You do not need to admit her right now. However, you MUST consult a physician and get her examined asap. Repeat the platelet counts on alternate days for the next week. Also watch out for skin rash, headache, chest pain, pain abdomen ad any evidence of bleeding (skin, gums, stool, etc). In case you want to share her reports and get an online opinion, you can go to my profile and book an online consult and I will be happy to help.

My penis & testicles are soft not hard as rock. My penis size is 2" it is half erected not 90 degree. While erection ...
Dear Lybrate User, There is no specific medicine to increase the size of penis. However, you may have come across a number of gimmicking advertisement of medicines which claim to increase the size of penis. Do not fall prey for any such advertisement because the penis would not get bigger unless there is an increase of the size of the underlying vascular muscles of penis The size of penis depends on four factors:- 1) HEIGHT OF THE PERSON :- Every organ of a taller person posses greater dimension than those of a shorter person. 2) TESTOSTERONE HORMONE:- Less secretion of this hormone leads to underdevelopment of sexual organs 3) SEXUAL DISEASES:- Patients suffering from Erectile dysfunction often complaints of short penis. 4) FATTY TUMMY:- With every increase of 6 kg in weight, the waistline is increased up to 2 cm. This fatty layer of abdomen conceals 2 cm of the length of penis by surrounding it. The plan of action behind increasing the size of penis is to increase the size of those underlying muscles of penis But before the treatment to increase the size of penis is being started it is necessary to identify which of the aforesaid causes is the root of the problem. Unless those causes are eradicated the treatment of penis enlargement will not be effective. Kindly note that if you indulge in sexual relation after an interval of minimum 7 days then you are bound to discharge quickly during intercourse but that does not imply that you have any disease. It occurs due to loss of control of the muscles of penis. Normally it is seen that when a person does sexual intercourse daily he gains control over the muscles of penis & can stay longer during sex. But if you notice that you are ejaculating quickly in spite of daily sexual interaction then you need to take Homoeopathic Dilution TITANIUM 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach to get rid of Premature Ejaculation. Also notice whether you are having a second erection within 15 minutes of ejaculation for the first time. If you are not experiencing any second erection within 15 minutes of first  ejaculation & the first ejaculation happens quickly then you are surely suffering from ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION. There will be a change of medication in this case. To get rid of Erectile Dysfunction you need to take Homoeopathic Mother Tincture DAMIANA Q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. So I would suggest you to consult me privately via Lybrate as it is very necessary to diagnose the proper underlying cause of your problem if you are wishing for a permanent relief from your problems. A permanent annihilation of the underlying cause of the disease will not only provide you relief from your troubles but it will also cease any chance of further relapse of that particular disease condition. You can consult me privately through my private URL https://www.Lybrate.com/baharampur/doctor/dr-prithviraj-singha-homeopath Just open that URL & click on the CONSULT ONLINE option.

How to get back to the normal sexy feel, with. Hard dick. I lost my erection completely. I do masturbation regularly, I need to get back all. My erection. Please advise.

How to get back to the normal sexy feel, with. Hard dick. I lost my erection completely. I do masturbation regularly,...
Dear Lybrate User, Masturbation should not be done for more than twice in a week. Frankly speaking, there is no basic difference between masturbation and sexual intercourse. In both the cases orgasm occurs at the point of ejaculation of sperm due to continuous mechanical stimulation of the shaft of penis by rubbing. Now you may wonder why there is so much taboo about masturbation. Let’s take a inner view of the post-ejaculatory state of human body Just after ejaculation of sperm a sudden decrease in the amount of TESTOSTERONE hormone occurs. This TESTOSTERONE hormone plays an important role in metabolism & muscle growth. Daily Masturbation leads to a chronic decrease in the TESTOSTERONE production as a result of which the metabolism process of body becomes slow. This internal slow metabolism is externally manifested as muscle loss, weakness, fatigue etc. So, it is evident why masturbating too much is prohibited. It is often seen that if a person grows a habit of daily masturbation from young age his blood TESTOSTERONE level becomes quite low than other people. This TESTOSTERONE hormone plays an important role in the development of body as well as sperm production. In fact because of this TESTOSTERONE hormone the male sexual characters grow in a human body. Low TESTOSTERONE may also lead to complete absence of the morning erection which is often experienced on waking up from sleep in morning. Decrease in TESTOSTERONE in blood often results in decreased sperm production. So it is advisable not to masturbate for more than twice in a week. Since the male sexual system has developed for reproduction it is better to conserve your sexual power for intercourse & it would not be good if you lose your sexual power by excess masturbation. Addiction to masturbation denotes that you are continuously indulged in sexual thoughts. This type of thoughts is common in people who live a sedentary life. If you really have a sedentary life-style you should get yourself out from it immediately. Socialize yourself. Do some physical exercise daily. Drink a lots of water. Create a routine of your daily schedule & maintain it. Stop watching porn in case you have developed a habit of watching it Also you can take Homoeopathic Mother Tincture ORIGANUM Q, 10 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. This medicine will help to control your excessive sexual desire. However, you can masturbate for twice in a week. In order to minimise the after-effects of over-masturbation you can take Homoeopathic CINCHONA OFFICINALIS 30 or CHINA 30, 5 drops, thrice daily in empty stomach. This medicine will help to fight the seminal debility caused by the sexual exertion created by over-masturbation. Also I would like to advise you to conduct your SEMEN ANALYSIS TEST along with a blood test for SERUM TESTOSTERONE level. These tests will reveal the abnormalities if you really have any. If you find any abnormality in the test reports then you should obviously consult me privately via Lybrate. You can consult me.

Swelling in ankle after plaster cast removal. Is it OK or may have some problems.

Swelling in ankle after plaster cast removal. Is it OK or may have some problems.
Yes, if it was put for sprain or fracture or after surgery. It is normal to have some swelling. Strict limb elevation with pillow, chairs or stool and compression bandage around ankle and foot and keeping ankle in warm water will help reduce it. However if the injury was severely damaged bone etc then swelling may remain the same. If swelling is too severe so as to cause pain on moving your toes with redness or warmth then you should consult your doctor.
