You can go for following remedy it will help you 1. Cut and de-seed an Indian gooseberry 2. Crush the cut gooseberry to paste 3. Press this paste on a sieve and extract its juice 4. Add 3 tbsp lemon juice to this juice 5. Mix well 6. Apply this on the scalp 7. Leave it for 30 min 8. Hi, Get your blood tested for CBC, Hb%, S. Calcium, S. Ferritin and ESR. Simple nutritional deficiency can cause general weakness of the body. Hi lybrate-user, you have to stop caring about what people feel about you. Im sure there are people who like you even love you and are there in need of help. Do not dwell on negative and ignore the positive things in life. There are things bigger than outward beauty, the real people will like you for your inner self not brightness on your face. We all are flawed in some or the other way but if we do not accept ourselves and do self love how can we expect love from others? we need to respect ourselves to gain respect of others. You should be upset or stressed as you are already taking treatment and it will take time. If it happens good even if it doesn't you should not feel less about yourself. Concentrate on work and building up a career be surrounded with positive people and you will start counting your blessings soon.

Hi, if there is no possibility of pregnancy, it's due to anaemic condition, stress, anxiety of yours. Tk, homoeo medicine @ pulsatilla 30 -6 pills, thrice a day. @ ignatia30-6 -pills, thrice a day. Tk, plenty of water to dilute blood and to hydrate yourself. Tk, easily digestible diet on time. Tk, apples, carrots, cheese, mangoes, papaya, spinach, almonds, walnuts. M 28 years old. I am suffering from 1 problem from past 8-9 months. My problem is urine burning. When I go for urine at the end urine burns a lot. In September 2015 I go for sonography it shows infection in bladder. I take medicines but problem still persists. Last month again I did sonography then it shows minor stone and bladder infection. Then I hospitalised for 4 days for hydrotherapy stone removal now stone gone. But I still have urine burning problem. Now from last 4 days doctor given me calcury (charak) and levomac 500. But M still suffering from urine burning problem. I also try lots of kitchen products barley water, coriander water, coconut water but nothing works. Prevention of kidney stones may include a combination of lifestyle changes and medications. Lifestyle changes you may reduce your risk of kidney stones if you: drink water throughout the day. For people with a history of kidney stones, drink 12-14 glasses of water everyday. If you live in a hot, dry climate or you exercise frequently, you may need to drink even more water to produce enough urine. If your urine is light and clear, you're likely drinking enough water. 1 eat fewer oxalate-rich foods. If you tend to form calcium oxalate stones, restrict foods rich in oxalates. These include rhubarb, beets, bhindi (okra), spinach, swiss chard, sweet potatoes, nuts, tea, chocolate and soy products. Choose a diet low in salt and animal protein. Reduce the amount of salt you eat and choose non animal protein sources, such as legumes. Consider using a salt substitute. Continue eating calcium-rich foods, but use caution with calcium supplements. Calcium in food doesn't have an effect on your risk of kidney stones. Continue eating calcium-rich foods unless your doctor advises otherwise. Ask your doctor before taking calcium supplements, as these have been linked to increased risk of kidney stones. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. I very often get clients in their twenties who report of memory problems which typically affect their studies or work. Many of them have already got several tests done such as vitamin b12 levels, thyroid hormone levels, hemoglobin and so on which are all normal. So what is this condition? as perplexing as it may sound, they do not have true memory issue. What they actually have is what is known as a registration deficit. Let us clarify this further using an example. Consider these two scenarios: scenario 1: 10 names are written on a blackboard and then accidentally erased. Those names are now lost and cannot be retrieved. Scenario 2: 10 names were about to be written but for some reason were not written at all on the blackboard. There is no question of retrieving those names. In both the above scenarios, the names are lost and not retrievable. A true memory problem is like scenario 1 where names are entered into the brain and then lost. This is commonly seen in old age conditions such as dementia. The registration deficit is like the scenario 2 where the names were not entered into the brain in the first place. This happens in youngsters due to concentration difficulties. But just as the final outcome of unable to retrieve names is common to both scenarios, so too, the registration deficit gives the impression of a poor memory. So what are the common causes of this registration deficit? well they include anxiety or depression usually. So the good news that automatically follows is that it can be easily treated!

Hi ! Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Include skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils in diet. Pimple never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e on scars. You may have heard that applying vitamin e to a scar will help it heal faster. But according to a study, applying the nutrient directly onto a scar can actually hinder its healing, if you want medicine than, I will prescibe.
