You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Calc phos 200x +Nat mur 200x 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days than consult private online.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -some physiotherapy treatment like ift current can give you some relief. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. I am 58 years now. My mobility is significantly threatened due to Joint pain in both legs. I am unable to walk more than 20 ft, and can't stand on my legs for more than 5 minute. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Overly tight hamstrings increase the stress on the low back and often aggravate or even cause some of the conditions that result in sciatica.

Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Cyra-20mg 1 tab od x 5 days do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform me.

Requires detail examination and investigation Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Dear lybrate-user. Apply cold or hot pack. Use heel massager. Apply ointment to heal crackness then apply diclofenac in addition with heel massager to reduce pain.

Hello, follicular growth is dependent on the fsh levels and if the follicle is not growing then there may be an issue like pcos, which needs to be addressed prior to conception.

Reason seems to be due to folic acid defeciency and so apart from symptomatic treatment I will suggest you to take tablet folvite once a day for six months.

Hello Lybrate user .as you mentioned your having pain in left upper back. Ther might be few reasons for this it could be bcoz of cervical issue's, could be bcoz of locally muscle around scapula. Third is thorassic outlet syndrome. Do neck movements. If any of neck movements. Increase or decrease the intensity of pain it may bcoz of cervical .if pain remains same then now do shoulder movements .if shoulder movements affectes the intensity of pain either increase or decrease .it may bcoz of shoulder .apply ice pack locally n take NSAID for initially.
