Hello,Homeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. I am getting more mouth boils I mean mouth ulcers wt I have to do to not to get them.
If the mouth ulcer is causing a lot of pain, gently rub a small ice cube over the spot or rinse your mouth with ice-cold water. You could also chew on a clove bud (lavang) and direct the juice generated to the area where the ulcer is located. Clove buds are a great ingredient to cure sore throat too. To prevent the ulcerated area from getting infected, make it a point to rinse your mouth with a little salt water. Remember, this won’t make the ulcer disappear, but it can help reduce the pain. Honey is a natural humectant. It helps reduce scarring and hastens the process of new tissue growth. This, along with its anti-microbial effect ensures faster healing of the mouth ulcer. Chew a few leaves of tulsi along with some water about three to four times every day. This will help in getting rid of ulcers faster and also have a preventive action against their recurrence. Applying a little coconut oil directly onto the mouth ulcer or chewing some coconut (fresh or dry) helps reduce pain and inflammation and hence, ulcers heal faster. Mix some sugar to crushed khus-khus seeds and consume this mixture for instant relief from ulcers. You could apply a little ghee directly to the ulcerated area, or drink a glass of buttermilk two or three times every day. Mouth ulcers left untreated generally go away in a week or so; with these home remedies, you can expect faster relief. However, if you notice an ulcer in the mouth that is persistently present although it does not cause you any pain, do not neglect it or try to treat it with home remedies beyond a few days. Make it a point to see a doctor soon because often, a painless mouth ulcer is one of the earliest signs of oral cancer.

What's the cause of pain. If you got X-ray of Lumbo-sacral spine pl inform the report. Or get it done. It's for two yrs. Uric acid , RA Blood test and ESR is also desirable. What medicines are you taking with frequency and dosage.

there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed ..it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner .. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your body every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your body and massage for 3-5 min at night .. by doing above thing you will get good result

I would like to suggest you for shirodhara treatment at any ayurveda panchkarma center near by your residence for 10 days. It may be helpful for decreasing blood pressure and move the blood clotting wherever in the brain.

I am suffering from chronic pharyngitis and it is occur due to my tummy related problem. Exercise is the only thing which can make you fit and healthy. Height increases till 18 to 19 years of age. Heredity factor plays an important role. You can do stretching, cycling, running, swimming, hanging, yoga, skipping etc. Eat food containing proteins. It will help in muscle building. mouth ulcers are usually due to vitamin deficiency or improper digestion, smoking or tobacco chewing, hormonal changes in the body, increased stress level. increase your water intake n take it at regular intervals. increase your intake of raw fruit and vegetables. avoid oilly n spicy food completely. stop smoking n tobacco chewing. reduce your stress level through meditation. apply some local anaesthetic ointment on ulcers for immediate relief. you can also take some vitamin supplements n antibiotics if the ulcers are painful.

It is important to know what your cycles are normally like. If they are normally 35-40 days then I would advice you to repeat a urine pregnancy test in 1 week. If they are shorter like 28-30 days then please consult a gynaecologist to take pills to induce a bleed.

Got blood in stool with out pain, what's the cause n suggest any medicine. If necessary.

If the colour of blood is bright red, then the cause is local. Most common is upper anal canal injury like piles and fissure. If the colour has turned black then upper gastro intestinal tract problem is there. For piles and fissure if not inflamed then stool softeners like isabgul just, or laxative/purgative like gudlax with high fibre diet will suffice. For other conditions a detailed checkup is needed. Hello lybrate user, it is possible that you might have sustained a soft tissue injury in your knee joint which was missed at the time of trauma when only bony injuries were investigated for. If you still have regular pains then I would suggest you get an mri done for the same. You could also consult an orthopaedic surgeon for a detailed clinical evaluation. You might also need to undergo arthroscopic examination of the knee joint if one is not able to reach a diagnosis with an mri. Hope this helps.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. (Slow and steady weight loss is good. As we all know when you lose weight fast, it seems to jump right back on, where as when you lose weight steadily over time because of changes to your diet and balancing your hormones out it tends to stay off.)
