Hi, Either it could be due to general weakness of the body or ask his doctor about the side-effects of his ongoing medication. Would advise you to give him homoeopathic medicines - Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. - both thrice daily. Revert.

You should keep your blood sugar controlled by means of dietary restrictions, exercise and medications. You may take vitamin b 12, b6, folic acid, pregabalin and nortriptyline with consultation of your doctor. This may prevent the recurrence but medicines and other things have to be continued. Unfortunately no permanent cure is available.

Migraine is a disturbing and relapsing kind of headache. It has to be treated with precision taking into consideration its provocative factors of relapse. At present you may take the same medication for headaches. For preventing future relapses you need prophylactic treatmnet. Consult a headache specialist for the same. For further queries and help online you may contact me.

This is due to all stress and worries of life. May be issues of married life/future marriage, you are having insecurities and fear. Just relax. Ask yourself what bothers you? have a positive self-talk, and learn what are those things you don't like. You need to accept your self and move on. You need to take care of your lifestyle and learn to be happy. If you cant do it yourself, meet a life coach/ stress management super-specialist like me.
