I am 24yrs old. I am suffering from depression and taking Nexito 5mg since last 2yrs. But nothing has changed in my life. I consulted Psychiatrist on regular basis. then also I am not able to come out of depression. Now i have High BP due to which Dizziness is there since 2 months. Consult a psychiatrist and discuss your concerns with him. Your psychiatrist may suggest either increasing the dose or changing the medicine or adding another medicine to overcome your depression. Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash

See main reason of hair fall is infection in scalp skin, which easily goes into hair follicles & causes hair fall, thinning of hairs, for control on hair fall you have to control on dandruff and infection. Consult privately.

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Hey Doctor, I am Jitesh Dutta. I am going through lots of stress regarding my job as my parents wants me to do a government job and I hate to go for a government job. My current company is a start-up and is paying a less amount. My parents are in government job and earns enough. They says you are working over clock and still you don't get enough salary. I had tried to explain them a start-up takes some time to grow lots of time nearly 10 to 20 times a month. But when a family of their arrives it starts over and over again. Yesterday I got as upset that I wanted to ask that friend of their weather I should go for a suicide attempt or he would like to stop his theory for me and my career. My parents are so argumentative that they never admit their mistakes even which me or my sister or even anyone in this whole world prove that they are wrong. I know that the time once passes will never come back and parents are not wrong. And I also know that this company Will grow and very fast and will grow very soon. Company provides engineering solution to very big companies in India. In any company in India no engineer is hired as an engineer but as a manager. So if any problem comes up we are called to provide solutions. And we are very good at it. Kindly provide me with a reasonable advise to work on.

Generation gap is the difference between opinions and attitudes of individuals of different ages. Few ways to deal with the issue can be 1. Ascertain whether this is the kind of work you actually wanted to do in your life, may be the initial payoffs be little but you have the confidence of growth both professionally and financially. 2. Do not belittle parents even if their advice may not be agreeable, respect their opinion gracefully (you may not accept but at least respect). 3. Build up support for your opinion by friends and relatives who agree with your views and make a healthy conversation with parents explaining the pros and cons of continuing the current job. 4. If they still don't agree ask for some time to show your potential and growth in the aspiring career. 5. Believe in your goals your parents would eventually trust you. Seek professional guidance by speaking to a counselor if required.

Hi please consult a cosmetic dermatologist for the same but in the mean time use Turmeric Turmeric is an excellent antiseptic and skin-lightening agent that helps minimize scars and other marks. Plus, turmeric can alleviate allergic, inflammatory and infectious skin disorders that make your skin look dull and lifeless. Mix one tablespoon of turmeric powder with enough pineapple juice to make a paste. Apply the paste to your face and neck. Leave it on until the paste dries completely. Then wash it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy two or three times a week to reduce the appearance of spots on skin. Make a paste by mixing equal amounts of turmeric powder and gram flour with a little water or milk. Apply it evenly on your skin and leave it on until it dries. Wash it off with lukewarm water, scrubbing your skin gently in a circular motion. Follow this remedy once a week to lighten your skin tone and remove scars.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Stop drinking. It does no good. This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Rule out Hypertension, Diabetes or other metabolic disorder. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac 100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Avoid direct flow of AC or Cooler. --. Lybrate-user, you haven't mentioned your height and weight. Exercise should always be gradual and can be increased in pace and time with practice. Feeling weak during a run can indicate few health issues. Weight loss can come with proper diet and exercise. Self medication is not good. So you need to visit a doctor to start with revital.

You should remain cautious about BP of your husband. BP should be checked daily or next day that is the prime condition. After wards we can think about dietary salt restrictions. Not only salt restriction but less and liquid diet free from harmful cholesterol should be given. Correction of Vitamin B12 levels by injectables or tablet can also be helpful.

Get your bp checked twice a day (morning and evening) for month and do proper charting. For getting your sugar checked use accuchek glucometer. Check your blood sugar checked fasting and 2 hours after meal get back to me after one month with bp charting.

