Dear to decrease your fat from belly you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

1.Sandalwood is effective option. 1. Make a thick paste of sandalwood powder, glycerin and rose water. (If you don’t have rose water, you can use milk or honey.) 2. Apply the thick paste to the affected skin area, leaving it on for a few minutes. Wash off the paste with lukewarm water. 3. Follow this remedy once daily until your black spots vanish completely. 2. Potato Your vegetable drawer is another source of home remedies for black spots or dark patches. Potatoes can be applied in one of the two ways: • Slice up a potato and place one slice directly on the black spots; leave on for a few minutes and then wash your face with lukewarm water. • You can also make a face mask by combining grated potato with honey.

I am 30, single and I have hypothyroidism. My weight is 76 kg, well built and my height is 169 cm. I snore heavily while sleeping sometimes disturbed by own snoring sound while sleeping. Doctors suggested me to reduce the weight and change sleep position but nothing worked. In endoscopy, it was found that there is a slight bend above my left nose which could cause this. 1) Is there a way to rectify that? 2) Meanwhile is there any medication to stop this abnormal snoring temporary before I get a fix completely?

Hi. Firstly it's v difficult to come to a correct diagnosis until the patient is seen in person. your weight can be an issue if it has recently increased n simultaneously you started snoring. Bent nasal bone must be having been with you since many years and if you where not snoring with the same for so many years, it's unlikely to be the cause of your snoring. Again until the patient is seen it's not possible to give the correct diagnosis. U must show to a ent specialist in your area and take the opinion. Tc.

Homoeopathic medicine FOLLICLEAN ( WELLMAN) it contain 2 bottles...INTERNAL and EXTERNAL INTERNAL FOLLICLEAN DROPS.....drink 15 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily EXTERNAL FOLLICLEAN DROPS....Apply 15-20 drops in any oil preferably HAIR GROWTH OIL ( WILMAR SCHWABE INDIA) on roots of hairs with your fingers.No brisssssk massaging required.Leave overnight nd wash next day with MONTANA SHAMPOO ( SBL) 1.Wash hair sparingly and use a good-quality shampoo. Washing hair too often can leave hair dried out, leached of its natural oils, and may damage your hair. Aim to shampoo your hair at most every other day or even only twice a week. 2. Try shampoos that do not contain sulfates or parabens. Sulfates are the chemicals that make shampoos lather up. Parabens are preservatives that cause irritation and eye problems after prolonged use. Both of these chemicals aren't healthy for you or the environment so try to use shampoos with natural cleansers 3.. Use conditioner that matches your hair type, length, and treatment damage. A good rule of thumb is to condition every time you shampoo your hair, although very processed or dyed hair probably needs a little more love than natural hair 4. Be careful about using hair care products with too much protein. Too much protein can leave your hair feeling desiccated and brittle. While protein is the building block of healthy hair, use conditioners that come with balanced ingredients. 5. Rinse your hair with vinegar before shampooing, twice a year. Doing this helps to make your hair look shinier and cleaner; plus, it treats dandruff. Use 1 part vinegar (preferably organic apple cider vinegar) to 3 parts warm water, then rinse and wash your hair as normal. 6. Moisturize your hair. Use five oils: almond, castor, olive, coconut and lavender oils. Mix together equal proportions of each. Alternately, use egg oil. Apply to the hair and leave in for four hours prior to showering out. Repeat twice a week. 7. Eat healthily. Give your hair the right amount of vitamins. Since hair is made of proteins, eat a balanced diet rich in lean protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. A healthy diet will ensure hair that looks and feels better. • Make sure you get plenty of vitamin C. This vitamin strengthens hair. In addition, iron helps transport oxygen to blood vessels, zinc grows and repairs tissue, and omega-3 fatty acids grow healthy hair. • Give your hair some time to show new brilliance. What you eat will not have an immediate difference on the hair you already have, but it will help with hair that is newly growing. • 8. Remove stress from your life. Physical and mental stressors will keep your hair from realizing its full potential. Stress can cause hair loss, so try not to let stress overcome you. This means finding healthy emotional outlets for your stress: yoga, biking, meditation, or other forms of exercise all work well.

Hello, white spots on the face can be due to sun allergy or sensitive skin. However, as you are complaining of the spot for a longer duration, nevi and leprosy should also be ruled out. Please consult a dermatologist so that some skin tests can be done such as skin biopsy and slit skin smear and the exact nature of the spot can be assessed.
