proven sexual tonic. Regular healthy diet containing carbohydrate, protein and minerals-vitamins is necessary. Specific diet depends on culture and geographic situation. Exercise to control your weight and make you fit. Sleep to relax your mind. All above measures help you to relive mental stress also which indirectly help to perform better. Another aspect is emotional attachment and love between partners in overall life apart from the sex. Take amla juice, 30 ml in warm water, empty stomach, twice a day. Take swarna basant malati rasa and praval pishti, 1 tab each of dhutpapeshwara pharma, after meals with a cup of milk. Continue the regime for 45 days. Take khichdi, moong daal and daliya, regularly with 1 tsf of cow ghee. Relax and good luck.

I hope this message finds you in good health. To prevent hair fall, you can follow some simple steps as listed below: 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yogurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain pH balance of your hair.
