You can't reduce your bones weight. You can reduce the excess fat in your body through regular exercise and proper diet. Things like Green Tea don't help in weight reduction. These are just marketing myths. Also honey is pure sugar - To reduce weight >>> Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. One glass every hour. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. Eat slowly and mindfully. Reduce portion size. Take small bits of food in your plate.

Excess sleep can be due to low thyroid hormone levels or low iron levels. The following tips help one to avoid sleep disturbance: a) have bath regularly in evening after coming from work or before going to bed. Early to bed and early to rise (awake) is a nice process for natural sleep cycle. B) do not engage mind in active work or stressful talking at night before bed time. C) do not engage mind in too much of computer work in night before bed time (for example, do not do stock market work in night). D) do not read or view illicit or pornographic material at any time preferably. E) do not take heavy meals in night. Best is to have heavy breakfast, lighter lunch and lightest dinner to maintain stomach rhythm which affects sleep. Vegetarian diet is best for good sleep. Foods that are too bitter, too sour, salty, hot, pungent, dry and burning are dear to those in the mode of passion. Such foods cause distress, misery and disease. F) do not over engage mind in television in night. H) do not smoke cigarette, chew tobacco, tobacco containing masala, or similar intoxicants which can disturb rhythm of mind and disturb sleep cycle. I) no tea or coffee in night (preferably cocoa and caffeine containing drinks should be totally avoided for best results). J) listen to relaxing music and even then if you do not get sleep, then hear soothing stories or nice talks. K) read books which not only calm the mind but also nourish the thinking process. P. S: it is best not to depend on sleep medicinesmedicines or drinking alcohol for sleep disturbance as in long run, they lead to dependency and increased disturbance.

The reason could be bladder spasm. A urine examination and ultrasound of the abdomen along kidney urinary bladder scanning will help.

Hi healthy weight gain means more increase in muscles and to a certain extent fat in order to support those muscles. Just eating anything or high calorie foods will result in only fat gain which will not give you a proper body shape and will also be detrimental later in life. A diet high in protein and adequate carbohydrate in necessary. In order to achieve a healthy weight you should know what you have to eat and how much to eat.

Skin cancers present as ulceration or growth over skin. Ulceration are irregular and sometimes burrowing types. It also present as sudden change in size of mole or thickening of skin or lymph node enlargement may be there. Mostly risk factors are ultraviolet radiation exposure, chemical exposure to skin, post burn or sometimes some viral infection. Avoiding over exposure to sun, using sunscreen, regular self examination helps in prevention and early diagnosis.

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. You must be able to understand concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Please understand the above. Change your study style and attitude accordingly. I suggest online counseling and" effective learning" techniques. Take care.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Size and hardness of penis never matters in a sexual intercourse. Love and passion matters and determines the sexual pleasure. Average size of erect penis is 4 inches. The simplest method of removing minor surface stains is polishing, or micro-abrasion if staining is more intrinsic. Provided that your discolouration is not due to inadequate enamel exposing the dentin, tooth whitening (bleaching) is often the most effective treatment for yellow stained teeth. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min. Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results.

These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Avoid sleep during day time as it makes it harder to fall asleep at night. •Try to sleep early at night. Do exercise and long walk daily. • Avoid to take sleeping pills because these are habit forming drugs and these drugs disturb your normal sleep pattern. • Take a bowl of curd daily in afternoon and one glass of milk at night daily.

Dear patient, following is the diet chart and management for your prob but kindly note that homeopathic intervention with following care will cure your problem forever, for which you can consult me privately if you feel with all your recent reports. DIETARY MANAGEMENT: Drink plenty of fluids every 15-30 minutes. ? Boiled one glass of water (250 ml) with half tsp sugar and one pinch of salt. You can also add 1/2 a lemon juice and glucose. ? Lemon water with sugar and salt, ? 2 teaspoonfuls of apple/ carrot juice in boiled water. ? Butter milk, coconut water, barley water with skimmed milk in 1:1 ratio. ? Watermelon juice, sugarcane juice. ? Take oral electrolyte solutions ? dioralyte. ? In case of infants start oral rehydration (the above measures) as soon as diarrhea begins, infants get dehydrated very fast. ? Avoid solid foods for at frequent intervals. You can take light, bland food ? Porridge, boiled rice, boiled vegetables, dry toast in more quantity rather that rich oily and fatty food ? You have to find time for workout for atleast 39 minutes of jogging. Diet is the main focus after workout. -in the morning, take one glass hot lemon water with honey 8: 00 a. M. -take light breakfast like, poha/upma/plain idli /sandwich with one glass milk10: 00 a. M. -eat one fruit like banana/melon/apple 12: 00 -have butter milk and then take your meal.(eat either steamed rice or chapati, not both and eat lesser than you normally eat.) 2: 00 p. M. -take green tea 4: 00 p. M. -eat roasted chana/ khakhra, one digestive or marie biscuit with tea/coffee/bournvita/proteinex (you may add sugar if you feel the need) 6: 00 p. M. -eat dinner like boiled vegetables/baked vegetables/soup /khichdi (idea is to take dinner 3-4 hours before bed time) 8: 00 p. M. If you are starving with this diet, you can add few more healthy foods, but keep a gap of two hours in each. You may redo the timings with the same gap, according to your schedule.

Hello dear according to your condition you do hot fermentation daily three times in a day with duration of 15 min. Do full stretches along with breathing hold it for 15 sec then release sure you feel better in 2, 3 days.
