Hello Sir Im 21 year old
Sir muze apna weight badhana hai please tell me any idea im very weak please help me.
Hi if your belly is lowering your self-confidence and giving you sleepless nights, here are the tips to give you flatter and fitter tummy. 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Avoid sugar alcohols we do not completely digest these low-calorie sweeteners usually found in flavoured low-calorie drinks, diabetic and sugar-free foods. Bacteria in a large intestine ferment during gas and distension so check food labels and avoid sorbitol, xylitol and lacitol. 5. Increase liquids drinking plenty of liquids helps flush out toxins from the body. Keep yourself hydrated with at least 8 glasses of water, also include lassi, coconut, water, lemon water in your daily routine. Make sure to include homemade soups only, as packaged soups are not that nutritious and contain added sodium in them. 6. Carbonated beverages and alcohol these give you extended bellies and your dream of flat tummy falls flat. Alcohol gives you empty calories with zero nutrition. 7. Probiotic curds include low fat curd in your diet regime as it contains live bacteria which tame bloating by increasing intestinal motility. 8. Method of cooking no doubt salads and sprouts are good for our health but if experience distension with them then saute, blanch or steam them also fried foods are best to be avoided not only because of their high-calorie content but also because frying leads to changes in oil composition which may result in bloating. 9. Avoid chewing gums and candies while chewing them air enters our digestive system, giving us feeling of bloating, also candies are zero in nutrition but contain loads of calories. Also, eat slowly as gulping down increases air passage to the digestive system 10. Individual tolerances some individuals are more intolerant to certain foods like radish, capsicum, tea, cauliflower etc, so with your own personal experience omit them from your diet.

As the periods come on proper time but the amount of menstrual flow is very low and do not last for 2-3 days. It means that your hormones that control the the periods (menstruation) have normal cycle but the amount of hormones are less than normal that's why the flow is scanty. *for normal & adequate menstrual flow get up early in the morning and take a fast walk for atleast 15 -20minutes. If you can run, then run atleast for 3-5 minutes. * practice bhujangasana (cobra postion) & pawanmuktasana everyday only under the guidance of yoga expert. * check out your thyroid profile & in case of abnormal reports get the proper treatment of it. * monitor your weight & if you are overweight then do more physical activities & change lifestyle to reduce the weight so that the peroids get normal. * eat more green leafy vegetables & avoid fast foods having high refined starch & fat. * you can take dashmoolarisht for your scanty periods only under the supervision of ayurvedic doctor. It can make your hormones level normal and make your periods regular.

Hi doctor! Hope so im sharing my concern to a psychiatrist! I'm 26 years old female. For past 7 months I have been in severe guilty conscious and the stress has increased so much feeling bad of myself. Let me tell you about me first, I'm a well educated girl from respectable family with loving and more affectionate mom and dad. I'm open minded but stick to the values and ethics. Im a person who wants to be true and pure (physically and mentally) Now the problem I'm undergoing is, all my ethics and values have been lost due to the past relationships, where I thought the relationship was true, but I was ditched. I was in relationship with one for 2.5 yrs, everything was going good but as usual many misunderstandings came because of friends between me and him, many arguments. So I thought both life needs to be good in future, so I broke with him.(we were physically close, but don't cross the limits, Im virgin) After all the mental pains I went through for 6.5 months,my Ex was still insisting that we will go for another try, but as I was already frustrated with what happened, I dint change my mind. After 6 months my Ex told that he is in contact with one of our common friend and that girl is back of him and he too went for that girl because of frustration I have. Though I was not ready to take him because of fear. I wanted him to come back leaving all doubts. But when I got to know that he got committed to another one, I was completely shattered to pieces! Meanwhile I got introduced to a guy in my training and he was back of me, told like I don't want anything about your past, I want to be with you in future. First I was not convinced due to having past experience and feeling towards him. After one month, I made my mind that life should go on and it should not get stagnated. And accepted with heavy heart after seeing his acts and behaviour towards me and we fell in love. I was very true to him. I told I want some time to come out of my past, he accepted for that. Everything was fine, but later after one month he told there is no future for us! I wondered he is confused and time wil heal everything. We continued talking and meeting. We were physically close too (same here, dint cross the limits, I'm a still a virgin) Things dint change up even after 3 months. After training was over, I got to know he is relationship with another girl. Again broke into pieces. I felt like ditched and cheated to core. I was moving with my guilt of being physically close! I believed him and my Ex also, so I gave them space. But things changed. After few months I got to know that my Ex broke up that girl because he had intense feeling on me and some family problem from girl side for their marriage. Later we both started speaking and I told him what and all happened, he dint believe that I will do so and go for another one. He felt very bad and scolded that fellow over phone. We had and have love for each other, but because of past arguments and fights I started away. Now he is ready to take me even after knowing that I was close Intimate with that fellow. But he feels more bad and thinks A lot about it. I being more touched with self-conscience. My mind is not to ready to take what and all happened. And I don't want his (my Ex) life to be filled with memories that I was intimate with another fellow lifelong. Now my mind is full of guilt, guilt and only guilt! I'm feeling like going back to Ex who accepts after knowing all the things. Ready to speak with parents. Is not good for both our future, As the thoughts will ruin our both future! He is a person who strongly thinks about what and all happened and use to worry for it and in anger he will tell all those things and fight without knowing. This will ruin both our lives. I'm having so much guilt and feeling so sick and bad! I feel like I crossed my boundaries and made myself fall in well! Please help me out of this! thanks doctor.

