Diet salt restriction, exercise walking or freehand and regular medicine khane ke bolie. Koi anxiety nahi rahena chahie. Rat mein thikse nind ana chahei.

Take over-the-counter cough syrp if dry cough-antitussive. Do lukewarm water gargles twice a day. If productive cough ,do steam inhalation twice daily. Take adequate rest. Eat healthy diet. Hope this helps u. If required, consult

It is difficult to answer only on symptom that why your heartbeat increase suddenly. There are number of reason 1. Anxiety 2. Hyperthyroidism 3. Sympathetic over activity 4. Heart beat irregularities etc. Please ask your question in detail. What other symptom do you have along with sudden increase of heart beat.

How can you take pain killers if you expect acidity. Stop these fancy treatments and immediately see a doctor. You may have pleuritis, pneumonitis, pancreatitis, costochondritis, oesophagitis and yes acidity.

I have anxiety problem .last week my BP shoots up to 165/100 and I visit the doctor and he advised me to take embers 25 .last month I was doing daily walk and exercise and bp was very much in control .now I have stopped doing exercise .I don't want to form habit of medicine .even after medicine my bp is sometimes 144/88 or 135/86.

Total cholesterol levels less than 200 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL) are considered desirable for adults. A reading between 200 and 239 mg/dL is considered borderline high and a reading of 240 mg/dL and above is considered high. LDL cholesterol levels should be less than 100 mg/dL The National Cholesterol Education Program sets guidelines for triglyceride levels: Normal levels: Less than 150 milligrams per deciliter. Borderline high:150 to 199. High: 200 to 499. VLDL contains the highest amount of triglycerides. VLDL is considered a type of bad cholesterol, because it helps cholesterol build up on the walls of arteries. Normal VLDL levels are from 2 to 30 mg/dL (0.1 to 1.7 mmol/l) AS it is clear form the detailed explanation given , you can see that your cholesterol level is not good or satisfactory in general VLDL cholesterol is a type of blood fat. Hi, Follow these tips to increase your blood pressure: 1. Increase intake of salt by adding salt to curds rice and taking pickles along with curds rice. 2. Drink plenty of fluids like Nimbu pani, tender coconut, water, buttermilk, fresh fruit juices,etc. 3.Drink hot coffee or tea when you feel dizzy. 4. Take sound sleep for 7-8 hours at night. 5. Avoid standing for too long hours. 6. Do yoga and meditation which helps to relieve mental stress and control emotions. 7. Avoid anxiety, stress and depression. 8. Perform regular exercises. 9.
