What should we prevent from cold infection when we go to the high altitude and cold dry areas?

1. Keep your body warm. Wear proper clothes according to weather. It will ptevent you from cold. 2. Eat food which give internal warmth to your body. If yoi non veg then boiled eggs, meat, fish are good optiom for you. If you veg no problem you can take nuts. It also give you relief. 3. Green tea is rich in antioxidents. It help to increase immunity which helps body to cope up in cold weather. You can also take tulsi and ginger tea. 4. Drink plenty of water to maintain body temperature. 5. Avoid cold things. Hope all these will help you.

Hi lybrate-user Obesity or being overweight is due to metabolic imbalance in our body. You have fat deposit on tummy or belly this indicates that you may have insulin resistance. To gain muscle power include good amount of protein in your diet like paneer, tofu, lentils and if you are non- vegetarian you can include chicken and fish, egg whites etc. Avoid junk food, refined cereals etc. Include green leafy vegetables, fruits etc. Team Nutrihealth.

Dear user, for cold and dry cough avoid heavy and cold food avoid travel without masking your face avoid fruits like apple, grapes, banana etc use luke warm water to drink take light and home made food use manuka, pomogranate avoid milk and milk products apply paste of ginger or shunthi at head FOR ONLY 5 TO 10 MINUTES. then wash with hot water.
