thanks for enquiry.for fair and glowing skin don't directly jump to glutathione injection as it requires quite a lot precautions like sun protection,maintainance therapy ,cost factor,drug precautions .get peels if want fast response.

Hello doctors I am just a teenager. I have three problems1) I have very small height and it is not increasing at all. I have tried exercising but nothing happened. According to Ayurveda, ashwagandha (scientific name: Withania somnifera), also known as Indian ginseng, helps increase height. Ashwagandha contains various minerals that broaden the bone skeleton as well as its density. This in turn increases your height. You can easily find ashwagandha in an herbal store. 1. Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 2. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 3. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. 4. Note: For this remedy to work, you must avoid fast food completely. 2. Drink Milk Milk is rich in calcium, an important mineral for bone growth. Calcium also acts as a height booster. Besides calcium, milk has vitamin A and protein that are essential for overall development of the body, including height. To increase your height by a few inches, drink at least two to three glasses of milk daily. In addition, eating dairy foods like cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt and cream can have an effect on height.Do regular exercise daily, yoga, streching your body, sound sleep, all will help. DEAR Lybrate USER. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal 4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods 5) avoid late night sleeping habits 6) avoid coffee and tea. A) take 30ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 10 gm of HARIDRA KHAND after meals. C) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and chandraprabha vati after meals, D) take 30 ml of aloevera juice along with 30ml of lukewarm water. Do all things for 30 days. This formulation is 100% effective.

Dear lybrate-user, use below mentioned: 1. Khadirarishta - 20 ml + 1 cup water, twice daily after food 2. Melatru cream - massage sufficient quantity on pigmented skin until absorbed, once in morning. 3. Akpre cream - massage sufficient quantity on pigmented skin until absorbed, once in night. 4. Make paste of gram flour + turmeric with rose water. Apply on pigmented skin, leave for 30 minutes then wash with plain water. Apply every alternate day. Avoid oily, spicy and sour food.

Hi, Blood in motions is seen in piles, fissures, ulcerative colitis, colon cancer, etc. For diagnostic purpose, do a colonoscopy and consult a general surgeon for further management. Avoid hot and spicy food. Take some laxatives if you have constipation. Drink plenty of fluids and consume high fiber diet. Get treated at the earliest, otherwise, you will suffer from severe anaemia due to heavy blood loss.

Apply papaya juice over affected area for 30 min and wash with plain water do same for 20 days apply sunscreen before you go outside wear full sleeves shirt drink water 10 glass / day to avoid sunburn, suntan.

In a small bowl, mix one teaspoon of honey, one teaspoon of lemon juice, one tablespoon of powdered milk, and half a teaspoon of almond oil together. Apply the mixture to your skin and leave it on for about 10 of 15 minutes, then rinse it off in cold water. Use this mask every other day. Make a gram flour face mask.

