Hello your problem is iatrogenic (induced without a known cause) you can take homoeopathic medicne chenopodium 30 five drops mixed with some water three times daily. You will get relief in few days.

Hello. It might be a sign of degeneration of bones forming knee joint. Get an X-ray done for diagnosis purpose. And main thing is to do regular exercise for your to strengthen muscle around knee. Normally stress also produce muscle fatigue and pain. Do take ift and laser therapy for pain relief of 12 days followed by strengthening exercises from physiotherapist best wishes.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Dear according to your height your weight should be between 60-63. Your just over weight. Go for jogging/swimming/aerobic exercises. Control your diet by avoiding junk/sweets/oily substances. Consult your dietitian for proper diet chart. Take care.

I used to go for jogging everyday for 30 mins. Then after 10 days I found a problem in my right knee so I discontinued jogging and took pain relief medicine and now not continuing jogging now, pls suggest what to do, I want to keep if my bones are not strong and if it is then which medicine to take.

It seems you have improved but diagnosis is still elusive ,it will be better for me to examine you to diagnose and treat you properly. Till than you can use cycling as fitness regimen rather than jogging.

Hi. I had an injury in my knee. After going through MRI test we come to know that my right leg complete ligament (ACL) got teared. Is that fine if i leave it as it is without surgery. As my orthopedic doctor suggest surgery for reconstruction of ligament.

Applying cold compresses to the painful knee is one of the best and easiest ways to reduce pain and swelling. The cold will constrict the blood vessels, reducing blood flow to the affected area and thus reducing swelling. It will also give you relief from the pain. 1. Wrap a handful of ice cubes in a thin towel. 2. Apply the compress to the affected knee area for 10 to 20 minutes. 3. Do this two or three time daily until your pain is gone. A bag of frozen peas also works well as a cold compress. You can opt for alternating hot and cold compresses as well for chronic pains.

I have a neck pain on the right side of my neck normally. The problem is it just not only pains, but also gives me an embarrassment sometimes by forcing itself to turn to one side. Meaning, my chin area moves towards the left and the forehead towards the right. Other words, my head and neck slightly slants towards the right (one side) and this happens only at times when I am very cautious of being noticed or even when I go for a hair cut. My barber aligns my head to the position he wants me in, for few minutes, but I am unable to hold it for long. It automatically forces and turns to one side. This is one occasion. The others are when I have a discussion with my Director of the Company where I work. I become so conscious about my neck, that even if I try turning and aligning it back to normal, I am unable to do so. Usually If I am nervous, I think this keeps happening. It is something to do with not just my neck or back. I guess, its something to do with the set of nervous from the upper shoulder to the head upwards from behind my right ear. I have tried my best to explain. In case if any other information is required, I can probably take a video when it happens and post the same. Its quite embarrassing for me, so I humbly request your suggestions or guidance accordingly.
