Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Most of available green tea is not okay to drink, avoid green tea, also please remember that many of fitness programs of gyms are monetarily motivated and thus not necessarily healthy but can do harm as stomach problems, or weakness. So best is to make natural foods like vegetables, fruits and cow's milk as your daily habits instead of artificial supplements of gyms. Personally I also strongly suggest you to avoid non-vegetarian foods which are scientifically proved not natural on human body but do greater harm than good in the long run.

For fever take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and Eat nutritious food and have adequate fluid intake and take physical rest and Get your blood checked for cbc, mp , widal , sgpt and urine r/m and revert back to us with reports

I feel to be too lazy. My sharpness have slow down. I seem to be too tired not able to work not able to get up early. What should I do.

1. Focus on just a few things at a time. We often create a big list of things that we want to do and achieve. Focusing on two or three things at a time will allow you to feel less overwhelmed. 2. Exercise. Exercise is the simplest way to overcome laziness. A lot of the time, we are lazy because completing a task seems too difficult. With exercising, you don’t have to figure anything out. You just have to make that one big decision to literally start moving your body (jump up and down, go for a run, or start doing lunges in your living room). 3. Allow yourself time to relax and do the things you enjoy Often, we become lazy because a task seems too difficult. By relaxing and doing the things we enjoy, we allow ourselves to feel satisfied. When we are satisfied, we are more willing to take on bigger tasks and achieve bigger things. 4. Get organized. Clean your house and organize your physical surroundings and you will naturally feel motivated to be more productive and active.

As per height you are over weight reduce it. Reduce near about 13 kg. Change food habites avoid too spacy foods fast end junk food habites over eating habites take only simple veg food with salad. Take fiber food as much as you can. You take Ķeva slim tea 1/spoon in a 2 cup of water boils 5 minuties it remains one cup than filter it end take 30 minuties before lunch end dinner one complite pack than consult me for further treatment

My Body is asymmetrical near my Waist & Thigh. I am regularly hitting the Gym for last 2 yrs. But no visible result. Is cosmetic surgery a good option? PLEASE I DO not wanna listen it's normal for many, genetics etc. I am not asking for a GreekGod physic. Just Symmetry .Many people complain of my body to be bit unusual. Previous GF directly disapproved of my body shape. So I want to know How much does such Surgeries cost.

I am 26 years old female. I am not at all feeling good by my health my weight is increasing immensely though I don't eat much throughout the day. My behaviour is getting completely negative. My anger is increasingly everything is perfect in my life but I am purposely creating problem, I quarrel with family without reason, crying without any reasons. Not able to sleep .some kind of dissatisfaction is eating me. M feeling failure I want be out of it anyhow .these all changes are very negative and harmful for me please help me for this.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) Refined sugar consumption (2) Exercise and Hydration (3) Posture and sitting (4) How many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: Refined Sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: Get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: Improve posture and sitting habits If you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: Stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ML of hard Liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.
