Hi if you have pcos than best is exercise and at least reduce 10% of body weight that will definately help and regularise your cycle and drasically improve your fertility chance if you want to become pregnant and you are not getting success than please do following tests first for you - s lh, s fsh, s prolactin. S etradiol, hsg-hysterosalpingogram usg pelvis for husband- semen analyisis if everything comes normal than you should go for ovulation induction with t clomiphene/t letrozole from 2nd to 7 th day of cycle along with follicular study from 10th day to see how follicle is growing for at least 5-6 cycle and if you not succeed with that than next is iui/ivf technique. The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: -severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting -red spots or patches on the skin -bleeding from nose or gums -vomiting blood -black, tarry stools  -drowsiness or irritability -pale, cold, or clammy skin -difficulty breathing

Hi. If the menses are regular, so no need to worry about it. But, in case they are due(and your sexual life is quite active), need to look into the matter. Go for pregnancy test with a pregnancy kit at home. Revert me after the test.

Follow these tips to lightens and remove the pimple marks -. 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will lightens the mark definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark marks 2-3 times daily. 4. This is a familial condition, meaning if parents have it, then children are likely to get it. But it is also a preventable disease. You can prevent it by adapting a modified life style, which means: regular exercise for more than 1 hour a day, maintaining normal weight, taking a balanced and restricted diet, giving exact calories based on ideal body weight and extent of daily exercise. There are several things you can do to prevent a cold. they are all easy. -Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. -Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. -Get plenty of rest/sleep.staying at home will keep you from spreading germs.Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups,dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts/boiled eggs without yolk with milk). Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can impair your sleep -Treatment:A cold usually lasts for a week or two. Hii, You need to tweak your diet or exercise cause both can plateau and you won't budge a gram. Also if you are gaining muscle mass and losing fat it will not show on scale as a loss. Also chances are you are losing out on your muscle mass due to incorrect eating and/or exercise, in which case you may feel you are losing weight. Never base your plans on daily weight on scale. It's what you lose or gain in the end that matters.
