I get cold and cough if I do not cover my breast with woolen sweaters even in hot climate. If I sit under fan or air conditioner also I get cold and cough. When the temperature falls, I get sneezing and unless I put on extra sweater, I catch cold. I have tried all types of medications, but there is no cure yet.

Hello, recurrent cold n cough is due to weak immune system. Start with psorinum 1m. Take one dose of it. Avoid cold food n drink. Homoeopathic medicine r good in it.

Avoid tea/coffee alcohol, smoking spicy food. Life style changes and food habbits can solve your problem easily. Chew your food properly. Avoid outside food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Syp cremaffin plus 2 tsf daily in night 10 pm.

Sir I diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis at right upper lung with large cavity before 4 year ago. After a successful treatment it cured . But sometime I feel a little pain on right upper chest (inside), when feel cold and after long run. Is it danger pls help me.

As you are old treated case tuberculosis,you can have streching pain due fibrosed lung post tub. infection. You need not worry and do some breathing exercise.

Hello- Due to improper defecation the bowel load is transmitted to your lungs and it is resulting in the form of chest congestion while coughing. >Try this- 1.Abhyaristha 2 tsp twice daily with water. 2.Eranda sukumar tail 1 tsp early morning with warm water. Note: Once your stool become soft and passes easily your chest pain will subside. There is no role of antibiotics and cough medicines in your case.

Sarcoidosis and tb are both different diseases, but many times present with similar type of symptoms, so doctor is not clearly able to tell which one is causing problem, and the patient may have to be given treatment for both. Tb is treated with anti tb medicine, in this one of medicine is rcinex. Sarcoidosis is treated with corticosteriods. Treatment of tb is given usually for 6-8 months, whereas, sarcoidosis may require treatment for much long duration some times 2-3 years also. 107 kgs weight is more for your height of 162.5 cm mentioned. You should also go for weight management and life style changes, because overweight may lead to further problems in future. You may discuss with your doctor, for stopping anti tb medicine now, as you have taken it for 1 year now.

You have a problem of premature ejaculation sine you ejaculate with the least sexual stimulation. diabetes one has to take anti diabetic drugs or insulin injections as advised, and also observe dietary restrictions, exercise daily for more than 1 h and avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk food and pastries. Plus maintain weight near normal. For heart disease the the treatment and other guidelines will depend on what exactly is the disease. There is nothing like best medicine, drug requirement will always be based on what is the diagnosis.

Natural way is better, but draw a line when to seek medical assistance, if accompanied with fever, loss of appetite, discharge is yellow, green, bloood in discharge, immunotherapy &natural products, supplements. Do help.

It might be a simple thing called Laryngotracheomalacia. .A condition in which the front wall of windpipe is a bit weak.Put some normal saline drops in both nostrils and let the baby lie in prone (Face down) position for few seconds. .If the sound goes off.Just wait & watch till 8-9 months of age.Vit. D supplements help. Get well soon

1. Go for regular exercise like brisk walking for 30 minutes daily, 2. Reduce weight if you are over weight 3. Take adequate rest and have 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night 4. Avoid stress 5. Avoid dietary sugar like bread, pasta, use healthy fats like olive oil 6. Take zinc containing food like milk, meat, fish, cheese, beans, yogurt etc 7. Take vitamin d supplement (1000-2000mg daily). 8. Take plenty of green leafy vegetables, cauliflower, spinach, bean, mushroom, onion, garlic, fruits, diet rich in mono unsaturated fat& eomega 3 fatty acid (walnut, almond, flax seed/flax seed oil, soybean/soy milk/ oil), egg, fish, fish oil, sardines, salmon, dark chocolate, carrots, oats, blue berries/ banana/pomegranate/cereals, 9. Drink plenty of water, pomegranate juice, green tea 2-3 cups /day without sugar/ milk (green tea contains anti oxidant like flavonoid and helps in improving sperm quality, but in high doses may affect sperm quality) 10. Avoid smoking, alcohol consumption 11. Take one capsule of zevit daily, 12. If required you have to take injection testosterone after checking blood testosterone level and consulting doctor 13. Drinking pomegranate juice can increase sperm count, healthier sperms, sperm concentration, helps in erectile dysfunction, sperm conentration/motility/ density and reduce abnormal sperms.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Pain in legs can be related to obesity, so first reduce weight and see the difference or else revert. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best! For headache: Some primary headaches can be triggered by lifestyle factors, including: Alcohol, particularly red wine Certain foods, such as processed meats that contain nitrates Changes in sleep or lack of sleep Poor posture Skipped meals Stress Insufficient sleep or rest Overexertion Nutritional deficiencies A secondary headache is a symptom of a disease that can activate the pain-sensitive nerves of the head. Any number of conditions — varying greatly in severity — may cause secondary headaches. Get your blood pressure checked, make a chart. Let me know about the readings, will give you medication accordingly. Also, get eyes tested. Medication: Meantime, can start with homoeopathic medicine - Bakson's Mig-Aid tablet/ after every 2 hours.

Only best treatment for this is correction of your dietry habbits and lifestyle. Avoid forward bending. Sitting and sleeping after meals. Avoid spicy meals. Drink 2 to 3 ltr of water daily. Take amla once daily.
