Herbal medicines are best to treat without any side effect. Take 11 guava leaves, 11 black pepper, 1 cup milk and one cup water. Put all of them in pot and boil it well, when it reduced to one cup, drink in empty stomach. Take this daily for at least six months or a year. 2.Boil cumin seeds in water and inhale the steam. It helps dilate the bronchial passage. 3.Take 5 gm of ginger, black pepper, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, turmeric and 30 gm of sugar. Grind the mix to a powder. Take half to one teaspoonful and mix it nicely with honey. Take it twice a day 4.Pulses like old rice (rice which is stored for at least one year is called old), wheat, barley, kulattha, mung beans, arhar beans, etc . should be consumed. 5.Honey, warm drinks like herbal teas, spice teas are also okay. 6.Sprouts, nuts and seeds can be taken in moderate amount. 7.The heavy foods and those which make ama should be avoided. This mainly includes milk products like cheese, curd, butter milk, creams, and banana, etc. 8.Oily, greasy and fried foods which are difficult to digest should be avoided. 9.White flour and white sugar products should be avoided. 10.In addition, try to avoid the cold foods, cold drinks and other refrigerated things. 11.Avoid excessive or physically demanding exercise. Yoga and Pranayama can be helpful.

Follow these instructions to prevent yourself from summer. * take two teaspoons of sugar and a pinch of salt add it in one glass of water, drink it before going out in summer. * cover your head with hat or cotton dupatta before going out. * drink atleast 8 to 10 glass of water daily make your body hydrated with intake of plenty of fluids. * avoid to drink excessive coffee and alcohol. * avoid to go outside in afternoon or in peak hours of sunlight. If you want to go then cover your head with hat or cotton dupatta, or you can take a umbrella to protect yourself from sunrays. * avoid to do vigorous exercises in summer.

What should I do to remain long time during sex with my partner in bed, medicine are not working.
1.The Stop and Start Method The stop and start method helps you last longer while making love to your partner. This technique is comprised of three phases: First, you need to become excited sexually with the help of a partner or by masturbating. Then, at the point before reaching your climax, you need to stop and hold back. Next, take some deep breaths and relax. Once you are calm and in command of your emotions, repeat the process again. The method involves learning to understand when you are approaching orgasm, and trains your body to control timing to prevent premature ejaculation. During this process, you also naturally learn inhaling and exhaling techniques. 2.Kegel Exercise Kegel exercises aim at strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. To correctly implement the technique, you need to know how to tighten the correct pelvic muscles. One approach of finding the muscle is by sitting on the toilet seat and urinating. Stopping the urine flow leads to the tightening of the pelvic muscles.I recommend a technique to carry out the exercise properly: Start by emptying your bladder completely. Then tighten the pelvic muscles for nearly 10 seconds. Relax the muscles for another 10 seconds. Repeat the exercise three times a day with 10 repetitions each time. 3.The Squeeze Technique Mastering this technique requires a lot of practice and uninterrupted time. During foreplay, have your partner squeeze the end of your penis, at the point where the head (glans) joins the shaft. After the squeeze is released, wait 20 to 30 seconds, and then continue with foreplay. Have your partner caress and stroke the entire genital territory. This includes the glans, the shaft, the testicles, the perineum and the rim of the anus. Becoming cognizant how each part works during sexual activity, is the major focus and intent of this approach. Upon reaching the point of orgasm, have your partner squeeze your penis again until the urge to ejaculate is gone. Repeat the exercise three times every week until you notice improvements. 4.BRAMARI PRANAYAM-This pranayam is most important for your mind to act in more synchorinised way thus helping you in your sexual life. Technique- or Bee Breath 1.Close your eyes. Focus on your breathing. 2.Place your thumbs in your ears, your index fingers above your eyebrows, and your remaining along the sides of your nose. Keep each pinky finger near a nostril. 3.Breath in deeply through the nose. First, feel the diaphragm move down, allowing the lungs to expand and forcing the abdomen out; then feel your chest expand with your collar bones rising last. .4.Use your pinkies to partially close each nostril. Keep your lungs filled. .5.Breathe out through the nose while humming. Note that the humming sound should originate in your throat, not as a result of your partially-blocked nostrils. 6.Repeat twenty times.starting from 5 times. 5.WATER-Drink lots of water daily apprx 6-8 glass water daily 6.DIET-The main part is to control your weight (a)Avoid junk food,fried food and cold drinks. (b) Breakfast and dinner light,Lunch normal. (c) Try to take dinner 90 minutes before going to sleep and a 10 minute evening walk just after dinner along with your spouse proves even more fruitful. 7.Last and most important is prohibit from Masturbation practice now if you are doing so.

Generally dark circle is due to the any type of allergy like allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, and any nasal infection since long duration if you are suffering from recurrent sneezing, running nose, cold, you must take treatment for this. First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- Take Hepar sulph 200, twice daily . Take Eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take Antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs , thrice daily. Take Alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. In case of high uncontrollable fever, don't panic you should do cold sponging to lower down the temperature.If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback. I will suggest you to buy a steam inhaler machine of crescent company and take a flow of steam (of plain water only) over the forehead through the inhaler and can repeat the process after eight hours as and when required and whenever there is mucous discharge from the nostrils I will suggest you to take one tablet of cetrizine at night.

Hello, first of all you should know what is backache and by which factors it caused and aggravated. The usual cause of low back pain is the sedentary lifestyle that we lead these days. There is hardly any movement. walking, running and cycling like activities are also not a part of our daily routine. To add to it, our diet consists more and more of junk food. Fresh fruits, vegetables and high fibre foods are consumed less and less. These daily practices lead to obesity. The increased body weight puts lot of pressure on the spine which has to bear all the extra unwanted weight. The back muscles which are already weak due to lack of exercise and wrong posture are unable to cope with this increased load. This causes pain in the back muscles. See a doctor who may prescribe antiviral medications relenza or tamiflu. It's important to know the difference between flu and cold symptoms. A cold is a milder respiratory illness than the flu. While cold symptoms can make you feel bad for a few days, flu symptoms can make you feel quite ill for a few days to weeks. The flu can also result in serious health problems such as pneumonia and hospitalizations. Ok its better to consult a physician.

Underweight is a term describing a person whose body weight is considered too low to be healthy. The definition usually refers to people with a body mass index (bmi) of under 18.5 a weight 15% to 20% below that normal for their age and height group. Low weight may be due to improper diet, reduced assimilation from intestine, illness, metabolism, genetics etc. Thus first we have to rule out any such condition, with this have a healthy diet with more proteins (legumes, eggs, fish, lean meat, vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water and go for regular exercise.