You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. For a start please follow: 1. Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. 2. Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. 3. Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. 4. Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. 5. Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips. 6. Take adequate rest. You should also make an effort to get enough good sleep, preferably every night. Strive to wake up refreshed of your own accord, independently of the alarm clock. If you’re the kind of person who always gets brutally woken up by the alarm ringing, you might never be giving your body adequate rest. 7. Supplement vitamins and minerals. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. In the case of a lack of sun (such as during the darker months of autumn and winter), it’s wise to supplement for multiple health reasons – and perhaps even for your weight.

My father is a worker he have problem of diabetes that was checked before 1 month empty stomach 230 after taken food sugar level rises to 270 and today I checked that empty stomach his sugar level was at 150 and after food level was at 180 is this shaw improvement or not or please concern me about some tings that should be avoid.

Comparatively second reading is better. Control of Diabetes is a permanent approach. I presume your father is elderly. Proper Diet which is in time, with no free sugar, more green leafy vegetables, No fast and no feast, Proper regular exercise like walking proper medications as advised by the doctor and regular visits to doctor for follow up is a general approach. .So always depend on your doctor

Dear, shampoos and oils do not make much change because, they hardly penetrate layers of skin, where roots (live part of hair) are present. Instead concentrate on food, if all other factors are fine. -protein rich diet, dry fruits-almonds, dates.

There are various reasons for getting hair fall. Nutritional deficiency is on top, apart from that stress, acute illness like malaria, typhoid, chronic illness like diabetes, thyroid can trigger it. It is important to understand the cause and then treat it. Hair is made up of minerals, protein and iron. Sprouts, beans, nuts are excellent source of protein. Green leafy vegetables support iron. Drinking 3 lit of water/day gives minerals. Conditioning the scalp is must. Oil the scalp 3 /week and wash it 3/week. Consult trichologist for further treatment.

Urinary Incontinence Treatment Options in Men

Urinary Incontinence Treatment Options in Men

Urinary incontinence is a health condition in men, which causes loss of bladder control. Urinary incontinence usually occurs in cases of medical conditions such as an enlarged prostate, Parkinson's disease and diabetes, and may also occur after a prostate surgery. Urinary incontinence is an irritating and embarrassing condition, but with proper treatment, it can be cured.

Here are several methods used to treat urinary incontinence:

  1. Caffeine, soda and carbonated drinks cause irritation in the bladder and worsen the symptoms of urinary incontinence. Alcohol is a diuretic and increases the amount of urine too. So abstain from coffee, alcohol and soft drinks to make a difference.
  2. Dietary adjustments are required for the treatment of urinary incontinence. Several spicy and acidic food items can make urinary incontinence worse. Hence, you should avoid having such foods for some time.
  3. Urinary incontinence can lead to stress and you must get rid of it for better health. You can try relaxation techniques, such as meditation and breathing exercises. Biofeedback is another option by which you can observe your bladder muscle contractions on a monitor.
  4. You should try a behavioral technique known as bladder training. This would require you to urinate every half hour, in spite of not having the urge. Slowly try to increase the time in between the bathroom breaks.
  5. You need to flex your muscles to gain control over urinary incontinence. Kegel exercises can be practiced as these boost the strength of your pelvic muscles. You should find the right muscles that are required to stop the passing of gas.
  6. Pads and disposable undergarments can be used by men. These help in preventing leaks and also protect the skin from irritation and odor.
  7. There are several medicines, which help in the treatment of urinary incontinence in men. Some of these work to relax muscles for preventing unwanted bladder contractions, while others help in blocking the nerve signals to the bladder. Drugs used for the shrinking of an enlarged prostate may also be used in some cases.

Surgery is the ultimate option for the treatment of urinary incontinence. Options include a male sling for urinary incontinence. A type of material is wrapped around the urethra for compressing it. Leaks because of coughing, sneezing or laughing are prevented. Artificial sphincter implants may also be used for treatment of urinary incontinence. A cuff is used in order to close the urethra. Urine is released by squeezing the pump to open the cuff. A device similar to a pacemaker is used to stimulate nerves, which help in relaxing the bladder and pelvic floor.

Urinary incontinence is a condition which causes reduced self confidence in men. But there are several ways to treat this condition which include home remedies as well as medications and surgery.
