May be due to calcium deficiency or loss of enamel in your teeth. If enamel is lost also, your teeth becomes brittle. Treatment for such brittle teeth is capping which will be stronger than your normal teeth.

Hello lybrate-user From your description it appears that the tooth has suffered irreversible pulpal damage. Normally there are two options to cure such problem. Either RCT, root canal treatment, or extraction of offending tooth. Since it is the last molar, RCT may not be feasible. In that case its wise to get it removed. All the best.

First of all, no need to brush for half hour. 10 minutes is enough. The more you brush the more yellow it will become coz the first layer enamel is whiter than the deeper dentin layer. You can go for bleaching starting from 5000.

Smell from the mouth may be due to conditions present in the mouth and from stomach. Conditions in the mouth are poor oral hygiene i. E presence of plaque and tartar, poor salivary flow, or may be due to some gum infections. Problems from stomach may be due gastritis. Dehydration is also a common cause. Drinking adequate water may also relieve this. Kindly consult your dentist for further clarifications and wish a confident smile.

Dear you said you are having tooth abscess means there is cavity and infection in tooth, for pain take tab combiflam and treatment of abscess and cavity in tooth is cleaning and filling of cavity with root canal treatment for this you need to visit a dental surgeon and have checkup and treatment done accordingly. For prevention from tooth trouble you have to maintain oral hygiene for this you need to use colgate total paste for cleaning of teeth and regular use of listerin mouthwash twice a day after meals.

Gum diseases can be treated and reversed in their initial stages very easily. By getting the accumulated tartar and plaque removed by a dentist, there is a chance that they can get better without much ado.

Good dental hygiene with proper brushing and flossing every day. Avoid sugar and refined carbohydrates. The diet recommended in grow youthful is perfect for dental health and the promotion of good bacteria in your mouth. Professional dental cleaning using special instruments to remove plaque/calculus/tartar below the gum line. It usually takes about three to four months for microbial plaque to grow back to pre-cleaning levels, but good dental hygiene and diet can markedly slow or prevent the recurrence of these bacteria and plaque. After the initial cleaning a second appointment two months later will show if improved dental hygiene and diet are effective. If there are any gum pockets with a depth greater than 5 mm which persist, these may need more specialised cleaning or even surgery, or they will likely lead to further bone loss over time. Mouthwash (sodium bicarbonate, hydrogen peroxide). I do not recommend commercial mouthwashes because they contain synthetic chemicals that are absorbed through your mouth and are probably toxic, and may prevent the formation of a healthy bacterial biome in your mouth.
