Hello lybrate-user From the information provided, your dandruff is causing hair fall. If your scalp and dandruff is very dry it is better to oil your scalp either at night or one hour before shampoo. Use Luke warm oil, apply gently (no massage) and shampoo after an hour. Keep your comb separate and wash it daily. I'm not aware what homeopathic medicine you have taken and for how long, but you need to take proper homeopathic treatment under supervision for long term. Frontal loss or receding hairline as it is called cannot be reversed but can be slowed down. For a detailed discussion please feel free to contact me on private chat.

Hello sir im 27 y old guy and my height is too short as well as my body weight and structure is very weak and thin. How can I improve myself?

Hello sir im 27 y old guy and my height is too short as well as my body weight and structure is very weak and thin.
H...
Hye, Thanks for the query. Height growth at this age is not possible but you can definitely gain weight. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2. Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3. Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day. 4. Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5. Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, meat, eggs, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc. 6. Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7. Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more. 8. Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. Also, you should aim for 8 hours of sleep as inadequate sleep can cause several problems. 9. Be patient with yourself Hoping to gain weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Even if you follow all the advice that is there, you may end up gaining just 1-2 kilos in a month. Every body is different, and just because you are not seeing results in terms of weight gain, you shouldn’t feel discouraged. Living healthy by eating the right diet will make you feel better and more positive about life and increase your strength. 10. Believe in yourself.

One chocolate bar of 25 gms is high in sugar and also high in saturated fats and if taken sometimes its okay and it might show its adverse effects if taken daily only after 40 years with respect to atherosclerotic changes but its a known fact that enamel of the teeth will get destroyed within a short time if taken daily and so I will suggest your son to eat the chocolate bar occasionally and not daily and also do exercise regularly and on alternate days.

I have small penis I want it to become big like a monster. Please provide me some guidance.

PhD Human Genetics
Sexologist,
I have small penis I want it to become big like a monster. Please provide me some guidance.
Hi, The penis size cannot be increased, in any normal, healhty adult, for two reasons. 1. The penis size (length and girth) is determined by the genes. 2. The penis does not have any muscles in it. For these two reasons it’s not possible to increase the penis size. You should rather focus on learning sex techniques that help you give and get equal sexual satisfaction, no matter what your penis size (length and girth) is!

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

I am student, so what type of food you suggest me to me to get good memory power.

Dear lybrate-user, welcome to lybrate. Memory and mind power depends mainly on three aspects. Understanding, storage and recollection. To understand what you are studying, you must be able to be attentive or concentrate. Concentration is possible when you are interested in that subject. Creative way of learning can help you concentrate and understand easily. When you are able to understand and concentrate, it is stored within your brain. If you read more and more it will be store in long term memory. Third part is retrieval. Whenever you want to retrive what you learned and stored, your brain gets the request, searches the database and retrieves the information for you. The retrieval may prove to be difficult if you are anxious, stressed, worried or tired physically or mentally. Retrieval is more easy when you are relaxed and healthy. Brain needs nutrients to keep itself sharp. Fruits, vegetables and dry fruits provide much needed nutrients for your brain. Include at least one fruit in your daily diet. Physical exercises, entertainment, hobbies, relaxation, memory games like sudoku etc help keep your memory sharp and active. You may consult a psychologist online or in person for advice, counseling and therapy. Take care.
