I am 21 year old, Male Sir, from last two month on wards I feel some pain in my joints, Special situations that make me painful are as follows, 1. I feel lot of pain at back of my neck, after attending long sessions.(having duration more than 1 hour) and riding bike, I feel lot f pain on neck even am traveling much small distance on bike (less than 10 KM) 2. I feel a pain on back of my two leg knees when I walked little distance more or I stand for few hours while engaging in any drawing related to my studying subject. 3. I also gets the same feel of pain on back of my hand knees when I drive car through pocket roads having number of turnings. (Car do not have a power steering option) Sir, I would like to know the reason for this. Even though the pain is not long lasting its makes me lot of disturbance. Is it any deficiency of calcium, Vitamin or some thing like that? Can you please suggest me a solution to recover.

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation twice a day. Take mahayograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Rice. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Sleep for atleast 7 hrs per day.

There is no such test. Well you can test for ra factor. Knee jt replacement is the last option. Depends on what is the condition of joint at present.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

I am 58 yr. S old. 3-4years back I mate with accident with no major injury. I had frozen shoulder after that which was taken care by physiotherapy. Now november 2014 I observed that once again I am having left frozen shoulder. Since then I have taken swd and physiotherapy but this time recovery is not even 30%. Doctor has asked me blood test for homocystine and vitamin d. What causes frozen shoulder and does it have any relation to thyroidism? please enlighten me for right treatment.

Frozen shoulder or adhesive capsulitis is a condition in which shoulder movements get progressively decreased, it is commonly associated with diabetes although association with other conditions is also known. Stiffness & pain in back & other joints is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

May be muscle stiff ya week both reason possible nw define your self that if heat fermentation twice a day and muscle relaxant give you relief that is stiffness of muscle if no that is weakness of muscle then do strength exercise like treadmill quadriceps etc or more information you can consult.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I have a acute pain on my left chest on skin level and little bit inner. And also have mild pain on my left color bone and left shoulder joint. Also feel some difference in temperature like a coldness on my left hand and also left leg. I check a ecg 6month back and found nothing serious on heart what should i do now. My ldl is high now it is 183 and totla cholestrol is 253. Please Advice

I am 39 years old male, I had minor compression fracture at (D12) spine and LS disc bulge. I have met with bike accident on may 2014, still then and there I have pain and I got this health issue diagnosed only by Feb 2015. What are the things to do and not to do to get relived from back pain. I have pains radiated throughout my buds and left leg also. its bone deformity so u can maintain only . u can tk any treatment but avoid toward bending lifting weight. do spine extension exercise and stretching exercise in daily routine. physiotherapy treadmill will help u to maintain ur spine flexibility and mobility .
