Try to eat light foods like rice, curd, carrot pumpkin soup, clear soups, rice kanji, ripe banana, pomegranate juice, lime juice, buttermilk, coconut water etc. Avoid tea, milk, fibrous vegetables roti and spicy foods. Drink plenty of water. Avoid very long gaps in food intake. Take smaller but frequent meals.

Hi I am a 25. Year old unmarried girl. I have been living away from my family from past 7 years now due to study, job etc. Currently I am working. Its been few months that I had an argument with my father regarding marriage stuff as I dnt feel like marrying anyone. Now I have been feeling a lot disconnected to everyone, my family, my frnds, I enjoy almost nothing. I feel blank about everyone. I barely talk to my family members. I barely enjoy any sort of moment. But I was not this kind of girl until that argument occurred. I used to enjoy alot but cannot figure it out what is wrong with me now. I also have a bf whom I am ok marrying with but now I guess I have ideal feeling for everyone. At one time I want to, the other time I am confused. I have few frnds in office with whom I am a completely different person. I njoy, I laugh, I joke but as soon as I return home everything changes. Though these people does not count much for me I stay happy wid them but not with the persons closely known to me. I am so annoyed with the way my life has become. I can not figure it out. Please let me know if this is any kind of depression or something. Thanks.

Hi. It could be a lot of things. May be due to stress in family your outlook towards rest of your friends and social circle has changed. It could be sub conciously there are lot of things on your mind and you do not have outlet for that thats making you feel sad and you are not aware of the reason. May be due to lot of things on your mind you are not able to share with any one. It could be that there is no happy life scenario for you right now. My friend had gone through operation of circumcision. He was unable to pull back his gorskin from childhood. Six month ago operation was done. After that he feel some weak erections, reduced sperm quantity, less pleasure during ejaculation. What could be the reasons. How they can be treated.

Hello- If you ejaculate within a minute during masturbation, you will ejaculate even early during sex. Since a normal ejaculation timing is 15 minute at least to have a satisfactory sex, yes you have to start medications and improve your ejaculation potential.

Try to get yourself some sort of eating schedule. The downfall of many skinny people is just not eating enough. A schedule or meal plan is a huge help in packing on some weight by intentionally adding extra meals in. Your body will take time to adjust to a more consistent meal schedule, and more frequent snacking. That’s normal. Try to stick with it even if you’re not super hungry. Drinking lots of water is important when you eat more. Water helps move the nutrients around your body, and will provide a bit of supplementary mass in the form of water weight. Be sure to keep hydrated.

Hello. Its due to change of weather and unhealthy dietary habits. Follow these steps to reduce dryness- 1. Eat healthy diet like all green leafy veges, fresh fruits. Include green salad in your diet. He can do the following things: 1. Stop or reduce the intake of sugar, if diabetic shall follow the directions of doctor. 2. Add salad carrots, radish, cuccumber, sprouts in diet. 3. Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

The first thing you should do is to eat foods that are high in fiber, this is because fiber rich foods absorb uric acid from the blood. Your kidneys then'throw' out the excess uric acid. Try to eat oatmeal, spinach, cauliflowers and isabgol in milk if possible. Please use olive oil to cook your food. Kindly avoid vegetable oils because they become unhealthy when heated twice. This leads to rancid fat in the body. These destroy vitamin e, that in turn controls uric acid levels. Olive oil also curbs uric acid by itself. Vitamin c chewable tablets taken 500mg daily lower uric acid levels within 4 to 8 weeks. Try to stop intake of sweets, cakes and pastries. Saturated fats are bad for you.

My penis when gets tight its size is normal of about 7 to 8 inches but when it looses down it becomes micro having size of nearly 2 to 3.5 inches what should I do to enlarge it and make it normal?

Hi, the penis is the only organ in the body that can shrink and expand on its own. Some times it can become as small as 1 inch or less, but this is absolutely normal and its characteristic. You dont have to upset about it, because it happens the same way to every male.

Yes artificial sweetener are safe to to use if used with in limit. It is not to prevent diabetes. Diabetes can be prevented or controlled by life stle modification and by using metformin or piaglitazone

Medication: Take Schwabe’s Bacopa Monierri 1x/ thrice daily and Kali Phos. 6x/ once at night.
