Exercise, that's your magic lantern for good health and immune system. You are just 17 years old. You can digest anything but try healthy. Do regular exercise. Don't use antibiotics on your own and unnecessarily. Your diet should constitute with 60% carbs, 10-15% fats and remaining is protein. Take different colored fruits of all the seasons. Always stay happy and try to know the problem instead of following everything blindly. All the best contact if need any further assistance.

For type-1 diabetes diagnosis- blood test for auto antibody which destroys beta cell of pancreas, presence of ketone in blood for type @ diabetes do blood sugar (fasting and post prandial testing,), hba1c (glycosulated hemoglobin) testing consult diabetologist/physician with report for advice and treatment.

Hi sir. I don't get proper sleeps in the night. I don't know the reason. But after lunch I feel too sleepy. If I sleep at that time I get the deep sleep. But I don't like sleep in day time. Because you sleep in the day time your sleep in the night gets affected. Make a habit to not sleep in the day time. Go to bed at definite time at night. Do some yoga daily before going to bed at night.

Due to lack of sleep there are many complications arise such as lack of concentration ,irritability, fatigue & digestion problem.. So these are some instructions & methods for good sleep : • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep .You can also do foot massage daily it destress you . • Do not take stress . Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant ,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Avoid sleep during day time as it makes it harder to fall asleep at night. •Try to sleep early at night . Do not think during sleep and avoid use of laptop during night . Do exercise and long walk daily . • Avoid to take sleeping pills because these are habit forming drugs and these drugs disturb your normal sleep pattern. • Take a bowl of curd daily in afternoon and one glass of milk at night daily . Sleep plays a vital role in good health and well-being throughout your life. Getting enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety. In children and teens, sleep also helps support growth and development. The damage from sleep deficiency can occur in an instant (such as a car crash), or it can harm you over time. For example, ongoing sleep deficiency can raise your risk for some chronic health problems. It also can affect how well you think, react, work, learn, and get along with others. Management: here are five tips everyone can use to help improve the quality of their sleep: keep your bedroom cool and dark put away/turn off all electronic devices while preparing for bedtime stick to a regular bedtime and wake time every day, even on weekends stop drinking caffeine by the early afternoon and avoid large late-night meals skip the late-afternoon nap, as it can make it harder to sleep at bedtime avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Do regular exercise. Go for a brisk walk in the morning. Medication: take schwabe's bacopa monierri 1x/ thrice daily and kali phos./ once daily at night for 1month. Insomni.

frequency of sex depends upon you and your partner, there is no criteria for it. Masturbation is a normal phenomenon and does not cause any harm. But don’t get addicted to it, divert your mind and keep yourself busy.

My 69 years old mother is suffering from chronic diarrhea. Doctor suggested rifagut tablet twice a day for two weeks. How much quantity she should take. I mean 200 mg, 400 mg, 550 mg. She is diabetic and taking medicine for diabetic, b.p, cholesterol. Does this medicine cure her problem.

She will feel much better. Take 400 mg. In addition do you have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day for medicine contact on private chat.

It maybe peripheral diabetic neuropathy. Consult physician methycobalamin 1500 mcg daily for 3 months is helpful. P regabelin75 mg daily also helps. Talk to diabetologist, control sugar by drugs, diet, exercises.

it spreads by infected water or foodi.e . its a water borne disease and spreads by eating infected food outside or drinking infected water outside at unhygenic area...no it doesnot spread by airis he taking antibiotics for that ..if yes then do let me know

Avoid spicy. Drink approx 4 ltrs of water a day. Take curd daily. Especially during summer's take ors sachet in 1 ltrs of water daily. Have a lot of fruits.

Follow advice given below: 1. Maintain hygiene, avoid allergens 2. You can use calamine lotion local application for itching for 3-5 day 3. Avoid synthetic cloth and prefer cotton cloth 4. You can do gentle olive oil massage for dry skin 5. Do not use harsh soap we may need to start antibiotic and other medications after taking detail medical history for stomach pain.

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9 hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 3 months. Use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Beside this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin folli hair once daily for 3 months.
