Alopecia aerta is autoimmune condition in which nutrient. Also play important role. Food which should be avoided. Are. Milk or dairy products, acidic food, sugary or carb diet, oily or fatty food, high refined food or bekary products, and animal meat ahuould be avoided. And food which is to be taken. Are green leafy vegetables, soy product s, whole grains, nuts, and vitamin b rich food, tomatoes, nuts, soymilk, alive oil made food, flaxseed oil made food etc.

Hi, Take Rauvolfia 1x, 2 tabs daily morning empty stomach and 1 tab in the evening. Drink plenty of liquids and cut down your fat, salt and sugar intake. go for a morning walk daily at least for 30 minute. Take a sound sleep and try to avoid anger. Home remedies to Control high BP:-1. Bananas are one fruit that people with high blood pressure can eat regularly to control it. Bananas are a rich source of potassium, which lessens the effect of sodium.So, try to eat one or two bananas daily. Along with bananas, you can try dried apricots, raisins, orange juice, spinach, baked sweet potatoes. 2. Eat one or two crushed garlic cloves daily. You can simply crush them with your hands. Crushing garlic cloves creates hydrogen sulfide, a compound that promotes good blood flow, removes gas and reduces the pressure on the heart.If you do not like eating raw garlic or if it causes a burning sensation, then take it along with a cup of milk. You can also mix five or six drops of garlic juice in four teaspoons of water and take it twice a day.

If you are noticing a general lack of interest in things, people, and work around you then you are likely to be going through some sort of psychological stress or a difficult situation which you may not be conscious about. Reflect upon how the environment around you is like, how you are feeling about it, is your body also showing signs of lethargy, what has changed in these 6 months, how was it like 6 months before. Etc. If you can see what's bothering you then you can also work on helping yourself. If the issue persists then consult a counsellor for one to one counselling. Take care.

Anxiety is apprehension of something unpleasant to come in future. The symtoms of anxiety are many and one of them may be inability to think. But this symtom may be also found in mild depressive disorder in which the person may also feel depressed. Low. Gloomy and may have pesssimistic thoughts. It is wiser to consultant a practicing psychiatrist or clinical psychologist to determine diagnosis. A mild depression may require cognitive behaviour therapy only but if not amenable antidepressants may be required.

Avoid cold foods like cold drinks and ice creams. Wear sweater outdoors and at night to protect yourself from cold. Do breathing exercises like pranayam. Eat citrus fruits like lemon, orange and amla to increase your immunity. Avoid crowded places to prevent acquiring cold infection. After you come from public places please wash your hands. Sleep for 7, 8 hours daily. Do not take stress. If you follow these rules, your chances of cold will definitely decrease.

Please note -- for adults, the average penis size is about 14-16cm (5.5-6.3 inches) when erect. The average girth for an erect penis is 12-13cm (4.7-5.1 inches). A penis would only be considered unusually small if it was less than 3 inches (7.6cm) long when erect. Some reasons are responsible for this problem such hormone, masturbation habit from childhood, infection in the prostate gland etc are very common reasons. Homeopathic remedies are very helpful to overcome this problem and make it strong.

There is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 30 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. As you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.

you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache follow advises given below: You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. How long you have pain is not clear. If short duration can take your pain killer and better check your blood total count and differential count to know any infection. Subclinical infections do not manifest as clinical symptoms initially before it manifest clinically. If there is infection it is better to take excess water and antibiotics. Thanks.

Dear lybrate user, you need to take homoeopathic carbo veg 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach. You can also try homoeopathic liver tonic liv-t (sbl company).
