Hello, the causes of premature graying hair includes-" a hormonal imbalance, hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism, malnutrition, pernicious anemia, nutritional deficiency, using electric dryers and concentrated hair dyes, as well as genetic disorders, chemotherapy and radiation, are all factors. At times, a few gray hairs can develop in children as young as 8 years and then it is generally progressive with increasing age. *first of all you should correct your diet because what we are eating, that is reflecting on our body, so we should take foods that are rich in iron and zinc help our body to fight against white hairs. Eat these following foods; like mushrooms, corns, green leafy vegetables, almonds etc. Avoid too much oily foods. Drink adequate water. Our homoeopathy also helps to reduce and prevent the hair fall. 1. You should take lycopodium 200, 5 drops once in 15 days, morning empty stomach. 2. Take wiesbaden 200, 5 drops, once a day. 3. Apply jaborandi hair oil (sbl) on your hair and scalp thrice in a week. 4. Wash the hair with montana herbal shampoo (sbl). 5. Take amla powder +seasame seed powder, 1-1 tsp both with water once daily.

It's too much. Please rule out any disease. Diet is only way to reduce weight. Give her two+times food home cooked, no oil, contain ata, bajra, dal. No beard, no maida. Or market junk food. Weigh 15days.

The cause of white spots are * loss of pigmentation * fungal infection * loss of upper skin due to dryness to treat the white spots- * apply coconut or mustard oil on th effected parts once a day specially in the evening. * crush 15-20 leaves of neem and put them in a bucket of luke warm water for 15 minutes & take bath with this water. * take a glass of milk added with a teaspoon of protien powder once a day. * sit for atleast 5-8 minutes in sun in the morning or evening. * apply the paste of aloe vera & turmeric powder on the effected parts of body 2 times a week for 15-20 minutes.

Hi... Sorry to hear about the problem. ... If your blood pressure is 160/120 on the medication, then you should talk to your doctor about possibly increasing the medicine as the BP is not well controlled. There are many reasons for the pain. With the high BP you should talk to your doctor and atleast get an ECG to get it checked out. Hope this helps, Please let me know should you need anything. Thanks

Hi, If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat.  The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.

It seems to be a case of missed abortion or delayed pregnancy. Please repeat a ultrasound after 10 days or you can go for a blood hormone test to see the level of hormone which will specifically tell you if you have a live pregnancy or the fetus is dead inside. If you find the later, please get urself investigated properly to find out the cause of miscarriage, so you can prevent it in futurre pregnancy.

There is no medical treatment for lipomas.And they are usual benign.Any large lipoma may removed surgically for cosmetic reasons or if it is at such a site that it interferes with movement of a part of body.

You need to drink lot of water and salads and raw fruits to get rid of constipation. But still you have it then need to know the cause. You can get simple stool and blood test. Can also take surgeons opinion also to know if you have piles or not. Otherwise whatever medicine you are taking enough for you. Sometime sedentary life style also leads to constipation. Can opt for walk.

Some people are genetically made who prduce more uric acid. Any thing than increase muscle breakdown increases uric acid. It can be endogenous that is increase breakdown of muscle due to disease or heavy exercise. Or exogenous due to heavy nonvegetarian meal. Or due to taking of food vegetarian dietcontaining high uric acid levels like palak, tomatoes, turnips etc.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine Belladonna 30 ( 4 drops in little water) four times in a day for 2 days and revert. Gargling with lukewarm water twice a day will also give you relief.

Hello don't worry we wil care of your problem, in your age groups usually colitis or mild hyper acidity. Since it is not treated or a continuous repeat infection leading to chronic shape by proper history, cross question, examination blood, urine, stool tests usg abdomen etc perfect diagnosis can be made. Your food habit, hygiene, bowel movements are important to be suggested. Stop tobacco, khaini etc if so. Mean while anti spasmodics, antacids with dietary advise will give you relieve till diagnosis.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!
