Your weight should be around 58-59 kg. At your age weakness generally occurs due to low haemoglobin although I am suggesting to consult any physician. But in the meanwhile try to follow my suggestions you will feel the improvement. Try to make your diet plan such that it should be energetic as well as rich in iron. Eat fruits and vegetables containing vitamin c such as guava, lemon,oranges as vitamin c help in absorption of iron. Eat palak, green vegetables, chiku include fibre containing food in your diet ,also include protein rich diet. Don't skip lunch or dinner. If you need my help regarding this you can contact me.

Hello You need not worry. Drink plenty of water. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Start your day with peanut butter sandwich. After 2 hours take 500ml milk. After 2 hours take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer curry. Evening banana shake. Take apple before workout. After workout take 1 scoop of whey protein powder. Dinner take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer or soya curry. Thank you

Not all patients with joint pain need surgery. Most of them can be managed without surgery. Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Rule out diabetes, vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind)1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do knee exercises. Gradually develop your walking & standing stamina. It may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Get his blood sugar, liver tests like serum bilirubin, sgot, sgpt, ggt done. If normal then ok, if abnormal you may sound it to your father that due to alcohol his health is being affected. Certainly he will reduce/stop alcohol abuse.

Follow the foods regularly. Black grapes 100gm/day. Musturd oil 2 teaspoons/day. Whey protein food supplements regularly. Aswagandha, spirulina capsules twice a day. Hi you need to get your blood tests done for sugar and lipid profile. Also get your bp checked + hb if all that is normal then maybe you are not sleeping well. Increase your sleep hours. Reduce stress and tension before your sleep. Don't eat too much sugar. In a day sugar should not be more than 3-4 tea spoons. Avoid fried food and junk food. These foods can slow you down. Do exercise regularly. Have a cup of coffee daily. Nothing is wrong with your health. Just eat right and do exercise.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 main and mid meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, ghee, cream in your meals. Just eating sugary, sweet foods is not good. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite.  Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Summer can not only dehydrate you but also draw you off of energy and stamina, making you feel unwell and feeling low. A healthy and balanced diet is essential, especially in the summer. The summer heat deprives our body of all the energy. Excessive perspiration in summer results in dehydration. Rehydration is essential irrespective of the activity levels and thirst pangs. Liquids at very cold temperatures should be avoided. Increased consumption of very cold liquids, results in the constriction of the blood vessels. This in turn reduces the loss of heat which is essential in summers. Holy basil seeds/ tulsi seeds added to water or fruit juices proves an effective cooling drink for the summers. Soft drinks contain added sugar, preservatives and colors. Therefore fresh fruit juices without added sugar are preferred in summers. Fried foods, such as french fries, potato patties, chips, samosa, wada pav should be restricted thereby reducing the thermal effect of fat. A light and healthy meal will make you feel comfortable. Avoid very spicy foods. Whole fresh fruits supply a good amount of water, in addition to minerals and vitamins. A bountiful supply of vegetables and fresh fruits are beneficial. Lemon juice, barley water, butter milk and tender coconut water are the best sources of hydration.

U at least remove 1 hr for your food. 15 minutes for break fast, 20 minutes for lunch & 20 for dinner if you do this your health will remain good.