Dear Lybrate user! It is very common these days to get trapped in between the value system and western lifestyle. As the time is changing rapidly it becomes difficult to differentiate between right and wrong specially at this young age. And youngsters are meant to be vulnerable to all these things. Whatever you have done may seen socially wrong and has it's consequences but life is all about moving on further. You cannot stay stuck to your past. Whatever you have done, be it right or wrong, is a part of growing up and now it is a part of your past. Past is better left in past. You cannot carry the burden of it throughout your life. If it feels you've done something wrong then try to rectify it by focusing on your career. Be a strong woman and take all the challenges that life throws at you. Now you have to recollect all the pieces once again and build your inner strength. Learn from your mistakes take a lesson and as you have said you have maintained your virginity so be proud of it and take good care of your present and future rather than staying stuck to your past experiences. You haven't lost your character. An entire life is waiting for you to embrace it. Build your strength, accept your past, learn from it and move forward. As far as your relationship with your ex is concerned then I would suggest you to think deeply and do not take any action in impulse or by being emotional because as you have shared you already had sour chemistry with each other. Now even after knowing his temper and nature and that you have shared your bad experience with him as well, and as you have written he taunts and fights with you raising the same topic again and again that means this thing has an intense impact on him so that may cause damage to both of you. So if you think it is worth to take your relationship further after knowing all the consequences will be a good idea then you have to think very carefully because marriage is a serious deal and you cannot spend your entire life with someone who questions your dignity again and again. And if you really think that your bond is strong enough to go through the storm together then go ahead. Whatever you decide, decide wisely. Life is beautiful and nothing worths spoiling it. Wish you luck :)

Dear, According to Ayurveda joint pain is known as Sandhigata vata. With increase in age vata dosha is predominant in human body that is why with aging disease caused by vata dosha increases in body. Joint pain is a common symptom with many possible causes. Joint Pain and Arthritis are the one of the most devastating conditions faced by individuals, particularly elderly women today. When there is pure Vata dosha involvement (a pain without swelling or discoloration) then the massage with medicated ayurvedic oil is quite useful & supplement is helpful in balancing bodily humors ?vata, which is responsible dosha for Sandhigata vata . I have hair fall problem. Lots of hair lost daily. Please tell me how can I stop my hair lost. And how to increase my...
Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. But, in case there are areas of baldness which has gone smooth and shiny, you will have to choose an option of Hair Transplant along with theses medications!). Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

Hi, I am Dr Nivedita Dadu I Ahmed Dermatologist in Skinology Skin Clinic and URL for skinology is www.skinology.com. Today I will be discussing aging skin.

Aging are changes that occur on the skin as you are growing old and these changes include sagging skin, wrinkles, grey hair, expression lines, hollowing of cheeks and eyes and changes that occur in your skin because of hormonal changes. There are factors that may aggravate the ageing and these include environmental factors UV radiation, smoking, chemical exposure, hormonal changes, sleeping position, stress and alcohol.

Ageing cannot be stopped but it can be delayed and using the right sunscreen is the single most effective way to prevent aging besides this avoiding smoking, taking a healthy diet which is rich in fruit, vegetables and clean meat and fish and food containing beta carotene and antioxidants, rich in vitamin B and C that delay ageing. Moderate exercises like yoga increase elasticity of the skin. Using the right skin care products containing Alpha hydroxy acids, antioxidants can protect the skin from free radicals, acid coenzyme Q10 and growth factor enhance the collagen production and decrease the collagen and hence increase the firmness and elasticity of skin there are various therapies available for anti ageing. These include chemical peels that exfoliate damage and dull skin. Miso therapy with Ionic acid and Vitamin C, Botox with injections given in to the target muscles to reduce the firm lines and wrinkles fillers that contain substances that are compatible with your body tissues and these when injected reduce the hollowness of the tissues. Derma Roller which is an instrument 1 rolls on the skin triggers healing cascade by stimulating collagen production. And when this derma roller is done around with anti ageing serum it enhances the results.

There are some more therapies like Derma Roller done with PRP. PRP is platelet derived from your blood. Your platelet is rich in both factors and when this is applied after derma roller, it penetrates through tiny channels that derma roller has created and this enhances the results besides this we do thread lift which is a minimally invasive procedure where in threads are placed in your skin in a mesh work to lift the sagging skin and to reduce the collagen production. Lasers which include radio frequency and high intensity focused ultrasound is done for anti ageing. These lasers deliver controlled heating at the Desire depth to Trigger the supporting structures, to tighten the supporting structure of face and improve the fine lines and wrinkles.

Natural Fast Food is Good for Health

Natural fast food is good for health, said Padma Shri, Dr B C Roy National Awardee & DST National Science Communication Awardee, Dr K K Aggarwal.

Natural fast food consists of eating fruits, vegetables, milk products, sprouts and sattu. On the contrary, unnatural fast food, also called as junk food, is bad for the health of the heart as it is made up of refined ?bad? carbohydrates and either animal ?bad? fat or trans fats.

Sattu is a grounded roasted powder of soaked pulses and cereals. It is consumed along with fruit slices, gur or milk. Green chili, lemon juice and salt can be added to add flavor.

The commonest form of sattu is grounded roasted black gram or chana. Other common variety is grounded roasted black gram with barley.

Originally, sattu was made of seven Anaja (7 cereals, millets and pulses). The seven ingredients are maize and barley (cereals), black gram, pigeon gram or Arhar, green pea, kesari dal and kulath dal (pulses).

Sattu is a high fiber diet with low sugar producing properties. It is a cooling and refreshing fast food with anti-diabetic and anti-obesity properties.

It is a full breakfast, mid day or lunch meal and has minerals and vitamins.

Sattu drink can be sweetened by adding gur or honey, sour by adding lemon and salted by adding black or rock salt. Roasting is one of the best forms of cooking. Sattu is both a fast food and a soft drink for the summer but healthy.

The so-called energy drinks available in the market are harmful as they contain three times the caffeine content of coffee or tea.