Believe me, if you are happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 ? a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet (for glowing skin): -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Diet (for acidity): As long as you are consuming a healthy, nutritious diet, you can be assured that your body?s pH levels are within limits. However, this can be a problem for people who are not used to eating healthy and are used to ingesting large quantities of food with a predominantly acid content. Such individuals need to clearly identify the foods that are acidic in nature and restrict their consumption. Here is a list of foods that are acidic in nature followed by a list of foods that are alkaline in nature. Practically it is not possible, nor healthy, to consume just alkaline foods. However, if you do suffer from high levels of acid in your blood, you should make an effort to ensure that most of your food choices come from the list of alkaline foods. Acidic Foods to Avoid Meat. All forms of animal protein are acidic in nature. Most American diets involve large helpings of meat, and this is one of the reasons for the burgeoning obesity and ill health. Try to gradually cut down on your consumption of meat. To make up for the protein deficit, you should look to vegetable sources of protein that are alkaline in nature. Dairy Products. Dairy products such as butter, processed cheese, and ice cream are also acidic in nature. To get your daily intake of calcium, it is a good idea to opt for a chilled glass of skim milk instead. Vegetables. Vegetables such as legumes and beans are also acidic in nature. Lentils, corns, winter squash and olives also increase the acidity of the blood. Grains. Many of the whole grains such as wheat, rye, barley, and oatmeal are also acidic in nature. However, the nutritional benefits of consuming whole grains far outweigh the effect that they have on blood acidity Fruit. Most berries, plums, prunes, and currants are also acidic in nature and should be avoided if your body?s acid levels are high. Beverages. Beverages such as beer, coffee, and sodas are also acidic in nature. Alcohol and tobacco. Alcohol and tobacco are not only bad for you, but they also increase the acidity levels of the body and should be avoided. Miscellaneous. Some other acidic foods to avoid include sugar, mustard, vinegar, sunflower oil, olive oil, sesame oil, canola oil, and peanut butter. Alkaline Foods Protein Sources. As all animal sources of protein are acidic in nature, it is important to seek vegetarian protein sources that are alkaline in nature. Some of the best vegetarian sources of alkaline protein include tofu, whey protein, millets, almonds, and chestnuts. Vegetables. Other vegetables that are alkaline in nature include alfalfa, beet, broccoli, carrots, cabbages, celery, cauliflower, cucumber, eggplant, garlic, peas, lettuce, mushrooms, onions, peppers, pumpkins, spinach, tomatoes, and wheat grass. Fruits. Most fruit are alkaline in nature, except for the fruits mentioned in the list above. Do note that even citrus fruits have an alkaline effect on the body. Miscellaneous. Other alkaline food sources include stevia (a sugar substitute), fresh juices, water, spices, herbs, and ginger. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night.

How do I know that my anal fissure is not due to because of STDs. Fissure came suddenly after 3/4 days hard stool and the same is not going away. I have tested HIV (thrice) but it is negative.

Hi lybrate-user 1) Have a healthy breakfast everyday: Our bodies fast overnight when we sleep and need nourishment as soon as we wake up. If you have a healthy breakfast, you will feel less hungry during the rest of the day. 2) Focus more on eating foods that give nourishment, not calories: Eating healthy and including physical exercise in your schedule will help you achieve your ideal weight. 3) Make sure your refrigerator always has some veggies and fruits: Whenever you feel hungry, it is advisable to snack on fruits and veggies. So, stock carrots, apples, strawberries, musk melons and more of such amazing food items that are healthy yet yummy. 4) Have unsweetened beverages not diet soda: Diet drinks make your sweet tooth crave for more and also add to your waistline. Instead, try green tea that is loaded with antioxidants. 5) Eat a healthy meal with the plate method: Let half your plate be filled with low or non starchy veggies. A quarter can have whole grain elements. The last portion of your plate can have proteins. 6) Reduce your intake of carbs: To be able to lose weight quickly, one needs to refrain from eating too many carbs. You must choose to have higher fiber, lower carb food items instead. 7) Use smaller lunch and dinner plates: Buy smaller plates! Yes, this tiny trick can train your mind into eating less quantity of food. 8) Relish non-healthy food, but in small portions: Totally denying yourself of things you love to eat can leave you feeling frustrated. Eat it in small portions once in a while. 9) Choose to double the veggies instead of potato or rice when eating out: Have more of other veggies, and less of potatoes. Most importantly, share your food with others, especially desserts! 10) Don’t stock up your refrigerator with tempting foods: Create an inspiring environment in your home by stocking it up with healthy foods. 11) Make it a team effort : Work towards losing weight with your family or friends. Motivate others and notice how it helps you too. 12) Be positive and kind to yourself : Compliment yourself, believe that you can do it, and the results will definitely show!

Hello, these are signs of migraine. If you also suffer frequent headaches, it could be migraine. It might be simply weakness or anaemia. You should take multi vitamins everyday. Eat well, do not skip meals. Also keep your body hydrated. Be active, move around whenever you feel lazy. Being active will make you hungry and eating will make you strong.
