Is it bad to eat mayonnaise having kidney stones? Can mayo increase the growth of stones?
Food related stones are usualy due to high oxalate diet, high intake of red fibres and less intake of calcium in diet. Myo does not seem to rich in oxalate or uric acid. Tx.

Hi I am 35 years old male. Having blood in urine from 7-jul-2015 till date but no pain as such. I met a urologist and he asked me for certain tests including blood, urine tests and ct scan. A mass of around 13" 16 mm is found in urine bladder. Am I suffering from cancer, if yes, what stage it may be? is it treatable?

Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS), MS - Urology, MBBS
Urologist, Ahmedabad
Dear , yes, I am afraid it is a cancer. Usually it may be well differentiated or anaplastic but can be decided only after excision biopsy as it is small biopsy report will show whether it stage 1 or 2. On an average prognosis is good but you will have to be under observation with urologist for at least 5 years and repeated cystoscopic check ups.

Follow the given medication as directed:- 1) 5 drops of homoeopathic causticum 30 at early morning daily before brushing teeth 2) 5 drops of homoeopathic conium mac 30 before going to bath daily. 3) 5 drops of homoeopathic baryta carb 30 just one hour before dinner daily. 4) homoeopathic mother tincture sabal serrulata q, 30 drops, twice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. Along with the aforesaid medication few changes in your lifestyle are also necessary. Lifestyle alterations to address the symptoms include decreasing fluid intake before bedtime, moderating the consumption of alcohol and caffeine-containing products, and following a timed voiding schedule. Also it would be better if you could void the urine in sitting position.

You need to use antibiotic powder or cream for the cut to heal and bectosept can be used . Bectosept 5% Ointment is an antiseptic medicine used to prevent and treat minor wounds and skin infections. It kills sensitive organisms like bacteria, fungi, protozoa, and spores present on the skin. It is also used to sanitize skin before a surgical procedure is performed.
