1] in the morning have a walk. 2] take tea with some snacks. 3] eat two bananas with milk in breakfast 4] your lunch and dinner should contain all the constituent of balanced diet. 5] take snacks, nuts, milk, egg, fruits etc in between two main meal. 6] take homeopathic alfa -alfa tonic one spoon before meal two times. 7] never remain empty stomach for more then 3 hours [except night]

Now, it is very common saying that obesity is mother of possibly all important disease of our life yadi aapka wajan and jyada hai, aapko motapa hai, toh aapko jeevan ki qarib qarib sabhi kisam ki bimarion ka risk bad jata hai aur ialiye bahut zaroori hai ki apna wazan thik rakhe aur agar aap ka wazan jyada hai toh uska proper tarike se ilaj karien aur vajan kam karien. Aksar log jinka wajan jyada hota hai wo ye sochte hain ki agar mai sair karunga aur khana kam kar dunga toh khali mera usse wajan kam ho jayega ya yeh sochte hain ki mera wajan jo bada hai woh meri galti ki wajah se bada hai. Lekin aksar aisa nahi hota kyunki wajan badhane ki tendency aapki partially aapki jeans ki wajah se bhi hoti hai, aur motapa khali ek aapke khane peene ki adat ya physical activity kam karne ki wajah se nahi hai, ye ki ek kisam ki bimari hai jo baki bahut sari bimariyan hai jaise, diabetes, heart disease, blood pressure, saans ki dikkat, joint ki problems bahut sari problems ko ye badati hai, bahut sari problems ka risk badati hai. Hye. Thank you for your query. You are overweight by 5 kgs. A healthy lifestyle involves, choosing a balanced diet and healthy eating plan. A healthy eating plan: Emphasizes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat milk and milk products Includes lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts Choose foods low in saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, salt (sodium), and added sugars A healthy eating plan that helps you manage your health includes a variety of foods you may not have considered. If" healthy eating" makes you think about the foods you can't have, try refocusing on all the new foods you can eat—  All seasonal fruits are great. Vegetables ― try something new each week, as per season. Commit to going to the green grocery and trying a new vegetable each week. Calcium-rich foods ― not only milk but curd, paneer or nuts and seeds and some vegetables and pulses too. A new twist on an old favorite ― if your favorite recipe calls for frying fish or breaded chicken, try healthier variations using baking or grilling. Maybe even try a recipe that uses paneer or soya nuggets in place of higher-fat meats. Healthy eating is all about balance. You can enjoy your favorite foods even if they are high in calories, fat or added sugars. The key is eating them only once in a while, and balancing them out with healthier foods and more physical activity. Exercise at least thrice a week. Any exercise you enjoy or a sport or a hobby like dancing etc will do.

Do take ift and laser therapy for pain relief for 12 days followed by strengthening exercise from physiotherapist apply hot water fomentation thrice a day for 10 days regularly do revert for further assistance best wishes.

Hi I I am 26 year old female I'm a mother my baby just completed his 1st year on 6th sept. After delivery day to now I'm feeling weakness in my body as I don't like medicines to eat so I refuse all multivitamins iron and calcium medicines and was taking it naturally from food or fruits but what else I should have to eat or include in my diet NOW as I'm also a breast feeding mom. And also tell me how my belly gets tights it's still soft.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy.

Hello Lybrate user, knee pain will be relieved with AYURVEDIC TREATMENT. Have you taken XRay of knee joints. I will recommend it to do it as early as possible. Take these Ayurved medicines for three weeks. 1) Yogaraj guggulu 500 mg bd 2) maharasnadi kashay 20 ml with water after meals twice day 3) rasnadi guggulu 500 mg twice day 4) Lakshadi guggulu 500 mg twice day this is initial treatment and will reduce knee pain as well as useful for osteoporosis.
