Hye. Eating slowly means chewing the food well and not swallowing food in a hurry. This give body time to give you a signal when you are full. Eating in a hurry will ensure you ate a lot before you could even realise that and the body never got the chance to give you a chance to understand the sign. This helps avoiding overeating and thus aids in your efforts to lose weight.

Loss of excess semen causes diseases and this is well established ayurveda principle. You should try to nourish all the seven elements including semen by our saptadhatu vardhak combo. Back pain is only a start. Pl control over your habit of excess sex, semen loss.

My question is about my lips. The outer area of my lower lip is real dark even though the rest of lips are pink. This makes it look so ugly. I dont smoke, drink tea, coeffe (I do drink a lot of water). Can you tell me how to reduce or eliminate the dark regions? Like or bleach or lightener or something? Thanx a lot,

Follow small meal pattern instead of having 3 major meal split into 6 minor meals .Include lots of fruits and veggies, soup.Drink 2.5-3 liters of water everyday. When on the phone walk and talk. Try using steps were ever possible instead of elevators. Work your vehicle 10 min away from office and walk.

Ashwagandha is one of the rasayan dravyas mentioned in ayurveda. It has a great impact on our musculo-skeletal system. Ahwagandha can be of help and there is nothing wrong taking it, but not sure increasing height in a 16 year old boy as increasing height requires some hormonal action, prolong use might be effective take care.

Hello, follow these home remedies:- 1. Ginger -- cut one medium-size fresh ginger root into thin slices. Bring one cup of water to a boil and add the ginger slices. Boil for three minutes, and then simmer for another five minutes. Remove from heat, strain, and add honey to taste. Sip it slowly. Drink ginger tea two or three times a day to ease gas problem and improve digestion. 2. Asfoetida:- simply add a pinch of asafetida to a glass of warm water, mix it well and drink it two or three times a day. You can also add a pinch of rock salt. This remedy is equally effective for both a stomach ache and gas.

Do not use chemicals on hair. Avoid any harsh shampoo or hair styling products. Massage your scalp with a mix of castor oil, almond oil and olive oil daily

Hi sir, as you have mentioned that you are having dry skin. Please inform is there any specific season when you feel your skin is more dry. Dry skin can be an early sign of pre psoriasis and should be managed properly. To start with coconut oil is best remedy for dry skin to be applied after taking bath. It is safe for long term use.

Not able to sleep can be treated by behavioral techniques and medications 1. Relaxing techniques 2 do not drink tea/coffee after 5 pm 3. Do not watch tv for 2 hours before sleeping 4. Go to bed when you feel like sleeping 5. Sleep at same time every day 6. Read a book before sleep 7. Take hot water bath before sleeping 8. Drink hot milk before sleeping. All of the above will help you sleep. If you still have problems will give you medications. Take care.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.
