Please try to do regular back strengthening exercises and maintaing a good posture while sitting and studying will definitely help in the long run. Though the benefit of exercises and posture might take 3-4 month to be apparent.

1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement. 3) Do regular stretching exercise 4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR. basically this is early degeneration of joint . in this case need proper ayurvedic medicnes to stop pain & boost your calcium production. consult with X ray report of left knee AP+LAT. view

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Do X Ray of perticular spine region. Find cause of pain Start morning walk daily for 20 min at least. Reducing weight will help you for backpain If Reports will have any patho physiology then you can take good homeopathic medicines on Detail case study.

Hii, After 3 months femoral neck fracture surgery now I am noticing that I have uneven hip problem. M very much worried how to cure uneven hip issue .its required any exercise or surgery .pls suggest me. And how much time it will take to cure uneven hip issue.

Dear lybrate-user It is common after hip ORIF surgery due to the weakness of hip and back muscles. Take a help of Physiotherapist ,He/She will correct your this postural correction by strenghtening of weak muscles and stretching of tight musculature. Hip postural correction will take a time to 6 months - 1 year. So choose a good Physiotherapist. Thanks.

It needs to be investigated. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Hello, if your are having heavy pain, first take rest for 1month strictly and do contrast bath that is warm water fomentation and ice massage repeatedly both for 3 times a day. And do isometric back exercises. Do not do back strengthning exercises in prone.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.
