Hallo. To get up early morning, is very difficult to all is not it? why is it difficult? think differently, try to sleep early and have a sound sleep, normaly you will wake up early. Why can not we have a sound sleep? its becouse of our lifestyle. Try to have light food at night, have dinner early by7. Do not see tv till you sleep. Stop it 2hrs before you sleep. Go to bed by 10. You will wake up by 5, 5.30 etc. Benifit. Just before sun set. It is the best time, where our mind is completly active, and that we can train it to our way. High concentration power. Ability to think in a higher level. We can feel the difference quickly if you practice it. Thank you.

I need to understand whether you have any other symptoms like morning stiffness etc? also have you got any investigations done for you like blood tests or any radiological investigations? if you can get cbc, esr, crp and serum vitamin d tests ( all tests to be done empty stomach) and send all reports across to me, then I can see and advise you accordingly. Till that time: - maintain proper posture at home and at workplace - do intensive physical therapy, you can start initially under supervision of a physical therapist - take a short course of any anti-inflammatory medication which suits you. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hi there ~ you are probably suffering from viral infection in which case headache and stomachache can last for 2 days to a week. If you are taking good rest, eating regular healthy diet and hydrating yourself with enough water you should probably get better soon. Dear Lybrate User, You should take the following medications as directed:- 1) 5 drops of Homoeopathic SULPHUR 200 once in a week. 2) 5 drops of Homoeopathic AESCULUS HIP 30 at early morning daily before brushing teeth 3) 5 drops of Homoeopathic PODOPHYLLUM 30 before going to bath daily. 4) 5 drops of Homoeopathic HAMAMELIS 30, just one hour before dinner daily. If you experience bleeding during stool then you need to carry on the following home-therapy:- i) Pour about 50 ml of liquid Betadine in a tub of lukewarm water & stir it until it is mixed. Ii) Sit inside that tub of lukewarm water in a squatting position so that the Betadine mixed water can come in contact with the point of bleeding. Iii) Maintain this position for at least 30 minutes daily. Follow the aforesaid rules & continue the aforesaid medication for one month. If you do not feel any relief after one month of medication then you should consult me privately via Lybrate.

Sir/madam I hv joined gym in January 2016. At that time my weight was 93 kg. After 10 month (approx) my weight is 81 kg. Now I hv a busy schedule and I am not able to continue my gym. For reducing without gym, the best is to take light and easy to digest meals. Avoid non veg, cold drinks, alcohol, curd, cheese, junk food, salt and sugar. Take more off moong, masur, vegetables etc. Take 1 tsf trifla churan while sleeping.

What are the size of the stones? stones treatment depends on the types and size of stone, most kidney stones won't require invasive procedures. You may be able to pass a small stone by: drinking water. Drinking as much as 2 to 3 quarts (1.9 to 2.8 liters) a day may help flush out your urinary system. Unless doctor tells you otherwise, drink enough fluid mostly water to produce clear or nearly clear urine. Passing a small stone can cause some discomfort. To relieve mild pain, according to your medical history I may prescribe pain relievers.
