Viagra perse I usually don't recommend because its a temporary feeling of erection and at that time it can cause headache and flushed feeling of the body resulting in restlessness and if taken for many occasions than it can cause penile ulceration And main thing is that you might get dependent on viagra lifelong

Dear if size of stone is > 6-7 mm.. its better to go for ESWL. There are more chances of stucking of stone in ureter through medicine...so visit a good surgoen clinically.

She had already urine test. Positive report. But now she 2 month finish but no result of periods.

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology, MBBS
Gynaecologist,
She had already urine test. Positive report. But now she 2 month finish but no result of periods.
A positive urine pregnancy test means the person is most likely to be pregnant. When pregnancy occurs, there is no menses. Thats why she is not having periods. Even if she takes pills to get menses, the period will not come. If you want the pregnancy, go to a gynecologist who will guide you about the tablets, and diet, and other things to be taken to help the baby grow and prevent abnormalities. If you do not want the pregnancy then too you have to consult the gynecologist as abortion methods will be provided only by a registered gynecologist if you want to confirm the pregnancy you can go for another pregnancy test or a sonography.

Overactive Bladder - Know Everything About It!

MBBS MS DNB MNAMS NYAMS

Overactive Bladder - Know Everything About It!

A problem pertaining to the storage function of the bladder that results in bouts of sudden, often uncontrollable urge to urinate is referred to as an overactive bladder. This condition which is marked by unconditioned or involuntary loss of urine can sometimes be quite difficult to stop. People who experience such a condition often feel humiliated and as such tend to limit their social and work life. Despite such, only a few are conscious that a brief evaluation can help them manage and overcome an overactive bladder.

Mechanism of Urination

During urination, the urine proceeds from the bladder and flows into the urethra which is located at the tip of the penis in men and above the vagina in women. As the bladder fills, the nerve signals in the brain prompts urination by coordinating the relaxation and contraction of the urinary sphincter muscles.

Causes and Symptoms of an Overactive Bladder

Primarily caused due to involuntary contraction and relaxation of sphincter muscles, several conditions can lead to overactive bladder.

Some of them are:
1. Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's and other neurological disorders
2. Poor kidney function due to diabetes
3. Medications that lead to increased production of urine

4. Bladder abnormalities like tumors or stones
5. Constipation
6. Excessive consumption of caffeine or alcohol

Some of the common signs of an overactive bladder are:
1. Bouts of sudden, uncontrollable urge to urinate
2. Awakening at night frequently to urinate
3. Urinating more than eight times a day

Risks
The risk of an overactive bladder gradually increases with age. Conditions, such as diabetes and an enlarged prostate results in the increased likelihood of an overactive bladder. People who have previously faced strokes and heart attacks experience cognitive decline, which often times lead to the development of an overactive bladder.

Urinary incontinence as well as a host of associated factors can be detrimental to your life. Emotional distress, interrupted sleep cycles and depression are some of the observed complications of this condition. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Urologist.

Kidney Failure And Homeopathy!

As you know the kidney failure is a very common problem nowadays. The cases are increasing day by day and treatment is very costly, you know the transplantation, dialysis or clpd is very costly. So we should know about the kidney failure. Kidney failure is when we say the urea creatinine is high, urine is less in amount. There is swelling, loss of appetite. All these things are there then we say you are suffering from kidney failure.

There are few causes of kidney failure which are very important to know, for example,

One is diabetes. One of the top most causes of kidney failure is if you are having diabetes then chances of kidney failure are there. So you will have to control it.

The second is hypertension.

Third is painkillers, the painkillers are also very important cause so we are having a habit of self-medication. We go the chemist and we take medicines, that is also an important cause of kidney failure.

Other causes as we know there are stones, cysts and other obstructions in the passage of urine from the kidney to the urethra to the bladder and to outside.

So these are the few important causes of kidney failure.

Homeopathy works marvelously by increasing immunity of the person and thus revive kidneys naturally
