Hi, it seems you have got 2 problems. Small penis and probably phimosis. My mom aged 46, has severe pain in the ovaries region (acute pain) both sides during 5th day of her periods. This pain is 2nd time which is seen in her (prev. If it is severe pain in pelvic region, she should meet a gynaecologist. There could me many causes like infection, congestion, a cyst. So it would be better to meet a gynac and do a sonography. Take care.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. With 500 mg blood glucose you have very severe diabetes. This needs immediate treatment. First thing we have to check whether you have T1 or T2 diabetes. Because if it is T1 then only Insulin is the treatment. So please get a C- Peptide test done to see if there is any insulin secretion present. Whatever it is you need to start on Insulin injections urgently for achieving early good glucose control. Further, the treatment is for lifetime. There is NO CURE. It can only be controlled with proper treatment.

This could be piles or fissure or worm infestation. However, anal problems improve with general measures but may require surgery. The general measures I would suggest are 1. Take lot of vegetables & fruits in your diet 2. Avoid chillies & spices 3. Take lot of fluids 4. Avoid constipation 5 periodically do anal exercises (alternately contracting & relaxing the buttocks, anal area & upper thighs) 6. Take sitz bath 3-4 times a day. This means sitting in a tub of warm water & doing anal exercises 7. Atleast once get it examined by a general surgeon.

I feel it very difficult to fall asleep. Usually I hit bed around 1 am but I struggle to sleep for most of the days until 3-4 am. I do not use any mobile or electronic gadgets while trying to sleep, however I fish for my gadgets when I find it difficult to sleep. I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning kindly follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes one thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost)

As your MCV is low which means that average volume of RBC is less in your blood and Heamoglobin is normal which means that oxygen is properly transported from the RBC to body tissues and As RBC is less hence we should rule out whether you are suffering from genetic disease of thalassemia but before that also get a cbc report done from a different lab and we can compare the two

Is that pain associated with redness, diminution of vision or any other symptoms? if yes then it's of infective origin. Else if none of these present and you are using /not using glasses in either case get your refraction done. May be the number might have changed. If your vision is normal, you have to go for orthoptic checkups which may be probable cause for asthenopic symptoms.

simple ways for a restful sleep 1. Cut down on caffeine: Caffeine drinkers may find it harder to fall asleep. Even a single cup of coffee in the morning may lead to a sleepless night. Caffeine blocks the effects of adenosine, a neurotransmitter thought to promote sleep. Caffeine can also interrupt sleep by increasing the need to urinate during the night. Because caffeine withdrawal can cause headaches, irritability, and extreme fatigue, it may be easier to cut back gradually rather than to go cold turkey. Those who can’t or don’t want to give up caffeine should avoid it after 2 p.m., or noon if they are especially caffeine–sensitive. 2. Stop smoking or chewing tobacco: Nicotine is a central nervous system stimulant that can cause insomnia. If you continue to use tobacco, avoid smoking or chewing it for at least one to two hours before bedtime. 3. Limit alcohol intake: Alcohol depresses the nervous system, so a nightcap may seem to help some people fall asleep. Alcohol suppresses REM sleep, and the soporific effects disappear after a few hours. Alcohol also worsens snoring and other sleep breathing problems. 4. Worry and stress causes sleeplessness. Find out what hurts you and resolve the issue.
