Its becoz of Rheumatic arthritis. Apply ice to joint parts. Take proper rest. Generally cold can increase the problem avoid it.

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Hold this for the 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

Hi, please, go for cbc, take, plenty of water to eliminate toxins. If, you r running in fever, you'll feel low, of course. Take, homoeo medicines: @ belladonna 30-6 pills, thrice. @ ferrum phos 6 x-4 tabs -thrice a day. Take care.

Hi, I am not getting enough sleep, even doing exercise following good diet. Can Yoga be helpful for this issue. Please suggest your expert opinions which can help me to have proper sleep and healthier life. FYI I am working on computers for 8 hours daily. Doing exercise for 1.5 hours daily.

Hello , having good diet and daily exercises is very good for health. Use CMD2 eye drops , 2 drop in each eye twice daily and take Kali phos 6x , 5 tabs twice daily. Revert me after 7 days.

You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) Some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity, you can go for daily morning walk 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes 8. Avoid washing TV and reading news paper at bedtime, you can listen some soft music

Doctor, last 3 years or so I am not at all sleeping well. 2 years back when I was in my +2 I couldn't sleep well throughout the year because of various issues, so as a result I got a feel like my body is habituated for that way. Even now I feel that uneasiness that we get when we don't sleep properly. So what should I do now, I can't get a sleep during daytime. My body got habituated to sleep late nights like around 2 am and getting up around 6 or 7, and even if I try to sleep more than that, I'm not getting sleep which in turn causing headache through out the day. So what do you suggest me.

Dear , Maintain some disciplines first: 1) Take plenty of water (more than 3 ltrs a day) 2) Take 1 or 2 fruits a day 3) Do aerobic exercise in the morning (30 mins of outdoor walking) 4) Avoid coffee, cigarette and other addictives 5) Sleep a a specific place at a specific time everyday. 6) Take your dinner well before going to bed.(At least 1 hr) 7) Don't engage yourself into vigorous activities at the evening. 8) Avoid watching TV at the evening and before going to bed. If you can adhere to these and still your problem doesn't solve, you can consult with me personally.

dear user, short walk causes pain means your body is weak due tondeficiency of calcium. take food rich in calcium drink milk every night. do regular excercises daily in the early morning. take rest properly.
