Weight loss is a commitment to yourself for few months. Start with jogging and brisk walk. Reduce your meal portion to 3/4 I.e. Cut down 1/4th of your intake. Have 100 ml of tomato juice in the morning.

To feel energetic and refreshed in life, you must exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, maintain your ideal body weight, follow a good diet, sleep properly, drink water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated. Many simple home remedies also can give you a boost of energy and restore your strength. 1. Bananas bananas are a great source of natural sugars like sucrose, fructose, and glucose that can give you a quick and substantial energy boost. Plus, bananas have potassium, a mineral your body needs to convert sugar into energy. The fiber in bananas also helps maintain the glucose level in your blood. Whenever you feel weak, eat one or two bananas. You can also try a banana shake or smoothie. To help strengthen your body and keep from feeling weak, eat a ripe banana with one tablespoon of honey twice daily. 2. Almonds almonds are packed with vitamin e that can help you feel energetic and fight the symptoms of general weakness. Also, the high dose of magnesium in almonds plays a role in changing protein, fat, and carbohydrates into energy sources. A mild deficiency of magnesium may be the cause of weakness in some people. Soak two almonds, one dried fig, and a few raisins in water overnight. In the morning, remove the almonds, figs and raisins and drink the water. Peel and eat the almonds, followed by the fig and raisins. Also, carry roasted almonds with you and whenever you feel fatigue or weak, eat some to get instant energy. 3. Milk milk is considered the best source of vital b vitamins that are believed to reduce weakness. Also, it is a good source of calcium that keeps your bones and muscles strong. Whenever you have weakness, drink a cup of warm milk with one teaspoon of honey mixed in it. You can also boil two to three figs in one cup of milk. Eat the boiled figs and drink the milk to gain strength. Alternatively, add one teaspoon of clarified butter to a glass of warm milk. Drink it twice daily to cure weakness caused by excessive loss of blood.

Hello. Hair problem is common now a days. Due to stress and busy life. Take full sleep. Drink planty water. Have fruits. Take. Acid hydrofluoric 30.2 tds x 30 days. And revert. Use arnica mon q 30 ml + your oil 100 ml mix. Twice a week at night and wash.

Effective Ways To Treat Skin Tags That You Must Know!

If you notice a flap of tissue hanging off the skin connected by a stalk, then it is most likely a skin tag. Usually, skin tags are found around the arms, thighs, and the neck and even in surrounding areas of the eyelids. Skin tags can occur in anyone due to genetics, obesity, pregnancy or diabetes. These fleshy bumps that can cause irritation or inflammation in areas of friction and in some cases, there may even be bleeding. If you are frustrated over this, read on to understand the treatment options available.

Removal of small skin tags
Smaller skin tags can be removed through application of cold liquid nitrogen on the spots for few seconds which allows it to fall off in a few days. This procedure is called cryosurgery. It is a safe method of removing skin tags though it may cause a stinging feeling in the affected area and slight inflammation and the recovery period is minimal. The process helps destroy some skin cells and make way for new skin cells to go, replacing your skin tags.

Removal of large skin tags
Larger skin tags tend to have a thicker stalk at their ends and dermatologists inject Lidocaine to numb the affected area and proceed to snip off the skin tags with sterile scissors which are called Excision. It is a very quick process and may require cauterization to cut off the blood supply to the skin tag. Burning the base of the skin tags also causes scabs to form which ensure skin tags do not regrow in the affected area.

Over the counter solutions
There are also over the counter medicines available at pharmacies that freeze the skin tags so that it falls off eventually in a weeks’ time. There are also ways to remove it at home using simple tools like a dental floss, but there is a risk of injury and infection involved.

Why should you get rid of skin tags?
While skin tags are not directly associated with any medical disorders, some individuals may develop a condition known as acanthosis nigricans on the neck and armpit areas due to high amounts of fat and sugar in their bodies. Skin tags are usually harmless but certain structures resemble skin tags, but in reality, they are not. Accessory tragus can often be confused about skin tags and require treatment. A dermatologist can help you determine through pathological examination of tissues from the affected areas if any steps need to be taken.

Eat foods with more water content, vitamin c and proteins if you work out. Green tea increases metabolism. You can have it multiple times in a day. Soups and boiled vegetables with less or no salt are good for weight loss. Papaya and water melon. Cucumber, tomato, carrot. Yogurt, buttermilk. Have dry fruits or nuts to avoid weakness in body. Avoid carbs when you can.

Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub at least once a week.

take tab. zyloric 100 mg once a day. tab. atorvas-10 mg at night. avoid fatty /oily meal. go for walk daily. avoid alcohol/smoking if possible.
